I’m going to try and focus on a decent Vanderpump Rules Recap for tonight’s final reunion episode. I’m still a bit out of it. It’s a bit odd that they are putting the reunion out on two consecutive nights. I am wondering what bravo show airs on your know, whatever day this is, normally. 🙂 Is it RHOC? Yes, Nanette just confirmed it. It’s weird there is no episode this week. But, I’m sure we will all survive, lol.
It’s Not Love, Actually.
It looks like a very dramatic hour is ahead. We go right back into the drama between Sandoval and Schwartz. Katie says that Schwartz has been doing all the heavy lifting for the bar. Raquel apologizes to Katie for comments she made on WWHL about Schwartz butting out. Lala mocks Ariana and Sandoval for not being married. On to Lala and her bad nose job. Did she go to Terry Dubrow? lol. I can’t remember. Then more James bashing. It seems a bit unnecessary at this point. James seems like he is not happy that Raquel has left him. He seems a bit heartbroken, but resigned to the situation. LVP seems to be the mother that James has always needed.
Next we talk about Scheana and Brock and how it met. Brock having the same kind of “Investors Visa” that LVP has is bizarre. He can’t pay child support but he qualifies for an investors visa that is sometimes s much as a million dollars? LVP has been able to keep her visa because she and Ken have opened numerous businesses in the country. Is Homebody or whatever it is going to be enough to keep him here? Andy brings this up. Brock says that he has been paying child support since 2018. But he is not caught up with what he owes.
Lala Has Her Dramatic Moment
Andy moves on to the topic of Raquel being adopted. He seems confused. It’s not that difficult. Her birth mother’s sister adopted her at birth. She rarely sees her birth mother. Her dad is on the way to help her pack her stuff and take her home. James says Raquel’s family never really liked him. Shocker. Why are we wasting time on this. Then it is time for us to try to muster a tear for Lala losing her man the same was she got him. But first, shady Andy plays a montage of all of Lala, nasty comments to Scheana about Brock. And how great her relationship was. It’s well deserved shade.
Aw, Lala feels bad. Then she tries to defend herself again. Can’t she just say that she was wrong. Lala would not let anyone tell her anything negative about Randall. Hell, I knew he had a long history of cheating. He was cheating WITH Lala. So, this isn’t shocking new to Lala. People share times when Randall was doing questionable things. Lala is mad that no one told her. LVP points out that no one said anything negative about Randall on camera. Because they would not do that to her. Lala says that Randall was never home.
The Smartest Thing LVP Has Ever Said
Even Raquel is the first to point out that Lala began seeing Randall as a mistress. Then, LVP says “Sometimes the way you get them is how you lose them.” Lala seems to be pissed off by the truth. Everyone had to sign NDAs to go to Coachella or whatever it was with Lala and Randall before he was ever on the show! That should have been the first HUGE RED FLAG. She was literally blowing him for a Range Rover. How is that someone to have a baby with unless you are trying to secure the bag! She says that Randall told her he was separated. They all say that, sweetie. And they were on the road together for two straight months. What wife would allow that? We go back to five minutes earlier when she said he was never home.
LVP is really holding Lala’s feet to the fire. WE ALL KNEW SHE WAS WITH A MARRIED MAN before he was even identified. She was literally providing him with sexual favors for expensive gifts! She totally knew he was married and didn’t care. Hell, he may STILL be married as far as we know. But, Lala continues to blame it all on Randall. LVP chimes in with “leopard doesn’t change his points.” James says that he always hated Randall. At least they don’t have to play pickleball with him anymore. But does Lala get the pickleball court and the house?
Summer’s Eve Sandwich Shop
On to the burning question. Does ANYONE like the Name “Something About Her” for a sandwich shop? People are pretending to think it’s a good name. Schwartz says he thought it was something he and Katie would do in their “golden years.” Newsflash, no one wants to open a restaurant in their “golden years” it’s way too much work. Randall will no longer invest so they are looking for new investors. LVP might invest. Apparently, Randall was asking other people to invest and pretending to front the money himself. That sounds very Randall.
I am pretty much a fan of Scheana and Brock this season. Who would have guessed that? Lala seems furious that Brock and Scheana are getting married. Then, we flip back to Brock paying $25K for the engagement ring. I do not believe that for a minute a morganite ring of that size is closer to $5K. But, I am on team Scheana and Brock. I think it is fine to announce their engagement. Just because someone else is engaged doesn’t mean you cannot share your engagement. Scheana is correct. Lala is the one ruined the party. Oh Kathy Hilton and Paris are on WWHL! But I will be The Amazing Race first. Let me know your WWHL thoughts in comments. I may be back to share.
OMG! Sandoval has made Summer’s Eve drinks for everyone to toast with. Wonder where that idea came from? LOL. Brock and Scheana are planning to marry in November in Bali and they hope his family will be able to come. And there we have it. The end of the reunion was sad with James and Raquel saying goodbye. He dad comes to pick her up.
