Jax Taylor Finally Flies To Kentucky To Be With Brittany Cartwright

June 27, 2020 by tamaratattles 80 Comments

Jax and BrittanyBrittany Cartwright has been in Kentucky for almost two weeks with her mother, Sherri. Sherri has been in ICU and was briefly near death after a botched bladder surgery. Sherri shared the events of the last three weeks or so on her Facebook.

It has been a rough few weeks. I went into hospital for a bladder tack everything went wrong that could go wrong. I went back to hospital for emergency surgery this time I was on life support and the doctors said if I had waited 24 more hours I would have died. I’m now having a Home Health Nuse 3 times a week and therapy. I’m now having to walk with a walker and hooked to a machine. I’m very weak and confused why this happened to me. My family has been amazing they check on me several times a day. Brittany is here from LA she gives me my fluids at night. It’s still going to be a long recovery and several months of healing. Keep me in your prayers. Thanks everyone for your text and calls.

Pump Rules Recap

Jax Taylor & Brittany Cartwright Celebrate One Year Anniversary In Kentucky

Brittany Cartwright went out to Kentucky while her mom was on live support but Jax Taylor stayed in LA. One of his many pressing priorities appeared to be attending Stassi’s birthday party along with Kristen and her boyfriend at Katie’s house. Stassi takes her birthday very seriously so even while pregnant going to a birthday party and has been going out into the world without a mask with her fiance Beau. Ever since Stassi and Kirsten got fired, they seem to have decided to band together in a futile attempt to get their jobs back. The witches of Weho appear to be back together. Jax has probably been going to the gym ten times a day due to the effects of all the “pasta.”

So now, Jax, who has not had time to quarantine, and then took a plane and arrived yesterday at the Kentucky farm to bring in more germs. Another smart decision.  Coincidentally, Monday is Jax and Brittany’s one year anniversary since their Kentucky wedding. So if you had you money on “less than a year” you are probably out of luck. The newlyweds went for a drive in a convertible to do some antique shopping today.

Is this for real? Seriously, is this for real?

I see that Kentucky is now allowing visitors into hospitals again, though only one at a time for each patient. But even though it’s legal again, that still doesn’t make it smart or wise. I get that Brittany wants to be with her mother, but she and Jax risk bringing all kinds of germs (including the novel coronavirus) to her mother and the rest of the family there.

Go ahead and insert your #facepalm imagery here.

It doesn’t look like she’s in the hospital anymore. She said she has a home health nurse 3 times a week and Brittney gives her fluids at night (whatever that means). This is a weird story.

I cannot believe how many people I know that are going on vacation right now. My family cancelled our beach vacation in Alabama in early April because maybe we are the only people left with any common sense. Our condo was booked for the last week in June (right now) but we realized a pandemic lasts for a long ass time. I want to be sitting on the patio right now with a drink watching the waves crash in semi dark, but I am not a selfish asshole. Just a bitter Betty.

What is wrong with everyone here? It’s HER FUCKING BIRTHDAY! So why wear a mask or distance yourself, even if you are pregnant. Because it’s HER BIRTHDAY! I hope that her baby doesn’t have any birth DEFECTS (do they still use that term?) because her mommy is a selfish spoiled brat.

There isn’t too much studies on pregnant women and COVID. But most medicines are off limits for women for even a mild cold and a fever is never good during a pregnancy. plus as you get further along there is more pressure on your respiratory system so having a respiratory infection is no good. It is just stupid to be pregnant and not careful of all potential illnesses.

Jax would be the first to whine about being sick if he did get Covid. I’m thinking seriously of starting to watch the show again because Stassi and Kristen, my two least favorite people on television, are gone. But I’m still going to have trouble with Jack’s because he may not be a homophobe and a racist but he uses terminology that would suggest that he is wasn’t that long ago that he was calling things gay. In fact now I know I’m not going to watch bravo anymore if he’s going to stay on. They make a lot of money off of gay people and trans people, it’s an insult to have him still on the network.

Her mother is extremely high risk. I know people who left their jobs because either their elderly parents or young children were at risk. My SIL was essential. He went to work and did all the shopping. He would come home, go in through the basement, leave his shoes outside strip and throw his clothes in the washer, start it and jump right in the shower (all located in the basement bath). He would then go in his office next door and dress in the clothes my daughter would leave him there. They literally did not leave the house from the beginning of March until June 1st. I cannot believe these two morons would expose this poor woman who almost died. I really didn’t watch this season, just read TT’s recaps and now I am done. Off the DVR you go you ignorant twats.

My husband finally came home at 8am this morning his first words to me are ” The world has gone to shit in a hand basket” and “Would you like some tea and toast”?…..He looks pasty faced and has lost around 2 stone.

Thank God @belladonna made me go get a wax…although I am still rocking the two tone skunk hair do.

He is not a happy chappy – the final straw was the decision June 20th to open all the borders early for the sake of the economy and lack of any Covid funding – Europe does not have an money….Cockwomblers and their Lobster lunches in Brussels plus the joys of Brexit which is now fueling other countries to wonder why they are staying in the European

My husband spent 4 months in Gibraltar dealing with Covid he worked his arse off and they had 0 deaths, OK small community 37 thousand people, he feels all essential workers have been given a major slap in the face.

The above post is an example of WHY he is not a happy chappy cases are rising all over Europe and I am feeling another 4 weeks and Groundhog Day will be here again and Covid will rise it’s ugly head in a new mutation and I doubt they will bother with another Lock Down.

There are around 16 thousand people in my small town due to Covid our beach capacity is 1000…the tourists have arrived, no masks, no social distancing, rubbish everywhere, drunk on cheap beer, police fining them, ignoring all the rules for their own safety and the safety of others.

Parking is a nightmare, its hot people are getting angry over everything….. and bad bitch from Spain is desperate to go full on feral. No leprechauns and fairies in my world today, No!! I am a full on Fecking Banshee baying for blood.

We had to close the pool last night due to tourists arriving at 2am in the morning, straight into the pool, fully clothed, broken glasses, wine and beer bottles, empty beer tins full of cigarette butts thrown in the pool. The whole area is now contaminated….It will remain closed for the next 3 months.

Our pool opens at 8am to 10pm and we do not allow any glassware in the pool area. I have spent the morning filing police reports and my husband has come home, SERIOUSLY!! I have better things to do.

The owners who rented out their properties will have to pay to empty the pool to remove glass etc, people have gone crazy and I don’t mean due to mental health issues but to complete utter fecking selfishness. #mememe

Thousands of tourists are heading to Spain it will help the economy and put the health system on it’s knees.

OH JOY…As the song says Summertime, Summertime, Summertime Madness!!

Let’s see how the rest of the day goes.

Have a good one peeps, I need to make a large jug of Mint and Strawberry Mojito’s.

    Stay Safe and remember

Dance as if no one were watching,
Sing as if no one were listening,
And live every day as if it were your last.

I realize I have Covid brain, but I find it very difficult to social distance in a grocery store. The last time I was in Publix, I was standing in line fuming because the two women shopping together behind me were not wearing masks and were way too close. I wanted to say something but was focused on not hyperventilating. Then I noticed that the aisle I had just come down (it was empty at the time) was one way the opposite direction.

Social distancing is impossible now summer is here, the weather is getting hotter, humidity is making it difficult to breath in masks, I feel as if Spain has suddenly back tracked and we are now all going in the opposite direction and tourism is top priority.

Hyperventilating is now the new normal in our supermarkets, they are alot more people and it is frightening plus wearing a mask makes me deaf however the law says wear it or €1000 fine. – Spain will do on the spot fines march the tourists to the ATM and get the money knowing full well the locals will all stay indoors as we did not get time to adjust to No Lockdown and the tourists will keep us indoors.

I may start buying shares in menthol sweets as they are like gold dust in the shops.

I feel so angry for my elderly neighbours they no longer feel safe after last night, hubby is going to say hello to them tomorrow and see how they are.

We are going to buy online till September – work- home-early walks in the morning, stay on the terrace and see how things go for the next 4 weeks.

Yeah, re: TEXAS, they closed bars. And stopped elective procedures. Big fuckin whoop. Governor has taken power away from mayors and county judges. He won’t mandate shit. The mask order is only for businesses and no one enforces shit. “Personal Responsibility “ is that of two year olds. Health department directors are quitting all over like they’ve just had enough bc no one listens to the science and ppl are threatening their lives. They are planning the Republican convention in July in Houston in the inside convention center. Houston is going to be the next NYC. Our hospitals are already full. They’re literally sending the covid patients to that weight loss hospital that is shown on my 600lb life show. It’s a giant shitshow clusterfuck and our numbers just keep climbing. This is just result of early opening, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day. We’ve yet to see the jump from protests and Floyd’s funeral. Only matter of time until bodies are piling up in hallways. Testing centers are a joke.. I’ve already updated my will via a handwritten one. In the middle of doing all my dental work and now can’t finish so can’t chew anything. I’m afraid I’m not going to make it bc I’m very immunosuppressed due to pre-existing conditions and I honestly don’t know if I will ever see my kids again. I’m so fucking angry at the covidiots and the fact that we have zero cohesive intelligent honest leadership in our state much less the country. At this rate, it is never going to end. The entire world is dumbfounded at how fucking stupid our country is and how this has been handled. It’s literally insanity. Sorry I’m just needing to vent bc I’m truly scared and extremely Pissed off.

I live on the border in Texas. I am kind of happy the judge doesn’t have final say here because we would all be in lockdown here. BUT we do have a mask ordinance here and gathering size and it is being highly enforced by all stores and places. Our hospital counts have gone up and it was mainly because people decided to start visiting families again not because of going out in public. That was our huge issue.

Mmmkay. So the whole concept of COMMUNITY SPREAD is just people visiting their families? Has nothing to do with going into public places where air conditioning recirculates the air or infected (even asymptomatic people) going out into the public. Thanks for clearing that up. Dear God, if you’re pregnant and live in TX (doesn’t matter what border you’re on), you shouldn’t leave your house! JS

And this is exactly why I don’t leave my house and am scared shitless. People we’ve been at this almost six months! Please educate yourselves.

I get being scared. It’s a scary time. I’m paralyzed with fear sometimes myself. I try to AVOID THE NEWS and try to find good movies and shows that are very light hearted to keep my mind occupied. With my anxiety, anytime I can sleep without nightmares, I allow myself to sleep as long as I want. I know that is not possible for everyone, but constant anxiety is really bad for you. And I am back on the eating well kick and laying off the wine for a bit. I’ve been out for a few days and need to go to the grocery store for water (most important) and other things of moderate importance. I just MUST make a list over a few days because I can’t remember what I need if I don’t write it down.

I thought that the Republican Convention was going to infect Jacksonville. Did they back out?

Also, Texas is a HUGE state and unfortunately, you live in the hottest hot zone. That must be terrifying. I wish there was something I could do to help. But Maria lives in another part of the state and was commenting on what she feels made the cases increase in her area. It sound like her area was doing well following the science until they got comfortable enough to visit their families. That’s all. All areas of the country or even the states are not experiencing the same thing. And you are in a very hot zone and that is just awful.

Things are going up here in Georgia again because our Governor is a fucking moron. And my house is near a county line where both counties have having significant spikes. It’s hell out there. Hang tight and try to take some time out of your day to distract yourself with something. I do sudoku on NYT at night to deescalate before sleeping you get three a day free. There is also a free very weird game called tiles which takes a bit of time to figure out because the tiles are stacked. It’s dumb but distracts my brain. You need to find coping mechanisms that work for you.

omg, I tried NYT Tiles a couple of weeks ago. I haven’t figured it out yet but it certainly is absorbing. I’m addicted to the NYT Crosswords. They have an archive with like 20 years of puzzles so it feels very comforting to know you are never going to run out. Have always been intimidated by Sudoku but I may give it a try.

It took me forever to figure out Tiles. There are like four or five shapes on top of each other so you are only matching one of the shapes with the other. The little picture in the center that is often an animal like a bird or fleur de lis or something is often on top which makes things easier. Sometime it is hard to figure out what outline color on the box you are supposed to be matching is.

I can do the easy sudoku on my own but for medium and hard I tick the box that says something about options. It gives you the possible numbers for each square. It’s still hard even with all the help and takes me quite a while.

I sometimes do the mini puzzle of the day but those are too easy for the most part.

I’m too cheap to pay for the NYT. lol.

Oh and I only recently took up sudoku again and I forgot about the boxes and was just looking at columns and rows. Just a reminder it’s three groups of 1-9 not two. But you probably knew that. I am trying to workout my Covid brain a bit. I’d like to be able to type without using the wrong word in every third sentence.

?thx T. You know I don’t get a lot of free time since I’m taking care of mom. I have been extra anxious bc of dental stuff. I managed to garden some yesterday but it’s so bad here it’s sofa king scary and it’s like a giant black cloud that hangs overhead 24/7. I’m losing my mind with fear some days. I try not to watch the news but as I’ve mentioned my family/friends are in healthcare and they are keeping me posted constantly, some have been infected and it’s becoming too much some days. Sometimes I wish I didn’t know things that I do. But everyone will have to do their part no matter where they live if we are to ever get through this. Yes, I’m in a hot zone now and it’s scary af, but it will ultimately be like this in other parts of state and country if we the people don’t take active measures as told by the scientists even if we have to choose to lock ourselves down in order to achieve containment at least until the hospitals are not overwhelmed. Also have to take into consideration that we have a finite amount of physicians who have been working (some dying and some quitting, some sick themselves) for months and there will be less of them going forward as this gets continuously out of control. Sorry to be a Debbie downer but thems the facts. The younger population is higher in infection/positivity rates currently, but this is gonna last a very long time and all populations’ complacency is going to take needless lives. The R naught is more than one and a person can get reinfected after recovering. So, yeah my normal coping mechanisms are not helping much. Guess I’ll be the crazy bitch from Houston and I’m ok with that if anyone learns anything from my long ass comments. Also, thank you for letting me vent here. These are things I want to say/SCREAM IRL, but allowing me to vent here is actually a coping mechanism that helps me seem sane IRL, so THANK YOU for this outlet. Love to you and Banjo and all the other tattlers.

When did they move the Republican convention to Houston? I thought they moved it from North Carolina to Jacksonville, Florida. Or are you talking about a State convention? I swear the Republicans are trying to kill people. When I read that the campaign removed the signs from the Tulsa convention center asking people not to sit in every other seat, I was disgusted. It’s a state one, so they’re going to continue holding coughapaloozas in multiple states in the hot zones because some orange guy and his psychphants feel the need to exercise their power and freedom and ignore what is actually going on. And because they can. Pence just came to Austin & Trump is planning to come here. Our governor has his head crammed up trumps ass so far it’s ridiculous. They’re both fucking morons. Hey IJC,
Not that I need to add on to what Tamara says but I really do get it. I am in the health industry and spend a lot of time listening to press conferences, reading policies and orders, and looking at numbers. I work in nursing facilities and currently work from home because unless you work in just that facility they don’t let you in (dietitian here). I only said the issue here is family gatherings mainly because we had a huge spike in this area after huge family oriented events were allowed to happen. I also Was listening to a press conference with the heads of hospitals in my area and they said majority of clusters in this area are families and whole families were getting admitted to hospitals here.
I do social distance, I wear a mask, and really I only leave the house to pick up food and take my toddler to daycare (I can’t work and have a child in the house per work rules).

I really admire you for looking after your mom and taking care of yourself for her sake. From day one I said I am careful and distance myself from others more for their safety than mine. I do live an a area that is extremely high risk due to many other health risks. Which I see on a daily basis.

As I always tell residents family members who are the main caregivers or main loved one to make sure to take care of yourself too and I love Tamaras suggestions because even 10 minutes of a guilty pleasure gets us through the day.

Thanks for sharing about this. Sounds so incredibly stressful. I had understood that Europe wasn’t letting people from the U.S. in. I’m assuming the tourists you mentioned were from elsewhere. I thought Europe was taking this seriously especially the countries that were hardest hit, like Spain. I can’t believe how insane this all is. Stay strong and smart and thank your husband for all his good work. Who knows how all this will turn out.

I sat in a meeting on Friday and discovered late flights arriving passengers are not getting checked due to staff shortages so they cannot track them.

If it is a hard Brexit strong possibility no British tourists in Europe next year so all borders opened between 2 to 3 weeks early as they need the cash.

Next weekend they will descend on mass, the young will party get drunk, puke, urinate in the streets, ambulances will be called to take them to hospital, utter chaos.

Eurostar website crashed twice over the weekend, 224 flights arriving next week, every country in Europe wants the Germans and the Brits as they have cash to spend.

Due to furlough money people who wouldn’t normally come are coming..WTF!!!

I am about to make cheeses grits with jamon and home grown sliced tomotoes for breakfast. At five pm. Because VAMPIRE.

Hard Brexit includes Scotland, Wales, England, Northern Ireland and Gibraltar.

That would also be a nightmare for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland as that border was done by a drunk blind Irishman so that would also lead to a whole new nightmare.

The Southern Irish President changed over night and I missed it…Europe is in chaos, Boris declined the transition with Europe due to Covid and will be leaving end of 2020 with or without a deal which is another reason all borders opened.

Also, why would Brexit keep the British out of Europe? Will they be forbidden to enter or something? Sorry having a hard time waking up today. I sleep like a log last night on my new fancy sheets. And Covid Brain.

Long story short…YES they will require visas, animals back into 6 months quarantine, will affect healthcare…and to be honest they haven’t actually thought about it and now as usual with cockwomblers they are now all panicky…so open all borders.

I am guessing your lovely sheets are 100% Egyptian cotton made in Italy maybe by nuns…..excellent birthday present you deserve them.

SOME people are so damned entitled. HOW DARE COVID-19 enter THEIR world! “We need to make up for months of lost partying by being asshoe-ish AF.” Most of the assholes have never lived through a military draft or a REAL food or supply shortage. They panic because … toilet paper … no bottle service … At some point, Darwin WILL intervene … Sadly, there will be innocent victims because … I WANT MY MTV!

Community pool for 24 apartments, 16 owners are staying in their own country and renting out to tourists at crazy prices and they have all been given keys into a gated community who have been on military lockdown for 3 months via rental agencies or family members.

The Community President is in Madrid, I stood down as President last year after 15 years so all roads lead back to me when the shit hits the fan as no-one else available.

I have a guy coming tomorrow to fit an electronic keypad..the owners will have to contact me when their tenants cannot gain entry- Bad Bitch From Spain is coming out to play.

Anyone want to send me a couple of tasers?

I used to have a laser light. I wonder what happened to it. It is very helpful in moving people along the sidewalk, and drive their fucking cars. There is something about the sidewalk and street directly in front of my house that causes people to stop. Single people just stand there, dog walkers just walk straight into my yard, lots of fighting couples where one party is walking and the other is in the car trying to make them get in, cops planning to ambush one of the drug houses… tons of random people in cars just stopping for no apparent reason. Just the other night a big truck with a giant man so bit I could hardly believe he was real. He looked like something out of a horror movie. He stopped right outside my window, turned and stared in my window. Then BACKE U past my neighbors house and into the school parking lot and drove off in the other direction. He was not hold a phone. His entire body turned toward my house.

Still not quite over that one.

That really is a bad system. I don’t like the idea of people being able to rent out places and providing complete strangers access to community privileges.

That is exactly what happened and it specifically states in our Rules & Regs our community does not rent out to 3rd parties guess that went right out of their minds this year which is why legally I can change the locking system.

They can deal with their renters complaining NO POOL and they want a refund.

Tamara for some reason I haven’t been able to reply to your comments or certain people in my phone.

As for the kid being at daycare.
I don’t zoom with anyone but I do have work calls, even though my dogs barking interrupt those a low. I guess they assume you won’t be really working your hours if you have to stop and take care of a kid. Another example of the BS is if I get Covid or have the be quarantined with My whole family I can’t work because she will be home… even though I work from home. It makes no sense.

They were removed today by the police ( not local, the military police arrived, they all looked like Castro and the longer the beard the higher rank ) They took them to a local hotel and dumped them.

The apartment owner is in so much trouble it is actually quite scary what the rippling effects the last couple of days has brought.

The Town Hall are involved, the community administration office, all owners emailed and 15 made aware they rented out their property illegally due to our building regulations/ code registered at the Town Hall

They will be fined, they have not registered with the Spanish government to pay non-residence tax so they now have to send a multitude of legal information and the tax office will be in contact under Spanish Law they are running an illegal business and are not Spanish Residents.

Please advise all potential summer holiday renters to book elsewhere.

The owner who rented out to the covididiots are shocked as they thought they rented out to 2 females and are even further shocked to discover 4 couples in a 2 bedroom apartment.

They are also shocked further as tomorrow the town hall are sending out a crew to disinfect the area, arrange for the pool to be emptied and glass etc removed and they are liable for all costs.

The locks have been changed on their apartment and they can collect them from the Town Hall when they return, this means the Town Hall have embargoed their Spanish bank account and money will be removed.

Enjoy your night peeps, 90 days catch ups are waiting and I need a little laughter after such a shitty weekend.

Stassi & Co are probably like the assholes in my town who claim this only affects 3%, masks don’t work, this is a social experiment by the government. Oh yes, welcome to my world. I’ve abandoned Facebook due to their foolish conspiracy theories. Meanwhile, my fam and I are doing grocery pickup, staying out of church, contemplating virtual high school for the fall, because the school superintendent is not planning to mandate masks. Our numbers have been low due to being rural but they are climbing, due to everything being open again.

As a former school teacher who has taught at every level from elementary to college, I can’t imagine trying to keep order in class, keep everyone on track AND HAVING TO GET EVERYONE TO KEEP THEIR MASKS ON. I really don’t see how they are going to do it. But if I had to teach. I’d focus on keeping them all in masks and we’d have lunch in my classroom with social distancing. Social distancing in elementary would be hard because I got rid of all my desks except for a couple for time out and had five or six tables of four for class time and taught small groups at a U shaped table as others worked. I just don’t see how you teach elementary kids in particular with social distancing when socialization skills are taught in the early grades.

I believe currently the plan in ny is students will be in school for a full week then out for the next two doing distant learning at least that’s the rumor. Districts are cutting teachers/pushing for early retirements and also hiring freezes are happening as well and many teachers are going to end up leaving the field if they have younger children due to cost of childcare.

This is a disaster. The whole pushing out the teachers with the highest pay has been going on for years around here. They rarely let you get to retirement. They just pester you to death with nonsense until you quit to save your sanity. Or what’s left of it.

The whole thing is a disaster in general. In order to have a future we need teachers but we are treated like babysitters, often looked down upon like anyone can do our job and have massive constraints in regards to what we can and can’t do. Then we get high stakes testing. Yay.

I have 3 friends in the UK who are ex-teachers and they would all agree with these comments, not sure if the same in the US, parents of UK kids can call teachers at silly o’clock in the morning especially over the weekend and it is normally not about their child’s education.

I wonder what the new normal in regard to children’s education actually will be?

My sister teaches first grade. Arguably, the most important because … READING. After the shutdown, they put in hours and hours learning how to best teach, create homework editable online, create a Dropbox for completed homework, another for graded homework, etc. One plan is for kids to alternate days so classrooms will be half full. But kids that age need socialization and F2F interaction with teachers. Regular school hours act like daycare so parents can work, etc.

I think the school should make the higher grades taught at home and put half of those teachers on first grade so that there are 2-3 times the number of physical first grade classrooms. No matter what, it’s a shitshow.

Having taught high school and elementary (and middle dear God don’t remind me about middle) HS teachers and elementary school teachers are two different animals. It’s a good theory at first glance but HS teachers are certified in one subject and are…. not touchy feely at all. A HS science teacher for example has no idea how to teach emergent readers. The reason I was able to teach across all levels was because I was a reading specialist. A HS Chem teach isn’t going to want to, or be good at, playing math games with six year olds. Teachers are not interchangeable like that. Unless, you know, you’re me. 🙂
