What kind title is this? Is it possible that this title is dumber than this show? I’m having some sort of a nervous breakdown today. I am not sure I can even do a Winter House recap. But, I will try to make a few comments. Normally, I’d give you all the details but that would open the door for unwanted advice. Let’s just say I’ve had a few very stressful couple of days. I’ve had all I can take.
I’ve been watching Your Honor on Showtime today. I’ve seen it before but I don’t remember much, especially how it ends and that probably isn’t the best thing for me to be watching. So I am taking a break to discuss these idiots as soon as this episode is over. Don’t expect much..
I think I have missed a few episodes of this. The crew TRIES to have a civilized dinner. Rachel speaks to the group about how Jess insulted her looks. Why are the guys gulping wine and freaking out. Jess denies that is what she meant. When she explains it in confessional, it sounds even worse. Paige has issues with Jess too. Rachel is crying. A group fight breaks out and it is all about Jess. The guys go outside. Lindsey grabs Jason to comfort her. A snowball fight breaks out and they all go to bed. Literally no one comforted Rachel.
The next day, Craig and Paige celebrate their anniversary. Paige agrees go be with Craig in Charleston for a couple of months. Of course during Southern Charm filming. This may be the most normal (comparatively) episode so far.
Austen seems to think things are good between him and Ciara. I beg to differ. Jason made the last day in the house special for Rachel. Rachel talks to Jess and they patch things up. Apparently, this is not the last day. I knew it was too normal. They are going to have a stages of life party and include Jessica’s birthday somehow. Um why?
There is really nothing to say about this episode. Sorry this was a fail. Austen realizes things are definitely not okay with him and Ciara and so he starts his usual apologies. Ciara tells him she doesn’t want a friendship at all. She just wants to move on. Good for her.
Jess tries to get Kory? to agree that they are exclusively dating. He is not going for that. And almost everyone heads back home.
I’m going back to bed.
Well I for one am sad it’s over. I wish I liked winter to be able
to go out and play in it, but if I take the wrong step and fall then I break.
So I enjoy watching these fools act like kids and doing it all. I don’t know
I will watch now, anyone with ideas maybe you can make a list…or not.
Enjoy your warm bed. I doubt Kory and Jess will last, they have the distance
thing and I doubt he will become a traveler to see her, and she seems a bit
needy. I hope Rachel and Jason try things out. Paige and Craig, yes back in
S.C I haven’t been able to get into the last few seasons but I try.
I was looking to see if you are covering the new 90 days show, something
like Love with no borders, I caught the two episodes, and yes my memory sucks.
The show is interesting a matchmaker matches americans up with their soul mate
in different countries, the americans don’t know where they will end going until they
end up at the airport then the matchmaker hands them their passport, money and whatever
else. It’s quite good…. I’m hoping for this one couple she’s from the U.S and she goes to
Ireland and they already seem quite happy, they even slept in the same bed the first night
so I’m hoping… the others are kind of iffy.
I like the show so far. I am also rooting for those two. He had on his red underwear the first night.
I’m also watching Love Without Borders. I really like the sweet guy that lives in France in his miniscule apartment, I just don’t think his American partner has what it takes to relax and give the experiment a chance. The couple in Ireland seem to have the best chance at a good relationship. It just seems like a LOT to leave America to move in with a complete stranger in a foreign country and expect that you have a love match, and that makes it feel like the odds are reduced for the couples to stay together happily ever after. Placing that woman in an apartment to live with her love match’s entire family in Dubai felt awkward, even if Indian men don’t leave their parent’s homes until they are older.
This season just didn’t do a whole lot for me.
Lindsay and Karl were barely on and I hated the storyline Austen put them in.
Kyle had no storyline at all.
I didn’t like how the new blonde girl treated Luke or care about her clinginess with the Kroy f-boy.
Ciara, Paige, and Craig are dreadful.
Rachel and Jason were likable but pretty boring.
I missed Andrea and Danielle.
I concur, I checked out of the WH. I am from the frozen north and got the hell out of Dodge to sunny FL. It was fun to see all the snow (I don’t ski).
For some unknown reason, the last two episodes of Winter House just showed up last night, along with the recent one. So I admit to being the person who just binge watched three episodes in a row. The figures of all of the women continue to amaze me (so much alcohol). They have shown that Lindsay and Jessica put a lot into their workouts, but all of them are so trim and toned It is true that the camara adds 10 pounds, kudos to them.
Jessica is so unattractively needy, it oozes out of her pores. Amazing how many (not all) of the most attractive people are similar. Her Winter House boyfriend Kory – those pearls. I’ll show my age but I have a memory of reading an old book that taught etiquette in the wearing of pearls. I am very open minded and fine with anyone wearing whatever feels good, and I’m cool that all of the old rules have been thrown out (I’m wearing a man’s sweatshirt and sweat pants and they fit and feel fabulous) – but Kory – you are not rocking your Grandmother’s pearls.
I really hope they keep Austin in Charleston in the future, he absolutely messes up the vibe.
I’m shocked how weak willed Paige is. Your bf is an entitle asshole and you over look a lot. Sorry just catching up on a few back episodes . I dislike Paige since last year but I thought she had more spine than that.
