There are TWO bankrupt cases at play currently with it comes to Erika Giradi and Tom Girardi. There is the Girardi Keese Law Firm Bankruptcy and Tom Girardi’s personal bankruptcy and Erika Girardi is smack in the middle of both of them. I am going to hit the highlights. You can listen to Emily D. Bakers Podcast here. It’s way at the end of the podcast.
In the Girardi Keese bankruptcy, the trustees claim that Erika Jayne’s shell accounts received over $20 million from the law firm. Now, they are investing how Erika is paying her rent on her new house. The want to determine where the rent money is coming from. I mean she does have RHOBH money for that. They want the money sent back to the law firm to be sent back to the law firm. I’ve already covered this here. I just realized that this is all is probably going to be covered in that link. I’m hoping Emily has more details to share. Or at least shed some clarity on what is going on.
Erika Girardi’s Attorney’s Want Ronald Richards Out As Trustee
Emily says that Erika’s attorney’s say they need a court order to release confidential information. Her attorneys are pissed that Ronald Richards is the trustee for the Girardi Keese bankruptcy. Her attorneys are fighting for him to removed. There reasons are super long but basically they are claiming that Ron Richards social media could taint the jury pool should either Girardi request a trial by jury. They are pissed that Richards had input into The Housewife & The Hustler. Also, Richards uses the hashtag #GirardiFraud. They were also not happy with Richards appearance on the Up and Adam podcast. Richards is a trustee on the Girardi Keese lawsuit and says he kept his comments limited to the personal bankruptcy case. So there was no conflict of interest.
Erika’s attorneys are angry that on the Up and Adam Podcast, Richards stated that he didn’t think Erika’s personality was “consistent with compliance in a court setting.” WAH. These are Erika’s attorney’s who dumped her and then reversed their decision. When, Richards posted about the attorneys attempt to withdraw from the case, a follower ask what that meant and he replied, “It implies that she is facing evidence that shows she is more than just an innocent spouse. She is refusing to comply with her attorneys.” And when they withdrew the motion he said “It appears that the urgent and immediate breakdown of the client attorney relationship has been miraculously fixed.” A follower replied “So she found a way to pay them?” And Richards replied, “Probably.”
Ronald Richards Definitely Crossed The Line
Emily seems to think that Richards is right on the line of improper conduct for someone involved in the case. As we continue through the motion, it seems that Richards behavior, in particular his rude treatment of a female creditor who he chastised for not having her paperwork together. He said she had no proof of claim. That is up to the Bankruptcy Attorney to determine. Not him. He’s just looking for assets. The end of the document with all of the exhibits of Richards attacks on a victim/creditor is very ugly.
I feel after two hours of discussion on this that Ronald Richards should probably not be a trustee for this case. I imagine they will probably remove him. Especially, for comments he made to the woman whose son died on Twitter. She’s not even suing for money for her, but for her lawyers that Tom never paid. I think he is too emotionally invested in the case. He is coming off as a clout chaser at this point.
OH! And in a little bonus for those of you read all of this, here is a bonus FELON BY BRAVO TIDBIT! Jen Shah is out at drag clubs somewhere “making it rain” like she has all the money in the world. IDIOTS ALL.
