Tommy Feight Takes Plea Deal In Vandalism Case

September 6, 2019 by tamaratattles 39 Comments

Tommy FeightShahs of Sunset’s Tommy Feight has taken a plea deal in a vandalism and trespassing case from last May.

But, before we get to that, here is the backstory. Mercedeh and Tommy welcoming their first child is THE storyline of the season. Last season, MJ and Tommy got married. Also MJ’s father passed away. So MJ got a ton of screen time.

Reza was jealous. And his ridiculous story to The Blast about MJ trying to be the “ringleader” of the show is the complete opposite of what is happening. Reza has no storyline this season other. Nothing. I don’t think he is even pretending to want a baby anymore. He’s still being a dick to Adam. So the only real storyline for him is if he going to be able to keep Adam in the marriage without a baby.

MJ doesn’t have to be a ringmaster. She’s her own three ring circus. New baby. new husband and Vida. Or as Tommy calls her, Darth Vida.

Tommy Feight Has Had Enough of Reza

So on the day that MJ went into labor with Baby Shams, Reza was texting MJ nasty things. Tommy and Reza were apparently arguing on MJ’s phone. MJ was quickly taken to ICU and had a very dangerous labor that left her with many complications. One of the outcomes was that she lost the ability to have any other children. Clearly, she was devastated by this very private news.

Reza on the other hand decided to post the text exchange on the Internet and included all the private details. This further upset MJ who was in ICU and wasn’t even able to hold her baby during that time. Reza continued to stir the pot.

Eventually, Tommy had enough and threatened to kill Reza. Then he went to Reza’s house and when Reza would not come to the door, Tommy took his anger out on some lawn furniture and decorative pots and yard sculptures.

Reza called the police, received a restraining order and Tommy was charged with trespassing and vandalism.

Today, Tommy agreed to a plea deal where he will plead no contest to vandalism in exchange for prosecutors dropping the trespassing charge. The terms of the deal require Tommy to spend ten days in jail and three years of probation.

With regard to the  upcoming season of Shahs, Tamara Tattles exclusive sources report that Reza was a raging monster for the first few weeks of filming. Reza was assigned a specific member of production to wrangle him.

Despite all of this, the misogyny channel of course gave the mother whose life was in serious danger a bad edit this season.  Because, Misogyny Channel.

Well, I can’t condone Tommy’s violent behavior. As the old saying goes, two wrongs don’t make a right.

Still, as you make clear, there are (at least?) two wrongs here. As much as I’ve wanted to be a full-on Reza fan-girl, I’ve always figured you’re right in pointing out his constant dickishness on- and off-camera.

Ultimately, MJ and the baby are the victims here. What kind of “best friend” would throw temper tantrums over camera time? And while I understand Tommy’s desire to stand up for his family, vandalism and death threats are not the way to do so (unless your goal is just to spend time in court/jail).

The more I see this shit, the less I’m inclined to watch Bravo… And for that matter, other Comcast networks. Earlier today, I listened to a podcast where a journalist who was hired to host an Oxygen docuseries spilled the tea on shit that went down there. Apparently, Comcast doesn’t limit the misogyny to just Bravo. And then when we consider shit that’s gone down on NBC and MSNBC, a much larger pattern of misogynistic bullshit emerges.

The more I think of all this, the better I understand why you call Bravo “The Misogyny Channel”. As always, TT, you’re so prescient.

I am always for men defending their women against douchebags like Reza. He’ll be fine with ten days in jail. He is a VERY hands on dad and will surely miss Shams but I think he would make the same decision all over again.

Reza recently gave an interview, like in the past two days where he said he and Tommy will be fine. But MJ is going to take him more time. WTF? He attacked a women in ICU on social media and it’s going to take HIM more time?

Again, I get why Tommy had the urge to do that, but I still don’t see how that helps the situation.

Reza is a garbage person. As long as he continues this dickish shit, MJ and Tommy are probably better off cutting him out of their lives as much as they can. They obviously have to film with him as long as they’re all on Shahs of Sunset, but they can probably block his number on their phones, block him on social media, and avoid all unnecessary encounters with him.

Speaking from personal experience, it’s not easy or fun to cut former loved ones turned toxic “emotional vampires” out of one’s lives. But sometimes, it truly is necessary for one’s own health and the best interest of others.

I agree with you on principle. This is something I would tell my high school kids all the time. The “it’s not worth it.” lecture.

That said, If I were MJ I would appreciate what Tommy did and see it as him protecting his family.

Then again, I’m a vindictive bitch when someone comes for me. I would love to have a guy to handle such situations. You seem to be the when they go low we go high type. And I love that about you.

But, I have a lot of pent up anger these days. ?

atdleft Im not defending anything, just a question. Bravo does seem to allow poor treatment and to somewhat encourage bad behavior. Isnt that type of behavior on the sets and during production on the producers and directors of each potential show? Its a standard of acceptance or not, right there?

That’s another problem here: Comcast refuses to enforce a standard code of conduct across its networks. Some get disciplined for misdeeds, while others enjoy a kind of immunity that allows them to pull all sorts of dirty stunts.

Just because certain housewives (cough- Tamra -cough- Ramona -cough- Porsha -cough- Nene -cough) attack other people on camera shouldn’t encourage other Bravolebrities to engage in violent behavior. Unfortunately because Comcast refuses to be consistent in cracking down on such violent behavior, some (like Tommy?) might take it as permission to vandalize someone else’s property.

Tamara wonders the same thing I do. I thought Comcast was a SERVICE PROVIDER, not a censoring entity or network. Because on my Comcast cable provider, I can choose a religious channel, a Spanish channel, and a porno channel, among others. What REALLY confuses me is why Tamra Judge can spread malicious and scurrilous rumors on a Bravo show, but people can’t say “fuck” on WWHL. WTF?

Okay, but neither Comcast nor NBCu have influence over the show content. That’s BRAVO and to a degree the production company.

The production company for Shahs is Ryan Seacrest productions. They write and produce the storylines. Then they present the first four episodes of raw footage with their projected story line plans. Bravo then reviews the show and demands whatever changes they desire. Sometimes the production company then has to go in and make major changes

A major change example would be Southern Charm the production company, Haymaker had Eliza as lead character originally. The season sucked and Bravo had them basically erase her from the second half of the season and focus more on Madison. NBCu nor Comcast was consulted for any of this. As long as the ratings are good they leave the individual channel alone.

NBCu legal is generally consulted when Nene beats the teeth out of a producer or something. But as a general rule the final programming decisions are made by Bravo.

Since Comcast owns Bravo, I’d figure Comcast executives could make clear to Bravo higher-up’s what is and is not acceptable conduct on these shows. I can see why they’d generally leave the Bravo folks (and by extension, the production companies Bravo hires to do these shows) alone. But when people are literally being threatened with real violence on several of these shows, wouldn’t the “socially responsible” parent company take action to protect the cast and the production crew?

I know Comcast really isn’t as “socially responsible” as its executives want us to believe, and I guess that’s the point I’m trying to make here. As they like to say in their PSA’s, “The more you know.”

Hopefully, this gets no one in trouble. It’s called “True Crime Obsessed”, and apparently the episode I caught this morning is on their Patreon bonus feed. Again, they talk about what happens “behind the scenes” at Oxygen, and more specifically how investigative journalist Maggie Freleng had to be primped and prepped Bravo-style for their “Disappearance of Maura Murray” series. It’s not as severe as the shit TT reports here, but it’s pretty damned disgusting considering this is a serious journalist who had to change her wardrobe, change her presentation style, and agree to some silly stunts just to do this show.

I’m assuming one of the silly stunts included Allison DuBois. When she appeared all I could think of was the infamous dinner party where she slowly puffed on her e-cig while provoking all the housewives lol.

Wow, Reeza is filled with hate and jealousy. Reeza his long term friend MJ is shown no sympathy, consideration, love, so much more in her time greatest need for tranquility and to be surround by friends sending love. I may sound like a kook here, especially me who is a hard ass, Love given sincerely at times is very powerful. Reeza calling the PD on his long term friends husband was a dick move. That is a permanent record. Reeza had to be included in on sentencing requesting more punishment than just probation. The 10 days jail time is exceptionally harsh. That is all Reeza. I hope MJ does not forget or forgive, yet will behave peacefully when around Reeza. What a Jerk he is.
Thinking Adam will get his baby then leave. Reeza only loves Reeza, not enough room in him to love more than himself.

I think 10 days is a harsh sentence as well. People who commit crimes of violence against people often walk away scott free. Tommy gets 10 days for breaking Reza’s lawn furniture? smdh Reza is a vile person. I don’t believe in karma, but I hope he gets his some day.

I have been watching Shahs since season one and Reza has shown his true colors over the years.

He is not a nice person, deep inside. That being said MJ has also contributed to some of the bullying and nastiness on Reza’s behalf too. They have both kicked their cast mates when they were down and out, namely Mike and GG.

In this fight, the dog I pick is MJ. She has shown more character growth and more remorse than him.

He treated Adam terribly and very often turned on Asa, GG and Mike – His supposed besties. It was always verrrry uncomfortable. I’m officially NOT watching this season. I think what Tommy did should be considered a crime of passion. Concern for the health/survival of his wife and baby combined with Reza’s behavior likely compounded MJ’s physical difficulties — increased blood pressure, etc. — could push anyone beyond their normal behavior. Then having Reza acting so cowardly… It seems that Reza has beef with someone every season. (That pisses me off even more because he is one of the only funny people on reality TV.) Reza professed profound love for Papa Shams. How does he think Shams would feel about his behavior? Was his love for Shams a sham?

The term crime of passion usually refers to murder cases. It can be a defense to premeditation and the charge can be dropped to manslaughter. You still do jail time.

I’m fine with Tommy’s ten day sentence as he did commit a crime. He will likely serve less than half of that. Especially since the LA county jails are crowded with much more serious crimes. It’s the THREE YEARS of probation that I think is excessive.

Especially long if you have someone gunning for you and watching every move with bated breath, just waiting for a misstep. Or passive-aggressively trying to push you into it. The weirdest thing is why Rez is more put out by MJ than Tommy. Tommy may be guilty by law but we know who the true shitheel is.

I read this post last night. It affected me similarly to the way the info in the RHOC post did. These shows were originally fun. It was a release to see how some of them lived, the trips, the amazing chefs & food. It’s gotten dark though. I knew Reza was a self-centered ass, but until I read TT’s info I did not realize he was so demoniacal. He was supposed to love MJ. She was his girl, his bestie. It was all bullshit. He doesn’t care about anyone but himself. I liked Tommy, but I like & respect him even more. I realize he broke the law, but it sucks. What Reza did was more damaging, more destructive, more hurtful and it won’t cost him anything. Can’t even say it cost him the friendship because obviously the friendship held no value for him.

I remember all of this clearly b’c it was so disgusting.

I don’t want to come across as hostile, but Reza is lucky that the only thing that Tommy did was smash some potted plants with a baseball bat. You don’t mock a family that went through hell and a crisis during labor and delivery.

Tommy posted on Instagram that it was the worst night of his life, and that he waited 5 hours while she was in surgery. He said the Doctors didn’t tell him anything for all those hours. She could have died.

Reza went online and mocked their tragic story, stating she said she was ‘dying…meaning she lied. He took that post down. But it was too late, Tommy saw it.

Three years probation is way too harsh.

    This is all allegedly.
