Hope you are all enjoying this Easter Weekend! The weather is great in Atlanta for a change. Though it is a bit cold. For some reason that always happens. It seems every year we would buy an Easter dress for Sunday services and then have to cover it up with a coat. It was 32 degrees when I had to take Banjo out to the backyard on a leash last night! It’s about 60 now. The sky is a clear blue and the sun is shining!
I know a lot of us are dealing with health issues and other unpleasant situations. I hope you can all get some fresh air and take a breather. Tell me what you are cooking! I am skipping the whole thing. I thought I had a pack of the super expensive pork chops. As it turns out I have chicken breasts. So I’ll probably make my same dish with chicken instead of pork. The last time I bought the pork chops, chicken breasts were on sale. Apparently, I bought a lot of them. I’ll cook them with pineapple, mango, onions and jalapeno. Should be tasty.
I was planning to work on taxes today, but… I just can’t. We need a flat tax in this country. Just tell me what you want Uncle Sam. During the sunrise to sunset tree removal yesterday the fence broke all the way in half, so I can’t let Banjo out in the backyard. This is getting really annoying as he has to go out a lot these days. And it takes him 20 minutes to “find a good spot” and our sleeping schedules are not exactly in sync. Life twirls on…
The site seems to be going in and out today. If it’s not one thing, it’s another. Argh.It took me half an hour to get this up and I am not even sure it is going to go up now.
