Last night, Suzanne Somers was doing a Facebook Live with the assistance of her husband to promote her makeup line. They were both at a set they had set up in the backyard. She was about to do a class in contouring when she heard a male voice in the yard. Sources say that she was having friends over for dinner later on and she assumed it was one of her guests. So she called out to ask who was there. Then, some random male stranger wandered up. The guy, who said his name was Aaron Carpenter, said the he was followed their by ghosts. He also thought the frogs croaking were “the devil.”
I am completely impressed with how calm both Suzanne and her husband Alan Hamel were throughout the whole thing! The entire time Suzanne would turn to the camera and give her HELP ME! Face. And sure enough her viewers all started trying to call the cops. Suzanne also called the cops but TMZ reports that the police so far have no report of the incident.

Three Is NOT Always Company
It appears the guy eventually left on his own. But first he told Suzanne he had a gift for her. She told him that he needed to leave her property and was not interested in whatever “gift” he had. Suzanne does very frequent Facetime Lives around five pm her time to promote her products. Her IG is great and she has a great video that was way too long for me to watch about her wonderful gardens. Apparently, if you live in Palm Springs you can garden all year long!
Anyway, the guy, who was apparently half-nekkid according to reports, was apparently a lost hiker who followed a path to their outdoor lighting for the show.
As Wendy Williams would say, “That’s a gooooood 74!”
It’s a weird, weird, world we live in. Check out the video below.
How did they stay so calm? That was so impressive but scary as hell.
I am so glad you posted this!! I saw it and was amazed at how bizarre and scary it was but admired how SS handled herself and the situation. That was domaine kind of crazy! I loved when she worked the camera with her facial expressions!! Goes to show you how to handle someone invading your space and being smart to assess the situation before going off. She was kind but firm. I’m glad he wasn’t more of a threat.
Don’t do Instagram, but reading this, I’m wondering why TMZ is saying that police have no report of the incident if viewers and Suzanne had called?
It made the news in Australia!!!
