Thomas Ravenel was back in another courtroom today. This time it was to go before the Family Court Judge, Edgar H. Long, Jr. in response to a petition by Kathryn Dennis. The petition would compel Thomas Ravenel to provide a number of documents to her attorneys. Those documents include his financial, social media, cell and medical records dating back to January 1, 2015. Judge Long ruled in favor of Kathryn Dennis stating that he “took a very liberal view of discoverable evidence.” Thomas Ravenel had petitioned the court to deny Kathryn’s petition claiming any events prior to June 30, 2017 should be inadmissible. The June date is when the original settlement was approved giving Thomas Ravenel full custody of the minor children.
The Assaults of 2015
2015 is the year that Thomas Ravenel is alleged to have committed two violent sexual assaults. One of those was on his nanny at the time, Dawn. Dawn has been successful in pressing criminal charges and has filed a civil suit regarding the same assault. Kathryn Dennis has formerly stated that Thomas Ravenel told her he was afraid he would be charged with rape and that he would not do well if he ended up back in prison. Kathryn will likely be called to testify to that in criminal court by Dawn’s attorney.
In Addition, Thomas Ravenel has been ordered to provide potentially incriminating texts and emails he sent to Nanny Dawn just after the alleged assault. Dawn will testify that Thomas Ravenel texted her the following day apologizing for the attack. The court noted that Dawn has passed a lie detector test.
Debbie Holloway Perkins
Also that year, Debbie Holloway Perkins went on a first Tinder date with Thomas Ravenel on Christmas day. I won’t even mention how tragic that sentence is already. She told her daughter she was sexually assaulted. They documented bruising on Ms. Perkins and recorded his drunken phonecalls. Eventually, the two claim that Thomas Ravenel paid Debbie $200,000 in hush money to leave town and not file a police report. The daughter, who appears to be in her mid-thirties, professes to be an “aspiring model.” She provided several “modeling photos” to websites willing to share her story.
Despite her story detailing the assault of her mother being all over the Internet. Once Thomas Ravenel was charged with sexual assault in Dawn’s case, the daughter suddenly completely changed her story. It seems to the casual observer that the daughter received some sort of payment from Thomas Ravenel. She is now poised and read to
commit perjury testify on behalf of Ravenel and discredit another alleged victim.
Today, Judge Long ordered Thomas Ravenel to provide all materials related to the $200,000 payment me made to Debbie Holloway Perkins. It is unclear if that includes records from his Tinder account. I have heard that there were also apology calls after the incident with Debbie as well. It’s apparently a pattern with Thomas Ravenel.
Thomas Ravenel Looks To Blame Others
Tamara Tattles exclusive sources report that Thomas is attempting to subpeona multiple women in his criminal case. Apparently, claims Kathryn and sundry “scorned women” encouraged the two victims to come forward. Encouraging victims to seek justice is certainly not against the law. In fact, it is the interest of justice. But please don’t explain that to Thomas Ravenel. I really want him to go to court and say, “Your honor, the only reason anyone even knows about these assaults is because my child’s mother was trying to keep her children safe!”
He also claims that Kathryn urged Dawn to come forward when she did because he “believes that it is not coincidental that the pending sexual assault allegation that was brought on or around the time the parties were scheduled to attend mediation over custody, per the terms of the 2017 Final Order.” And? Would it be illegal for the assaulted nanny to still have concern for the safety of the children? It might be time to mention that the kids could be in danger when alone with their father.
Inside the Courtroom Today
DailyMail.com was in Charleston County Court to witness the judge deny Thomas Ravenel’s petition today. They reported that Thomas Ravenel became upset by the judge’s ruling. Their source says Thomas Ravenel “At times shook his head and clasped his hands together in suppressed anger.”
As for Kathryn Dennis, their spy reported that, “twenty-six-year-old Kathryn was dressed head to toe in black, and appeared impervious throughout – a vision of disinterested poise.”
Daily Mail observed that neither Thomas Ravenel nor Kathryn Dennis commented as they left court. The former couple did not acknowledge each other at all inside or outside of the courtroom.
