His next hearing is not until December 5th according to an email source.
If you live in the Atlanta Metro, PLEASE report this scum to the police. It’s clear Nashville isn’t going to do shit and will let his guy go until December 5th at which point Jenny will probably let him off and ask for a fucking foot massage.

Tamara, not sure what your e-mail source is looking at but on the publicly available info on the Nashville court’s website, it has him appearing for status hearings on 11/2/22 and 11/30/22 and a jury trial set for 12/5/22 in case 2021-C-1080.
It doesn’t show what his future hearing dates are in the other cases though.

I lived next door to a kid who grew up to be a peeper, then a flasher, then public masturbation and then rape suspect. He stood in the next door neighbors back yard and masturbated where her 7 year old daughter could see him. He did the same thing to the little girls up the street. Both mothers called the police. The 7 year old’s mom had her testify and got her counseling and assured her daughter he would never be back. He was locked up for 6 months. When he got out he moved right back into his mother’s house and would sit on the curb and wave at the mom and girl when they left for school every morning. We lived across the street from a park where kids played, soccer teams practiced, etc. We complained to the police, the DA, the judge – asking why a registered sex offended was allowed to live next to his victim. No one did anything. The mom finally sold her house to get her daughter away from him (and she said before she attacked him and ended up in jail). We moved out not long after. Judges need to be held accountable. I realize there are sentencing guidelines and jails are overcrowded but enough is enough!

This is TERRIBLE, and horrifying in every way. This is like little kids who are mean to tiny animals & then that behavior escalates & escalates little by little until they end up sh00ting up a mall bc the warning signs were THERE but they were too easily written off as “harmless” bc no one felt like going through the hassle of dealing with it properly. We need a better formula for early intervention for all these issues – Isaak Mentouri, the animal beaters, the masturbaters, everything. UGHHHH. Different issues but the same principle.

This guy is an absolute FREAK ! I have known him since childhood and he has always been this way. Over the years he has figured out ways to find me via phone, address ) even after multiple moves), email, social media accounts etc and no matter what I do or how many times I block him he STILL finds me. He will research you heavily and know all kinds of information that leaves you not only scared by blown away by how much he knows. It’s very scary and makes it very unsettling at night. He truly doesn’t see what the big deal is about a good amount of his charges and tends to blame most of the victims rather than take accountability for being a sex predator himself. This guy needs to be locked up asap and the fact that this judge is allowing him to roam freely until court blows is insane! I just hope this judge doesn’t allow him to use his “ disability “( Asperger’s) as a way to get out of jail time.
