There is a lot of talk about Luke’s behavior on Winter House on social media today, so I flipped over to my recording to watch. I can hardly get through the beginning because after Craig got drunk out of his mind and destroyed the entire house the night before, he woke up saying he is too rich to clean up the mess he made and he hires people to do that. Then, he goes on and on about how he is first generation wealth. He also says that Paige has the best life in the world because she is his girlfriend. Paige on the other hand seems mortified by Craig’s behavior and appears to be looking for a rock to climb under.
Luke is totally into Jessica who has been flirting with him since she arrived. However, the night before, they got in the hot tub together and she refused to kiss him. This has Luke confused. There are so many random people on this season. I tried to pull up a cheat sheet on Google but half the cast isn’t on that either.
I don’t think that Cory is cute. Certainly, he is not hot enough for Sierra. No one in that frat house is good enough for Sierra. Cory is supposed to their as Craig’s friend, but clearly they hate each other. Craig also can’t stand Luke and is narrating all of his move on Jessica to Paige in a very exaggerated manor. For example, some people are going out and others are staying in. Luke suggests to Jessica that they stay in and chill by the fire. Craig immediately tells Paige he is “way too aggressive” and that Jessica doesn’t want to be around Luke. Really? All she has to say is she wants to go out with the girls. He’s not pinning her down or anything. MYOB, Craig! If Jessica is uncomfortable and needs space, she needs to voice that. She is sending mixed signals. As, one of the girl’s tells us, Luke needs things spelled out.
Of course Craig is in the go to the bar group and he gets wasted. When everyone gets back to the house, it’s time to dance on the owner’s dining room table. As one does. Craig tells the girls to stop, and then eventually gets up there himself. Then, he yell’s at Amanda and says she is being stupid for cleaning up broken glass off the floor. Craig basically says he is not having fun until the house is trashed. Kyle complains to Paige and begs her to get Craig under control. She says she has no way to control him.
Luke Takes Things Too Far?
Then drunk Luke gets a bit too handsy with drunk Jessica and Craig loses his mind. Then, Luke starts petting Paige. Craig warns him once. He tells him to stop touching the girls or he will throw him out a window. Everyone heads to their bedrooms. On the way, Jessica says. “I feel so uncomfortable.” In a story I read on Reality Blurb (I think) they claim that Craig went to production and said if Luke didn’t leave the house he is leaving. Then Craig goes to comfort Jessica and takes her back to his room with Paige. Craig goes off somewhere. Paige tells Jessica that Luke should not have done what he did but Craig blew it up.
Craig Goes Too Far, AGAIN!
Craig is storming around saying if Luke stays in the house he is leaving. Sierra tries to talk Craig off the ledge. Luke calls his sister. He tells her a brief version of what happens. He is sort of crying. Luke says that Craig thinks he makes the girls in the house uncomfortable. His sister tells him to go home if that is what he wants to do. She says he is not cut out for people saying bad things about him. Luke packs up and leaves with no goodbyes.
The word is that he was only taken to a hotel for the night so everyone could calm down. So, I’m not too sure what to make about this. It did give me flashbacks to when I was young and a friend of mine got me in to this big shot hair designer. He was expensive but it made me feel fancy. He had a habit of randomly giving me back, neck, and some chest massages during the cut that made me feel uncomfortable. I was like 19 and never said anything.
