Emily Simpson & OJ Simpson Celebrate Shane’s Birthday

June 20, 2020 by tamaratattles 44 Comments

Emily Simpson With OJ SimpsonThe following email is from a TamaraTattles Spy, regarding RHOOC, Emily Simpson

I live in the Summerlin Area of Las Vegas. It’s an upscale area west of the Las Vegas Strip. A lot of the performers have homes here including Penn & Teller, Criss Angel and David Copperfield. Celine Dion is currently building a new home in a development called The Summit.

The main shopping area in Summerlin is called Downtown Summerlin. It’s not really a Downtown Area it’s a large outdoor upscale Shopping mall with lots of dining options. Think The Grove in Los Angeles. In fact it was developed by the same company.Jing is an Asian Fusion Restaurant that just opened prior to quarantine. It quickly became a hotspot. Apparently Emily Visited with “Friends” on June 18th to celebrate Shane’s bday. I guess one of the friends was OJ. See attached pic. Additionally it’s also been revealed that several of the employees at Jing have COVID so Emily was most likely exposed during her visit. (There was a news link included verifying this.)

At Least We Have Idiots Volunteering To Help With Herd Immunity?

Despite the news coverage of the COVID outbreak, and the owners assurance  that masks and social distancing were happening, a video posted from last month showed a packed house with no social distancing.

I don’t know where to start with all the stupidity in this photo. Not only did a grown man need a birthday trip to Vegas during a pandemic, but he also needed to go to a known “hotspot” both in the old sense of the word and the new. No social distancing, no mask, they just waltzed into a petri dish. I went for a five minute dog walk and stayed away from all the people just now and I had on a mask and eye protection!

BUT THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING IS THAT EMILY AND THREE OTHER IDIOT WOMEN SMILED FOR A PHOTO WITH A MURDERER!

UPDATE!

The restaurant, Jing has now announced they are shutting down temporarily. Apparently 3 employees have tested positive and they were working when Emily dined there. Additionally this is an Asian Fusion Restaurant so they serve a lot of Sushi and Sashimi. The food isn’t cooked so lots of opportunity for COVID to be spread to patrons of the restaurant. Emily definitely needs to get tested.

It looks more like OJ photobombed them. I gave Emily credit for being smarter than this would indicate. I live right near Downtown Summerlin. I honestly can’t believe she felt it necessary to celebrate in Vegas when our Covid numbers are going up.

There are quite a few restaurants offering dine in, several of them in Downtown Summerlin. There are also some along Charleston between Rampart & Durango. I’m just not sure it’s worth taking a chance on them yet.

I live in Florida. I’m about 45 minutes north of palm beach county, in a pretty boring town with not a lot to do other than boating an lots of beach time.
From middle March up until 3 weeks ago, the number of Covid cases were extremely low, so much that we felt safe.
Many of my friends work in healthcare and it was comforting to hear that the hospitals were extremely slow and very far and few cases.
When the county went in to phase two, the numbers started rising. The icus are packed and my son who goes to college in Orlando (about two hours north), has been exposed, a roommate tested positive and has mild symptoms but I’m extremely worried and is too close for comfort.
I’ve been out of work since March 15 with no sign of going back any time soon. I very much limit my outings to getting necessities, walks and jogging.
I’m extremely scared for the financial devastation that is approaching myself and my kids as well.im a single mother of two.
I worry that Florida will have a major shut down again and my job will disappear all together. Most people here are not taking this seriously. I never been so terrified and so clueless in my adult life. I don’t trust the politicians or the decisions that so many adults are making. The word has gone mad!!!
As far as Emily, I use to think she was smart and special but maybe smart people who love their families, career and stability don’t go on reality shows.
I remember a few of the house wives at the reunion saying that they misjudge Shane and that in the real world he is kind and attentive to Emily and that she treats him with no respect.
Going to Vegas in the midddle of a pandemic, just the mear act of traveling for leisure seems as dangerous as ending with a picture of yourself partying, with OJ in the background, even if he is just photo bombing.
I hope that people wake up to how serious this is. Our governor failed us and there is so little help for those of us who will soon be in financial ruin.

Your son, even if he gets Covid, will probably survive and be fine. But all the New York Grandparents… Are probably fucked. As are a lot of parents and grandparents of all the young idiots who are going to the beach. And some of the parents we see on packed beaches. People don’t seem to be able to avoid a beach day for their loved ones lives…

I am really sorry. It is a difficult time. I work in skilled nursing facilities and have seen an uptick in positive cases there, mainly from staff who have become infected and then brought it in. Luckily everyone has been fine so far. I am still not allowed in facilities and charting from homes and somewhat thankful for that because my daughter still goes to daycare so there is always a chance I will be exposed because I can’t do both.
We have also refused to go visit my best friend who is older and also an adopted grandma to my daughter because she has to have surgery and we don’t want to risk exposing her.
I think the biggest issue is people aren’t protecting those that are vulnerable. If you want to go ahead and be a fool and go to bars and beaches and be close to other people than don’t visit or be around those that are vulnerable.

Yari, I can empathize with you as I am in Texas and our governors are doing pretty much the same thing and so are our citizens, as our numbers continue to reach new highs. I worry about my young adult children 24/7. My youngest is in Tulsa and I have been a hot mess worrying about that rally as Oklahoma has been worse than either of our states about being safe. I was relieved to see that the turnout was less than hyped but I’m sure it will still take a big toll on the community there. I’m not doing well, although a county judge just signed order to make masks mandatory in our county. Late last night, I learned that my closest cousin and probably my closest friend even though we’re family, her 24 year old son has tested positive. She found out while driving to cemetery to put flowers on my uncles grave as it was his birthday. My dad’s birthday is today and we always have a hard time with Father’s Day as our dad’s bdays were a day apart and died a year apart in the same month. Anyway, she has a hereditary lung disease and had visited her son recently. They had been super careful bc of her lung disease and had been isolating and taking precautions and working from home prior to him getting sick. Don’t beat yourself up with “shouldn’t have gone to the beach “. We can take all the precautions and one trip to the store where other people are irresponsible is enough to get one exposure. I’m heartbroken yet hopeful because he is young and otherwise healthy. I’m praying that my cousins test comes back negative bc would wipe her out. I’m just as angry & scared and feel helpless that our government is not letting the science dictate the measures to keep us all safe. I’m Pissed that wearing a mask has become a political statement. Agreed that this is the scariest thing in my adult life. I will add you and your son to my prayer list. I feel like it’s all we have left until the powers that be get a damn clue along with the covidiots. God bless and keep us all! ?

Sorry for the rambling but I’m not doing well! I don’t even know if my comment is readable as my brain is not firing on all cylinders and I prolly won’t come out of my house until 2025

Having said that, I want to urge those in communities who have not flattened the curve or govt has not followed scientific protocol in reopening to please continue to stay home if financially possible. If you have to go back out to work, please wear a mask and gloves (properly) and continue good hand washing practices. I even wear goggles if I must go to the store, and if you can cover your eyes-even safer. It can be transmitted through the eyes. And practice social distancing. We have a long road ahead of us and the sooner people take it upon themselves to be responsible, the sooner we can get back to normal with minimal loss of life. And to be clear, stay at home means not mixing with people who are not living in your household. Sorry if I sound preachy. I just wanted to remind us all to be vigilant because as time goes on it’s easy for any of us to become complacent. If we run out of hospital beds we are all fucked. Our front line healthcare workers are exhausted and losing lives in order to help everyone so let’s not take their sacrifices for granted. Many have been away from their own families from the start in front line homes. And many thanks to them and others who have become front line workers in grocery stores, delivery workers, etc. in the big picture, it’s not much to ask to forgo hair appts, beach, nails, etc out of respect for others lives. I’ll stfu now. Apologies if my comments are annoying, rambling, preachy or incoherent. Not intentional. But this place is my only outlet so many thanks to TT and family here for putting up with me. (Maybe watching me disintegrate into the crazy is at least entertainment for some) love & best to all who read here! Xoxo

Sorry for the late reply. My son tested positive and and had 104 fever, chills and the worse pain he’s ever felt his whole life on his legs.
I live about two hours from him and have a younger daughter that suffers from terrible allergies so it would not been smart to expose either one of us.
My first instinct was to call an ambulance when I found out how high his fever was. He was sent home the same day after he got they got fever under control. They put him on a z pack another drug I can’t spell and Tylenol 3 for pain.
I’ve literally been up for the last 3 days. He is 20 years old but he is still my baby and not been able to physically be there and take care of your kid it’s heart breaking.
Both my kids suffer from allergies and asthma, so my main concern was that his breathing would be affected but so far so good.
He has been sleeping a lot and his main complaint is the pain on his legs.
This is very serious. It’s not just like the flu like a lot of people are saying. It’s dangerous, painful and if anyone has a preexisting condition it could be deadly.
I can’t imagine what the flu season is going to be like here in Florida. I’m extremely worried.
Everyone stay safe, wear the masks and social distance. Our idiot governor threw us under the bus and put the entire population in danger by reopening to quick.

If I saw OJ at a restaurant I would pay my bill and leave immediately. And if she wanted to do something fun for Shane’s birthday she should have gone the Lori Laughlin route and paid someone to take the bar for the moron.

Plus it almost looks like an OJ photo bomb. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere near him.

This is too wild. First, I’m actually listening to a show on the murder and civil trials. (It’s Kim Goldman’s “Confronting: O.J. Simpson”, and it’s way better than most of the rest of the O.J. podcasts out there.) Why on earth would they want to be in the same room as that douche-nozzle??!!

Second, I live on the other end of town. This right here is Exhibit A for why I don’t go out to any of the stores and restaurants around here. Even though I know a lot of people are trying to get it right, we still have too many Covidiots who are doing their darndest to keep the pandemic going. And yes, as Terri said above, our infection and hospitalization stats are on the rise again (especially now that the casinos are reopening).

Third, why the hell are Emily and Shane engaging in non-essential travel? COVID-19 is still running rampant throughout the country. If they were so deadset on doing something special for Shane’s birthday, why couldn’t they put something together in SoCal? Instead, they exposed themselves to the virus and they risk exposing more people to the virus.

Does anyone get how the beginning of reality television is a result of O.J. Simpson? It’s like that Kevin Bacon thing. I can draw a line to connect the begining of most shows and it all starts with fucking O.J.

While “Cops” and “The Real World” were already on the air when Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman were murdered, the O.J trial definitely accelerated the trend. Not only did the O.J trial deliver blockbuster ratings for CNN and Court TV, but it also made folks like Kato Kaelin, Faye Resnick, and the Kardashians into household names. And since then, so many “Camp O.J. alumni” have gone on to make even bigger names for themselves, from Kris Jenner launching her media empire to Dan Abrams launching his own media empire (including the ill-fated “Live PD” shows).

No it wasn’t. The Real World was the first reality show to make it big because it was two years before OJ and that is when the world started tuning into live shows. The Real World was popular because it was on MTV which was losing viewers at the time but so many trials were on TV that there where people looking for more REALITY. THE REAL WORLD made reality TV, But OJ let everyone know they wanted it. It was literally the beginning of all the reality shit we have to watch now.

Oh, and one person is a nurse in a major hospital in Lexington, and i need to stop because every adult is employed. I am just so disgusted by them. Posting 172 photos on vacation. All of them have to go to work in next few days.

Am I wrong because I think it is wrong to take your children on vacation to Lego Land, then brag about there are no lines? I am just blown away about how stupid rich people can be.

You are NOT wrong. I’m a nurse in a LTC facility and one of my coworkers went to Vegas this past weekend, she posted all kinda pictures on her facebook that showed no masks no social distancing. Talk about sanitizing to the max! Some people are just selfish. Complacency at this point is understandable honestly but the rules are so easy, and it’s been proven by NYC for example that distancing, masks and unnecessary social gatherings work. Is Las Vegas where we need to be right now spending money on what, immediate gratification?

I have stayed away from MY home to protect MY family and OUR residents and myself as well because DH and daughter work outside of the home too. I would never forgive myself if I brought this death sentence to our residents. Yet, we have this crap happening?
A lot of people need to do better.

As far as herd immunity? I think it’s infections to roughly 80% of our (world) population to get there without a vaccine. The thought process behind keeping Covid19 cases level is to not overwhelm the hospital/medical system, greater understanding of the virus, good treatment options for healthy outcomes and a vaccine. All of these take time and patience with a novel virus. I admit I’m tired and lonely but every day we make it safely through, protecting and caring for our building of 100 precious residents, the elders to their people, I know I’m doing THE right thing and I’ll continue to do so and only complain about it here (sorry) ???. For the most part our staff is taking no chances but not all…

My spidey senses get activated when I see OJ.

And there goes another air evac helicopter…non stop all days and nights now. ?

This is what makes me most angry about the COVID-19 thing. You are doing everything to stay safe — including staying away from your family AND your home. And these selfish entitled assholes — and millions like them — can’t find a way to “celebrate” a grown man’s birthday. Then, they expose an unknown number of people because THEY are special.

Gov. Newsom has insisted a MASKS WORN BY EVERYONE IN PUBLIC edict. Yet, still I see people outside without them. Our numbers in Calif. were going down, now they are on the increase. BECAUSE of Covidiots. Partying like it’s 1995.

We’ve got veterans returning from war, exposed to COVID-19. We’ve got people who survived WWII and Korea and Vietnam, who now are in the compromised age group. Most being exposed — not because they went to a doctor appointment or because their healthcare worker had to ride a subway. Because of Happy Hours and Happy Birthdays.

Thank you for your service and your sacrifice. Keep on keeping safe.❤️

Emily and Shane and their stupid friends are the main problem. They have CHILDREN who need to be protected.

I wish Newsom would put these idiots in quarantine upon re-entry into our state.

My friend came over the other day after working where she does home health care. She stripped off her scrubs in my backyard, and left them in a ball on the lawn so I would not be possibly exposed (we were outside, masked except for the drinking). I love her to pieces.

I leave a plastic bag at the front door (inside, giggle, no need to uneccesarily alarm or frighten the neighbors) glove, strip down, take the scrubs to the WM, get that going, off gloves then run around and wipe all common surfaces because I don’t think everyone here does. Wash my hands then shower. I have it down to about a 3 minutes to shower…have a Tupperware at the front door where I empty my pockets and spray down so they are ready for me to reload in the am. Voila!
