Top Chef All Stars…

March 20, 2020 by tamaratattles 36 Comments

I need this in my life right now. If someone could send me a list of all the names separated by commas I would REALLY appreciate that.  I need a bit of help right now. Sorry I am a  bit late with this. I could use all sorts of help these days if anyone wants a little side job. If you have a laptop and can take screenshots of upcoming episodes that would be great too. Basically, my puller has left me. He is the guy who has kept me up to the minute on what is going on by sending me the daily news. He has dropped off he face of the earth and is not responding to emails. I’m concerned.

Anyway, I do not know who these people are. Do you? I have a headache and am feeling unwell. I do remember not liking Jennifer. This is all going faster than my brain. I am a bit unwell. I am not sure if I am sick, or just drinking too much or what. Apologies. I can’t really tell you what is going on.The red team seems  a little bit stacked.  So they break everyone up.  You know, on second thought. I a m going to lie down for a minute. And I will do Shahs at a later time. I am not doing so good.

I would be happy to do it. I’ve watched for years and I do know these people. I am a teacher, English, without a job right now.

Andy tested positive for Covid 19. After Top Chef, WWHL was a taped episode with Gail, Padma, and Tom.

Anybody know how long ago it was taped?

I liked Jenn when she was on the first time, not as much the second. She admits she had an attitude and has changed.

Love Voltaggio and my homie, Joe “Pasta” Sesto, who went home first. ? What I like a lot is that some of the people who got screwed get another chance. Angelo got REALLY sick right before the final (in Macao?). May Lee (? from Hawaii) went home because of pregnancy health concerns. Stephanie was in a team in NOLA where the guy who lost it for them had immunity, so she went home. Nini went home (UNFAIRLY!) being the front of house during restaurant wars. Partly because of her food — she was IN FRONT! — I think they should have a pro manage front of house or at least not have that person responsible for a dish. I forgot that Malarkey had lost Top Chef! There are so many good chefs — and good people — it is going to make me cry every week.

I enjoyed many of these chefs, watching the interactions and seldom pick the winner. Nice to see familiar gaces.

Are there any cat owners out there?
    iPad owners?
Does your cat try to “hide” behind the iPad when it’s propped up so he can throw a paw down and make stealth moves on whatever you happen to be viewing?

    Anyone? Bueller?

I don’t have a cat but have two beagles. Since the six year old has been home from school I haven’t had as much time with them or my hobbies. One of the beagles seems to take it personally when I try to knit. He stands on my chest and when I knock him off he tries to get rid of my yarn.

I’m so happy Top Chef is back!

My cat gets highly offended whenever I’m on my Kindle. She’ll slap at the at the screen and open stuff while I’m trying to play my games. If she wasn’t 14 years old, I’d beat her but. ??

Cat jumped on the desk for love this am, knocked over DHs full coffee, paperwork drying all over the house.

Fat cat positions himself for petting in front of my face while reading anything be it a tablet or book.

Both cats try to open the bathroom door when it closed for privacy, when there’s no assistance paws go under the door to be sure we know they NEED IN THE BATHROOM RIGHT NOW.

      I love may cats.

What is it with cats and bathrooms? They don’t follow me into any other room just the bathroom. One bathroom door will open if he bounces himself against it enough, but the pocket door on the other has him stumped… Of course I leave it cracked just enough for him to get a paw in hehehehehe ?

Fat cat “Audie” will sit on the shoulder of bathtub between the shower liner and shower curtain when I shower. I thought cats hate water, he sticks his paws under the spray every once in a while so he can excitedly flick water around. How he has never fallen in the tub is beyond me.

I love my cats! Don’t get me started on my dogs?

You have to have cable in order to stream from Bravo. You can pay $19.99 to stream the whole season from Amazon though and they release the episode by Friday (it airs on Thursdays).

TT- I hope you are feeling better. I am loving the new season oof Top Chef All Stars. Nanette- your recap of the history of the chefs was spot one. I am so glad they brought back Brian Voltaggio. Brian and his brother Michael are so good looking. Brian is the handsome, wholesome guy you take home to mom and dad and Michael is the sexy, bad boy that you find yourself leaving his house at 6am the following morning.

Yep, The Voltaggio Brothers are like the good angel and the little devil on your shoulders and I love both. And both badass chefs. I’ve heard Michael used to be an ass. But he’s mellowed out.

Nanette- he was quite cocky but he has mellowed. When he first became Top Chef popular he was dating pastry chef Waylon. She is a judge on some baking show and has guest judged on a lot of others. I don’t recall either one saying anything negative about the other. I think they split cause of such busy schedules. But I could be wrong.

I’m glad to watch this season, I stopped watching because out of all these years I’ve watched, I had only one person that I liked to win. Is that petty, yes! Looking forward to the recaps. I don’t remember all of them, but excited! I don’t know if anyone remember Cliff, he was on with Marcell. He was on the new show Vegas Chef’s with Anne Burrell as the host. It was good to see him, I hated it when he was asked to leave.

So glad Top Chef is back. Great to see the return of many of these chefs. They love to talk about what a badass they are. Don’t they know that they are actually people pleasers and that that is okay? I’m a flatbread fan but sloppiness aside, seems Joe would have missed the challenge as his seafood element was minimal. I am not a fan of Jenn after her rude behavior a couple years ago but she earned her win. How could Kevin be surprised that his swordfish was overcooked? he should have tasted it and admitted it. I like him, Eric,Gregory, Brian V, Melissa, just about everyone except Jenn but I’ll give her a chance. Brian M could have told Joe that he had too many elements on his bread. They’re on a team and you don’t want your team be the last team standing in front of the judges. Just bought the series on Amazon.
