I’m very excited about this TAR 33 Recap and thankful for all five of you who actually read it. I wish more people watched this so. It is so good. Tonight the racers head to Greece and I cannot wait! So let’s get right to it!
On the first leg in Greece they have to drive to an olive grove and look for the clue. Kim and Penn arrive first. The clues are high up in a tree but Penn is really tall and has not trouble grabbing it. Next to arrive are the flight attendants, Raquel and Cayla. They are not that tall and struggle to reach their clue. They seem to have missed the fact that there are ladders around at the moment. Eventually, one climbs up on the other’s shoulders and grabs it.
Arun and Natalia, who are terrible with driving is already in the last group to depart. Back at the olive grove, the twins found their clue putting them in third place currently. Ryan and Dusty are trying to make a comeback from last week and are in fourth. Arun and Natalia are way back in last place. Again.
The Road Block: Who Likes To Wrap?
The road block is at a vineyard. Kim likes to wrap! This vineyard grows grapes for their leaves, so the racers will be wrapping specified ingredients in SIXTY grape leaves. That’s a lot of grape leaves! Ryan and Dust arrive third. Whichever one of them is playing realized that the veins of the leaves have to go on the inside. So he is probably going to smoke the girls. The editing says that Kim discovered the vein thing when she took a second look at the sample. I think the guys probably tipped her off. Kim has to redo half of her wrapping. Somehow Arun and Natalia are there and apparently Arun is going to be great at this challenge. Poor Raquel doesn’t know what she is doing wrong. Lulu got done in no time and is in third.
The next part of the roadblock requires the teams to find a certain food truck and order some souvlaki. But before they can order they have to spell ‘souvlaki”. Then they have to eat the whole thing. The clue is inside the wrapper. Arun and Natalia are in fourth place! Then again, how many teams are left? Five? Yes, five. Kim and Penn blow through the whole souvlaki thing and then throw away the wrapper. Dusty and Ryan are right on their heels. The flight attendants
Roadblock: Who Wants To Be Iconic?
The next challenge is at a Greek orthodox church. It’s another roadblock. Who wants to be iconic? They have to listen to a sermon and then arrange paintings of five saints in the correct order. Well, it would be good time to be Greek Orthodox on this challenge. Penn is up first. This actually looks pretty easy. But the sermon is fifteen minutes long. Penn gets it on his first try. Meanwhile, the twins seem to be lost. They miss the second roadblock and end up at the pit stop.
Ryan listens to the sermon. Ryan doesn’t even look at the photos. He also, runs off after five saints are discussed. He has to listen again. Or you know listen for the first time. Ryan is still not looking at the photo! He’s actually sitting now and not even listening. Meanwhile, the twins for some reason decided to start the souvlaki roadblock over because they could not find the clue. So they ate another one. One twin doesn’t like it. Then they throw away the second clue! Meanwhile, Ryan somehow completes the roadblock. The flight attendants are right behind them. After two tries Natalia gets it correct. But, Arun gets lost AGAIN on the way to the final pit stop. Can the twins catch up? Arun had at least a fifteen minute head start!
At The Mat
Penn and Kim arrive in first place again. They each won $7,500! The flight attendants are team number two. Dusty and Ryan are team number three. YES! Arun and Natalia are team number four! The twins were eliminated.
