Girls! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! WE GOT THE YACHT! Apparently, this RHONJ recap will be on a yacht that is owned by Teresa and Margaret’s ghost writer. I am kind of worried about someone getting thrown overboard! Let’s see how it goes. I think I have a fever. I better not have gotten Covid from hugging lawn kid. The big news is that Teresa has admitted to the girls that she has a boyfriend. They have apparently met their dad’s girlfriend too. Everyone seems fine with time marching on. Jennifer tells her daughters that her mother is an angry person who was always screaming. I am ready to get to the yacht and skip over all this filler.
Jennifer & Margaret Reach A Peace Treaty On The Yacht
Everyone is on the yacht except Melissa who is feeling a bit under the weather. Teresa admits to the ladies that she is actually dating someone. Margaret reads from her book about her boss coming on to her and feeling like she could not say no. Jennifer keeps on harping on the fact that Margaret gave a different version of the story earlier. That is not really true. She just gave more details in the book. Jennifer just needs to shut her damn mouth. Margaret tells Jennifer that she is tone deaf on a lot of issues. For example, she was on her Instagram whining about not being able to find a housekeeper during the pandemic where everyone is social distancing.
Jennifer tries to explain about all the pressure she is over with homeschooling, and her parents and a trying to keep a huge house clean. Then suddenly Jennifer apologizes to Margaret. That was unexpected. She wants to have all the girls and their mothers over to her house for a tea party. Margaret and Jennifer both seem to make amends. Again, shocking. And just like that the yacht party is done. I was sure that would be the whole episode.
Margaret And Her Mom Have A Tearful Conversation
Jackie drops by Melissa’s house to catch her up on the yacht party. Melissa also shares that Joe Gorga feels underappreciated. Melissa is covering for Teresa and her new man. She is refusing to give up any information to Jackie. Then we are suddenly at Margaret’s house with her mom. This episode is sort of disjointed. Margaret’s mom has read the book and had no idea that her daughter was sexually harassed in the workplace. They both cry about it.
Melissa takes her daughter shopping for school clothes at Envy. I have no idea why Melissa is just now going to have the sex talk with her daughter. She’s a teenager with a boyfriend. It’s way too late for the talk. Antonia is mortified, and this is happening on TV. Melissa is terrible at the talk.
All the wives and the mothers are coming to Jennifer’s house for tea. Everyone and the moms got really dressed up for tea. Jennifer has an insane about of food and drinks for the tea. Melissa talks to the mothers about having the talk with Antonia. The mothers all agreed that they never gave their daughters the talk. It is just not something they feel comfortable discussing. Teresa seems to be having a panic attack over missing her mom. So she is leaving to go visit her gravesite. So that pretty much ends the tea party
Literally nothing happened on this episode, thus the boring recap. All the scenes were super short.
