Hey guys! I’m still working on my health issues, but I am making good progress. I’m trying to get hydrated and get some blood work levels back to where they should be. My mental health is better today but I still have a lot of neuropathy in my legs and feet. Also, I tuckered out pretty quickly today. I just wanted to let y’all know I am still among the living, at least for now. And also to give you a place to discuss Below Deck Down Under for those of you who watch.
So, I am going to turn things Up and Adam who has all the tea on Teresa’s wedding and it is pretty interesting. Also, the reason I mentioned Below Deck Down Under is because he has some interesting intel on Chef Dave’s current whereabouts.
I’m going to grab another gatorade and take a nap to rest my back. Enjoy Adam! He’s so cute! 🙂

This is going to sound horrible but I hope she gets what she deserves with this marriage. Which isn’t much. I feel for the daughters but regardless of his actions or past she is much worse. I wouldn’t want her around my son if I were him. She clearly has some type of Narcissistic personality disorder and is completely unaware that her actions and words are hurting others. He seems like a decent guy on the show but behind the scenes I can see this being a full blown shit show and bad example for her daughters

Please get a real phone. It’s $100 on QVC. The game changer here is UBER/Lyft. That’s right. You can pay someone to drive you wherever you want whenever you want!!!!!! But to do that, you need a smartphone and some apps.
If you were my auntie, I’d set this up for you and make you Uber somewhere close. So consider this an order.

Totally with you!!! Also a “real” NJ housewife and Tre is my enemy (in my head). She’s loud and entitled. There are a lot of NJ people like that. That suck and you just fight w them or ignore them.
There was “gossip” Dina wouldn’t go to wedding/pre events bc her mobbed up ex and his family were around. Yeah – I wouldn’t hang w the mob and wanna be mob of I was Dina – they beat her new guy and she moved across country to get away.
Manzos are Dirty mobbed up folks (they might not be “official” mob – but their brownstone was a fav spot for the mob and the dude who beat dinas new guy got a major discount for his wedding…..)

Great job with the Gatorade! One time I was so dehydrated a doctor told me to drink anything at all, just so I get fluids in. It’s tough to rehydrate if you’re too far gone, so I’m glad to hear you’re trying. Take care of yourself.
I don’t have any negative opinions about Teresa’s wedding. A part of me wants to lay on the criticisms. Another part of me looks forward to the shitshow. She’s a train wreck, but it’s entertaining to watch. I have to give her credit for constantly bringing on the drama. Only Delores (and sometimes Jen) has the personality to add shock value to the show. The rest of them are so dull. So thanks to this bravo felon for reminding us all how successful we are that we arent living her disaster of a life.
Should Teresa be removed from the show? Yes. Is the show worth watching with all those boring ass women? No. So they’re stuck with Teresa until they get some more interesting replacements.
Being a NJ resident, I don’t know why this group of women are the representatives for our state. The majority of us arent like this. Where is the diversity? There aren’t any Black, Asian, or Latino women on the show. NJ is such a diverse state and this whole Italian schtick is so old. I can’t even tell you how sick I am of the Sopranos effect on how NJ is perceived.
Fire them all and start over. But for now, laughing at Teresa’s poor life choices is fun.
They don’t have many Italians on any more.
Teresa, Delores and Melissa are the only Italian descent cast I believe. So that’s 3 out of 7, meaning the majority of the current cast ISN’T Italian. (However, at least these 3 all have a REAL lifelong connection. Delores and Teresa grew up together. Melissa is family. The way Bravo introduces random new people who have no history makes the drama less nuanced.)
Margaret Josephs is Eastern European converted to Judaism.
Jennifer is Turkish.
Traci, married to the black football player isn’t Italian. She’s not black, but at least we have a black husband now.
Jackie is Jewish.
I wasn’t looking for a racial breakdown on the cast of the show. I can see who they are. I’m citing the lack of diversity. The women are all white, or white adjacent. They are not representative of NJ at all. There is no diversity on the show. Full stop.
The show began as a cast of Italian women, with stereotypical Italian behavior (none of which is fair to Italian-Americans). To this day the stereotypical acting continues. In the first season many of the original cast talked nonstop about their Italian heritage. Adding additional white castmembers does not dilute the theme of the show.
This show needs diverse representation and is not reflective of NJ’s demographics. It perpetuates damaging stereotypes of Italian-Americans and New Jersians.
Forced diversity doesn’t work on these housewives shows. They need to find women that have diverse friend groups.
I so rarely comment but I have been a frequent visitor for many years and you Tamara have a very special gift. You provide so much fulfillment to all of us readers just by being you. I love how you share things w/ us and keep it real. I am praying for you!!!

I’ll pass on the NJ wedding, although I do wonder if dina really got the axe because of personal stuff with Tre or was it so they could add housewives to the special instead. I find everything that woman does phoney and calculating, since it’s always about how to sell her product the best.
