Let’s do a quick BB21 recap of the sanitized for TV version of Big Brother 21. However this goes, tonight it will likely bear little resemblance to what is going on in the house. I am probably not going to make to BBAD tonight. It’s recording and I can watch it in the morning. It was right at 100 degrees in the ATL today and my air conditioner had trouble keeping the house below 80 for a bit. So I hate some ice cold beers and a piece of fried fish with a baked potato and watched the Womens World Cup. It was another exciting game. But between the heat and the beer and the fried fish I’m plumb worn out. Why does day drinking make you so sleepy but night drinking doesn’t?
I had not seen this little pow wow with five of the H8ful alliance in the HOH before. It was clearly Christie who brought up getting Kemi out. But after her racial sensitivity training in the DR, she was claiming it was all Jack’s idea to send her home and that she didn’t want the blood of sending the two black players home back to back. She’s a sneaky one that Christie.
Sex In The Shower
Speaking of the DR, Jackson is in there swearing that he is not getting into showmance. Yet he admitted last night he has had sex with Kat three times. Once before live feeds started and twice sense. There has to be footage of that somewhere. I hope we see it this episode. Oh and then we do. Once in the bed and once in the shower. And Christie and the girls saw them headed for the shower at 3 am the morning of the veto. Kat is on the block and needs the veto. Christie is over Kat. I really wish they would vote her out. Jackson wants her gone too. Why can’t this happen? I don’t think anyone has ever been bold enough to have sex in the shower in all of the 21 seasons. There has been lots of whacking off. But I don’t remember actual sex.
The Veto Competition
Sam, Jack and Nicole were picked to play veto. Jack was selected by Cliff who pulled Houseguest’s Choice.
The KayCee, BB20 winner walks in the door looking fantastic. She is even prettier now that she’s rich. She will be hosting the Veto Comp. This competition took seven hours to film. That’s because all six players had to go individually. The the set had to be cleaned and reset for the next player. It was pretty much a bust because one could really catch any of the food. Sam wins the POV beating Jack by one point. Jack is not amused.
The Jack Show
Jack and Nick convince Sam to take Cliff off the block. Or so they think. That was Sam’s plan all along. Christie complains about Jack trying to run her HOH in her diary room session. In Nick’s diary room, he makes it clear he really likes Bella.
Weather update it’s down to a cool 90 degrees outside at 9pm. I am starting to rally a bit. Things are getting very hot in the Big Brother house a well. Christie is having a meltdown because Jack is really pressuring her to put Kemi on the block. She doesn’t want to. It doesn’t serve her game. She sobs to producers in the DR about it for a long time. Meanwhile Jessica’s husband tweeted the above tweet to Jack yesterday.
Back in the house, Christie has moved her crying room to the HOH where she begs Sam not to use his veto. In doing so she let him know that Jack is trying to strong arm here into backdooring Kemi. And that he is trying to control her “group.” This lets Sam know there is an alliance that he is not in.
Sam takes down Cliff (we didn’t see any speeches) and Christie puts up Ovi. 🙁
And the fireworks have started in the ghetto so no early bedtime for me because Banjo is losing his mind.
