UT OH We Need To Talk About Noella Bergener

April 29, 2022 by tamaratattles 14 Comments

Noella BergenerBefore we get to the latest Noella Bergener news, her is a little bit of history. Some of you might not know but Noella has two children. Her oldest daughter has a different father than the son she shares with “Sweet James.” The reason we never see the daughter is because her father would not allow her to be on the show, or mention her at all.

In 2014 she hired Fried and Goldsman law firm to represent her in a court battle with her daughter’s father over custody. The case dragged on for four years. There was an outstanding amount due of $293,833.22. Noella claims that the outstanding payment should have been paid by her ex-husband according to the divorce decree. Despite being informed that she must attend a hearing in January, she failed to meet the deadline to file anything with the court and did not show up for the hearing.

Noella Bergener Should Have Gone To Court

While the original unpaid balance was $293,833.22, the creditor company demanded $116k in interest plus an additional $5k for other fees. The suit was filed last October and the firm served Noella with legal papers weeks later. Today RadarOnline is reporting that a default judgement was given to the creditor in the amount of approximately $415,000. Yowza!

Are there ANY housewives that pay their bills and their taxes like normal people?

Bravo really doesn’t do a very good job with their background checks, do they?

Well this was not something that would have shown up before now. She basically REFUSED to pay the bill because she claims the divorce stipulates that he pay all attorney fees associated with the divorce, and this should count.

I think she wont pay it, and it will get higher and higher
and she cant fake a break into her house like Dorit because the rental is gone

I think they will set up a payment plan and she will really need the show. Or she may sue her first husband for payment if indeed he is responsible.

Noelle posted on Twitter a few days ago that Gina had been fired.

That’s the wrong person. She was just fine on the show before Heather.

noella is not detail oriented or willfully ignores what she doesn’t want to deal with. heather, on the other hand, deals with it and is detail oriented. and as a result, understands stuff a lot better.

Well to be fair just because she has seen the bill with her own eyes doesn’t mean it exists

If the divorce decree says that the husband has to pay it why are they going after her. I would think once the lawyers saw documentation of that they would go after him.

I want to give Noella the benefit of the doubt that she did not know the this was still an ongoing matter. It would make no sense to not show up to court. Hopefully she gets this sorted but I hope this doesn’t end up as a pity storyline on RHOC if they can talk about it.

Speaking of which since we just finished season 16, which I think went better than 15. Any word on casting for season 17?

Thanks Amy! You guys have been a great comfort. I haven’t really been talking about it out loud. I much prefer the online method. I’m hanging tough though.
