EXCLUSIVE: Josh Waring Set To Be Released Tomorrow?

March 5, 2020 by tamaratattles 26 Comments

Josh Waring's mom

UPDATE! Josh Warning did show up today to accept his plea deal. He pled guilty to six counts: (1) assault with a firearm, (2) evading a peace officer, (3) 2 counts of assault, (4)hit-and-run with property damage, (5) battery. He should be leaving any moment now if he has not already. Not sure if it was an Alford plea, or if it even matters with his record.

Former RHOC Lauri Peterson’s son, Josh Waring’s court date for the attempted murder of Daniel Lopez  in 2016 is coming up next Tuesday, March 10, 2020. Josh has been incarcerated for nearly four years. During the entire time he has been adamant about his innocence. Josh has claimed that Lopez told the officer that Josh was not the person who shot him. He faces life in prison.

According to Josh Waring, he was there at the scene but was not involved in the shooting which took place outside of a sober home of some sort. There was allegedly a drug deal going on according to one Tamara Tattles source.  Josh has repeatedly stated and another man on the scene, Bryan Goldstein was the shooter. Josh is claiming the entire event is being falsely portrayed by the police because Bryan is a confidential informant. He has insisted that Goldstein has even killed someone since the 2016 incident.

Josh Waring’s Injuries in Jail

Is Josh’s Nightmare Finally Over?

In addition, Josh’s year in jail, despite not having a fair trial have been extremely harsh. He has suffered many serious injuries at the hands of other prisoners who he claims were paid by corrupt government officials. Recently, after another severe beating he was transferred to another jail for protection. However, he has been in solitary confinement for the entire stay according to Tamara Tattles sources close to Josh.

Late this afternoon, I was told by a source who is not close to Josh, but someone who feels he is guilty that Josh Waring will be pleading guilty tomorrow. This seemed unlikely to me. Josh has been begging for a trial for years to prove his innocence. He has been hoping for testimony from Goldstein but that doesn’t appear to be happening. He would have to have immunity from the prosecuting attorney in order to clear his name. That does not seem to be in the cards based on information from both sides.

TAMARA TATTLES EXCLUSIVE SOURCE IS SAYING that he will plead guilty tomorrow and take a plea deal for time served. He should be released tomorrow and his very long nightmare will be over.  I hope that this is correct. We will know for sure tomorrow.

I’ve periodically followed this tragic crime. Makes me hate the criminal “justice” system even more than I did. If he does take a plea, I hope it’s for time served.

I can’t imagine solitary confinement since he left Theo Lacy Jail. Horrible. However, It’s a good that he got out of that “Hell Hole” Theo Lacy Jail. In the past month there have been two inmate murders at Theo Lacy and just this past Monday an inmate tried to kill a Sheriff Deputy and two parole officers there.

I wonder if he is taking an Alford Plea.

I know FOR A FACT that lots of malfeasance goes on with the guards in SOME prisons. Everything you can think of and more.

Probably, he will enter an Alford plea. It sounds to me like the person reporting plea deal to me thinks everything was worked out today.

Has he been in jail for four years awaiting trial?!?! WTF? I don’t understand how we can lock people up for months, even years BEFORE they even stand trial. What about presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law? Was he denied bail or could he not afford it? I guess the presumed innocent BS only applies to those wealthy enough to be able to afford to pay the bail.

What he has had to live through in jail is horrific. I truly hope that all of this helps him get clean and sober finally.

So apparently he was eligible for bail but his Mom never put it up for him. Hope I don’t get in trouble for writing this but just something I’ve heard.

His mother has always abandoned him. Even on the show she did that. She and her sleeze ball millionaire husband did the same with all of Loris kids.

She and her husband are raising Josh’s child as their own, so they didn’t abandon him. One day that poor kid is going to out out that the convicted felon that she thought was her brother is actually her father.

Wait. Are you saying that Lori has been raising Josh’s child and telling this child that Josh is her brother?

Josh has a very wealthy father living in Orange County. How about we pick on him for a while?

The rich guy is the new, new husband, not Josh’s father. This is why his mama can’t bail him out. The new guy doesn’t want anything to do with him.

That’s sad. Her instagram is full of picture of new, new husband, her, and their daughter together. Looking at her ‘gram, it feel’s like that’s her family now and not her other kids.

4 years time served for trying to kill someone??? That’s insane. You’d think he’d get at least 10 years, especially with the criminal record he has. It makes me sick how many crimes how with repeat offenders who should already be in jail instead of out on the streets committing more crimes.

I the scope of criminals, Josh’s record is not extensive. Even if the charge was “attempted murder” they would never be able to prove intent to kill. It could have been self defense, or any other number of defenses. It certainly wasn’t a pre planned murder attempt. It was situational gunfire. But EVEN IF the charge was attempted murder, and it probably isn’t California guidelines for sentencing are 5-9 years. And that is most severe charge he could have received for his actions.

One of step daddy’s fancy lawyers could have gotten him out, into rehab and on probation. All of the people at the site of the incident allegedly knew each other, and were drug users making a buy. It has yet to be proven that Josh even shot the gun. He is adamant he was not the shooter.

Either way he has served more time waiting for his trial than he would probably have gotten if he went to trial in the speedy way the constitution supposedly guarantees.

Shorter version, “Meh, what’s a little attempted murder among friend?” Who hasn’t attempted to murder a sibling here and there.

Sorry, Not really a joking matter. The sad reality is we need prison reform BADLY. You shouldn’t have to wait years and years in jail waiting for your constitutional due process. And you should be in fear for you life if you are convicted. The federal systems aren’t nearly as fucked up as the state systems (California in particular) and the local jails. (grossly underfunded and/or mismanaged.)

It’s a problem to manage a jail like this one in Santa Ana that is full of gang members, drug cartel members doing business in there and prison inmates that have been transferred to the local county jail to divert money from the state prisons. As ;you can tell by all the crime in there, the guards have to watch their backs even though even though this is a sanctuary city jail.

I’m glad he’s free! Innocent until proven guilty is really a farce. And I know he plead guilty, but why was he in custody for four years before his court date? Pathetic.
