I guess they dropped an episode of RHUGT Ex-Wives Club tonight because Dorinda and Phaedra were on WWHL tonight. So I am going to do a WWHL Recap I’m going to watch and let you know if anything interesting was said. Phaedra and Dorinda were having an animated conversation just below the show started. Signs it could be a lively episode. She brought her sons because they are the way to Andy’s heart. He loves them.
A viewer asked Dorinda to compare the RHUGT girls to the RHONY ladies regarding being good guests. Dorinda says, RHUGT was more civilized; However, the RHUGT women were there for eight days and the RHONY are usually there for a couple of days. Toward the end the RHUGT ladies were getting antsy to go home.
It’s Time For Some Berkshires Tea
Dorinda and Ramona are still estranged. It seems like Dorinda misses their friendship. I don’t even remember what their falling out was about Ramona was the one who brought Dorinda on the show and she will always be thankful to her for that. Dorinda evades a question about her controlling her anger. Phaedra says, “tune in.” Word on Mama Joyce’s streets is that she went all the way off on EVERYONE except for Eva and Phaedra. She chose them as most respectful of all the guests. Brandi was the messiest. Dorinda says that Jill was the biggest pot stirrer and would say things about people behind their back.

Vicki was the biggest “buzzkill” and Phaedra cackles loudly when she says that. Vicki was going through a lot and came into Blue Stone Manor with no allies. They could have shown a little kindness. Who am I kidding? Housewives are all sort of “kick her while she’s down” kind of women. Dorinda says Vicki didn’t want to be there. Did she ever think about why? Did they all have to gang up on her?
Blame It On The Alcohol
Phaedra says that she has no regrets on doing RHOA. Andy asks Phaedra questions next. Phaedra says the chaos after the prohibition dinner was because of all the brown liquor. Phadrea says that Brandi crossed the line when she made a “mangina” comment about Eva’s husband. She doesn’t even know Eva’s husband. He is a great father to Eva’s kids. He’s a respected attorney and an all around good person. Dorinda blew up over Tamara having breakfast in her room. But, Phaedra blames Marco for bringing it up to her.

Phaedra said she liked Dorinda’s lasagna and Brandi’s lasagna. Phaedra was on Dorinda’s side when she and Vicki agued about the Covid vaccine. I presume Vicki is an anti-vaxxer who had to do it for the show. In the feud between Taylor and Brandi over Taylor’s book about her deceased husband Phaedra is on Taylor’s side.
DO YOU REGRET IT?
Dorinda does not regret going in on Vicki for being an antivaxxer. Dorinda says she doesn’t regret getting into it with Brandy when she said Dorinda wants to be back on RHONY because she does want to go back on the show. She says that all of them want to be back on their shows. She doesn’t regret saying there must be another woman in the mix when Steve broke up with Vicki. Because there was! Dorinda does not regret getting mad at Brandy for reminding Jill she was being filmed before she could say anything bad about her dad. She does not regret admitting she was “experiencing a dry spell.” She says she still is. Dorinda does regret getting mad at Jill when she encouraged Brandy to rest instead of doing the relay race. She regrets sticking her hands in the lasagnas as well.

Phaedra elaborates on regretting dating a man she met at Target when her Yoni egg dropped out of her vagina. Ladies, are we doing it all wrong? Should we be walking around in public with a Yoni egg in? Let me answer that. No, no we should not. Why would Phaedra be surprised he was a dud? Apparently, he went to church at a place that Phaedra was leery of. There are some crazy churches down here y’all. But, also some great ones.
Porsha Williams Is Marrying Simon Guobadia ??!!!
Phaedra is still in touch with Porsha. Porsha is getting married? Did I know that? Porsha and Simon were engaged just one month after they went relationship official, in May 2021. On May 10th, she publicly revealed they had fallen in love and were together. It comes after Porsha claims Simon slid into her DMs, when she told him she was “sorry for his divorce” Falynn announced her split from Simon in April, sharing that “after two years of marriage and 5 years of friendship, Simon and I have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways.” Barely a month later, Porsha was on social media saying she was engaged to Simon. What a fucking lack of respect from both Porsha and Simon! I am shooketh!

It’s time for viewer questions. Andy admits that he did tell Dorinda that she was being put on pause. I believe that and I believe she will be back at some point. It’s not RHONY without a girls’ trip to Blue Stone Manor as far as I am concerned. I love that place. Phaedra says that she and Apollo get along well and she just spoke to him before coming out. She is fine with him hanging out with Sheree, especially if he can make some money to help her support the boys. Phaedra is happy Marlo has a peach. She claims she brought Marlo on to the show.
Dorinda is asked if she regrets going into the confessional room and interrupting Jill after seeing how upset Jill was. Dorinda says no. She thought Jill was getting too hysterical over people she barely knew and that she should have confronted it head on. Phaedra denies that Jamal Bryant was “Mr. Chocolate.” I don’t believe her. She would kill to be a “first lady.”
Jill’s Surprise Arrival Was A Bust
Phaedra had no idea who Jill was. There was little reaction by any of the women apparently. Phaedra plays Does Phaedra Know That Lady? Phaedra knows Mary Cosby, Gizelle Bryant. She does not know Sutton Stracke, Dolores Catania, Lisa Hochstein, Heather Dubrow or Lisa Barlow. Do we believe that these women don’t watch the other housewives franchises?
Dorinda stays in touch somewhat with Tinsley Mortimer. GOOD GRIEF this recap was hella long. IT WAS A REALLY GOOD EPISODE THOUGH.

Didn’t Dorinda ever watch RHOBH? IF she had, she would have added a third rule: No peeing on the beds! (I used to think about Steve cringing when Vicki would do that and fake poop and fart on the bed to claim her room.) So seventh grade.

This was such a great recap. I’m enjoying these girl’s trips so much more than regular HW’S anymore. I use to be so into all the Housewive’s shows but that’s all changed with the excessive bully mentality of it all. Now I can barely watch. But I love the recaps! Can’t get enough of the commentary. The past 2 weeks. Still going through my “stuff” but I’m shocked I can’t use the housewives or southern charm or even 90 Day Fiancé as my escape. It worked so well during Covid. Now? Not so much 🤷♀️
One thing is for sure … I love the recaps. Thank you for doing the heavy lifting … seriously. I think there is no escaping real life right now. I want to hug every young woman I know and apologize , but Plan B and start a delivery service and hopefully not fight with my sisters over politics and religion. Very opposing views and it’s 3 against me during a time when we need to focus on my sister’s health and the time we have. I’m all for opposing views and conversation but I cannot tolerate hypocrisy and “what about Hillary/Obama/Biden” arguments or countering the big lie conspiracies.

Phaedra and Dorinda had me laughing the entire episode. I’m not excusing anything Phaedra has done in the past but definitely enjoyed this episode of WWHL a lot.

Thanks for the recap, I was furiously re dyeing my hair. I usually dye it a brown base color, then pull it through the cap and put blondish highlights in it. Oh kids!! I had grabbed the WRONG color and ended up coming into work with Ronald McDonald red hair yesterday. Had to dye it Again, then put the flipping highlights in it last night after work.I have been doing it for years and it saves a bunch of money. Going to a 70th hippie birthday party after work, then watching my 3 granddaughters Saturday. Then, Nothing. I have a good book coming in the mail so I will relax and chill.

I saw WWHL and liked Dorinda and Phaedra together. Maybe they’re better for this kind of housewives show and not as regular cast. I agree that Dorinda is great when she doesn’t drink. Brandi is a waste and should be off all reality tv. Tamra is growing on me which I never thought I’d say. Thx for the recap! I sort of half watch Bravo and miss the details you bring up.
By the way-got my hair cut the other day and my hair stylist and I – both Catholic- discussed our anger over the Roe vs Wade decision! 😱
I watched the WWHL with Brandi and Jill and they were both anti-Dorinda. Jill especially did not have much kindness in her heart about Dorinda. She made everyone cry.
I do think Vicki was nasty from the start. She was complaining in the car before she even got there. But I also think her and Dorinda have very similar personalitites in the Bitch sense. They are both narcissistic kind of personalities. A show with the two of them weekly would be WAY too much for me to take never mind 8 days in the same house.
We will see. I am excited just to see Below Deck Down Under so I don’t care what these women do. The commercials of that gorgeous Captain are enough for me to watch thesse crazy hw’s
I watched this on On Demand late last night just because of Tamara’s recap. The recap was GREAT! The episode of WWHL was really entertaining! YRS, Dorinda can be mean when she gets drunk (honestly, who can’t), but I miss her and definitely miss Blue Stone Manor. I really enjoyed Phaedra too. She’s messy, but she is what you expect on reality tv (rape allegations aside).

I thought it was a great episode. Phaedra says a lot without saying it. She is funny. The guy she met at Target was a devil worshipper I do believe unless I misunderstood something. Very scary talked about animal sacrifices to her.
I am still not a fan of Dorinda. She makes up the rules of behavior as she goes along and what suits her. Overbearing much? Mix in the booze and she’s terrifying. Wonder what Tinsely’s take on their “friendship” would be.
Jill came to showcase her products. She also seems genuinely hurt by her history with Dorinda.
Dorinda really wants back in to RHONY but does Andy have the courage to keep her off?

Anybody BUT Jill IMO. I don’t like her and nothing she says or does changes my opinion. Talk about THIRSTY! Strangely enough, and very unexpectedly, I find I can put aside the evil that Phaedra tried to do to Kandi and enjoy her quick wit and shade. She’s much easier to take than NeNe. She and Eva together on RHUGT are gold.
Absolutely agree about Phaedra and Eva! I stopped watching the Housewives because of all the shrieking. I have been GLUED to this season’s RHUGT. I think Phaedra and Eva bring a great balance to the other housewives. I love watching them smooth over the emotions that Dorinda has stirred up.
Bravo should have those “Watch With” episodes with Eva and Phaedra critiquing RHOA. It is so bad and boring that I took it off my DVR schedule.
