Lisa Vanderpump Continues To Be Petty

May 14, 2021 by tamaratattles 38 Comments

Lisa Vanderpump

Oh my. Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd seem very short on funds, yet full of petty behavior. You could literally spend the better part of a day reading here about all their lawsuits. So perhaps that explains why they were hoping for someone else to pick up their tab a Los Angeles sushi restaurant this past Monday.

According to TMZ, Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd were out at Shu Restaurant at the same time as Kyle Richards was having a business meeting with an executive producer who works on RHOBH and that little dinner show that no one watches on E! Neither Kyle nor Lisa acknowledged each other. The producer said hello to Lisa as he walked in and went about his business.

Lisa Vanderpump

British Humor?

When Lisa Vanderpump and Ken finished their dinner, Lisa told their server to give their bill of a mere $132 to the producer. The producer declined to pay the tab and Kyle certainly didn’t offer. Lisa Vanderpump is trying to play this off as “British humor” once again. I’ve never of a Brit that didn’t know what British humor was before Lisa Vanderpump. Also, a $132 tab at this restaurant is on the low end. TMZ claims that Lisa left a cash tip for the server and “an imprint of her credit card” on the table in the event that no one picked up her tab.
Can someone explain to me how one leaves an “imprint of their credit card” at a restaurant? The new cards don’t even have raised numbers. And even with the old ones, is she carrying around carbon paper to make a copy? Is this relatively high end restaurant still using those old fashioned credit card machines where they make carbon copies of the card? None of this makes sense. And as usual, Lisa Vanderpump looks like an idiot. I found this sentence interesting, “She tells TMZ she left a cash tip for the server and an imprint of her credit card in the event the tab wasn’t picked up.” To me that sounds like LVP ran to TMZ to tell them about her funny joke.
Who does this? Am I missing something here? You couldn’t pay me to send my tab to another table.

Yea she ran to TMZ about her “joke” but didn’t tell them about being asked for her autograph by a fan who had a cast photo. The petty bitch scribbled something like a mustache on Kyle & Rinna, and X’d out Erika, Dorit, and Teddie’s faces.

British humor by brits is also their term for “I’m gonna be an asshole to you and you grin and bear it” I have a person like that in my life – and it’s a constant battle of “stop being passive aggressive bully”.

LVP needs to act like the queen she thinks she is not a petty high schooler.

And for 132…..2 cocktails or wine for each at 25 each (so that’s 4 in total) that already gets you to 100 – add in aps at 12-20 each …. easy to get to 132 for a couple
Drinks and an ap. Totally not a full fancy meal at 325

If I go out to eat with a family of four in Kentucky, our bill is at least 150, without a tip. How was their bill so cheap and with a specific amount reported in multiple media sites? 132$ in nice place in California would cover two drinks and an appetizer.

Hi 👋 everyone it’s been a while but I’m back! I have been under the weather but better & ready to opine!😂 Hope you’re all doing well 😊. I must confess I have never cared for LVP at all. She always has struck me as smug and entitled. I don’t watch her new show bc as usual the previews show her nosey questions abt ppl’s lives! That is so cheap & low rent! LMAO The sooner she disappears from Bravo 👏 the better. Unfortunately I don’t think Andy is over her yet! “How Deadfull”! LOL🤬
      Peace 🙏

        Welcome back, Nancy!

Andy has nothing to do with Bravo programming other being included in the group producer chat for Housewives shows. And that is a courtesy because he started RHOC. Andy cannot make decisions even for housewives shows. He is talent not a suit.

I didn’t know that. I thought Andy made all the decisions on Housewives shows. Isn’t he the one that has been keeping Jill Zarin from returning to RHONY this season? Also, I never thought Andy was a big LVP fan.

Andy Cohen wanted to be talent instead of a suit. In order to get WWHL he had to quit his decision making job at Bravo. As a courtesy, since he was responsible for bringing the Real Housewives shows to Bravo he has a courtesy “producer role” on the housewives franchises. Basically, this just lets him screen episodes and be on the production email chain to see the behind the scenes news. He can comment with opinions but no one is required to agree with him.

Thanks, TT, that’s what I thought. It is almost amusing how he continues to be the lightning rod for people’s vitriol and gets the blame for all that is wrong with the HW shows and how they’ve gone so downhill, when the blame falls on the shoulders of the actual Bravo suits and certain members of the production teams who want to push their world-view on viewers.

You should watch tone episode- the one with Jim Jeffries, they play a behind the scenes clip on Ajax threatening to get Jim Jeffries thrown out of the comedy club. Pure gold! Jim Jeffries makes that episode worth it 😀

Ooo – speaking of Erika, I just saw the trailer for RHOBH and it looks like they are really going to go there in discussing Tom & Erika’s fraud. Will be interesting to watch her try to spin & weasel her way out of things.

Regarding Ken & Lisa, God forbid they should downsize, sell of some of their stuff, & try to live within their means. How much does a pair of swans fetch these days?

This seems like LVP’s attempt to get ahead of a potentially bad story. Maybe she thought she was being funny, but when the producer declined, she had to be the first to talk about it. She knows it would look awful if Kyle (or the producer) told that story.

But this way, she can put her cute little “British humor” spin on it – yet it still reeks of desperation. And just reaffirms that she runs to TMZ to tell her side, a la puppy gate.

    (Insert countless eyerolls here)

LVP British humor is her version of marlo’s fun shade. When I read the article the first thing that came to my mind was she basically confirming she is having money issues. Why would you send someone else you bill, that’s so disrespectful, yet when she’s going to be asked about it she’s going to play the victim somehow. Funny how tmz ran the story, they probably paid her. Surprised she didn’t take the story it to radar online like she used to… allegedly

We used to call a pre-authorisation swipe an “imprint” – a bit of a throwback. Same action, different tech. It’s a very hospitality thing to say I think, so that story was either direct from the restaurant or Lisa herself.

Lisa is thirsty and tired.. this confirms she wants back on the show right?? Supposedly she smokes like a chimney, so I’m imagining her doing all this with a cigarette hanging out her mouth.. all crossing out faces and puffing away..

I mean she should send them the bill. They used her for a storyline a lot last season and Kyle’s new tag line is basically about LVP, even though it’s their second season without her… It seems like $132 is pretty cheap for all of that. Also how did a fan just happen to be there with a picture of the RHOBH and they only asked LVP to sign it and not Kyle?

Anyway I still think it’s was funny.

I think it’s pretty funny! You know Kyle was wishing she thought of it first. If Kyle had just paid it, she’d come out looking better in this situation. But she really is just showing who the real bitter Betty is (herself).

As for this, I can take LVP or leave her. But I totally see this as funny. And I’m not British. I also think Kyle could have made herself look good AND still put down Lisa if she had paid.

TT, a card imprint is old school restaurant slang for pre-authorizing a card. Only LVP or Ken would have used that term.

    Old school.

As far as using a bank card, I don’t know anyone who uses one that doesn’t have bad credit. Especially here in crime ridden South Florida. Mine is my safe.

I actually read the reviews for Tom Tom (working at a computer all day gives me time 😉 ), and several people say that they left their cc at the front while they drank. Later there were wonky charges on their cards from nearby stores. Several had met Tom Sandoval and said he was rude. Plus their drinks are like 20-25$. But they are “hand-crafted” whatever the fuck that means. Every drink is “hand crafted” you imbecile.

Lisa is the most entitled HW EVER. I can definitely see her doing this.
