I am mainly recapping this show because Dorit and PK are on it pretending like they are home owners. The reality is that Paul has a minor interest in the LLC that owns the property. They have been living there while it was being renovated. Kind of like that guy that used to work for Jeff Lewis and lived in Valley View.
Why is this show an hour and a half now? Both episodes I’ve seen have been ninety minutes long. Is that really necessary?
David talks with James on the way over to the Kemsleys and Jim wishes him luck because they are difficult clients. This is not surprising. The house was purchased by the LLC for $6.6 million in 2016 I’m not really sure how much interest in the house Paul actually has. The house was grossly overpriced at $12.75 million initially in July of 2017 less than a year after it was purchased. It has been continuously on the market ever since. David tells us that Paul is a very successful business man and he has know him for years. Did he not know that Paul fled London after filing a huge bankruptcy? And that now he owes millions of dollars to the Bellagio and that some dude name Nicos Kirzis loaned him $1.2 million dollars and has come to get in line with the Bellagio to seize all of his assets? He doesn’t sound very successful to me.
Dear God, David is simply delusional. After saying that PK is a hardass he says that everyone loves Dorit and her lovely personality balances PK out. Is this the guy with the addiction issues? Because I think he must be high.
The house really is gorgeous.
The house was reduced to $10.95 and Paul says he has just reduced the price (aka his LLC is wanting to divest of this property) to under nine million. So it looks like this was filmed last March and the price was $8,995,000. Then in September it was listed with a new broker for $8,745,000, It remains for sale today at $8,25 and has been on the market for 95 days with the current broker which is at LEAST the FOURTH broker and for almost 19 months in total without a buyer. Paul claims that the Altman brothers tried to get the listing. This is probably storyline like that fake wine spillage at the open house on the previous episode.
Tracy Maltas is just sold Rose McGowan’s house. Tracy is friends with her so she is helping her have an estate sale has she has to sell everything she owns to pay lawyers to fight Harvey Weinstein. It’s so sad she has to do this. They are selling her shoes, clothes, handbags, everything. It’s heartbreaking. They are hoping to get $250,000 for all of it. By the way, Tracy has a new female agent on her team who is drop dead gorgeous. They got $197,000 from the estate. Rose was pleased.
Back at Chez Kemsley, the Brits are about to find out why no one is interested in this property. The driveway is ridiculous and the street it is on is already jammed with traffic even without a broker’s open. The property itself is gorgeous but the location is horrific when it comes to getting in and out of the driveway. Their “Beverly Hills Hotel” theme is not going to compensate for this problem. James is pissed that David spent $6K for the open house. He should be. That was a loss.
Every time David comes to PeeKay’s house he just walks right in the front door. I don’t even do that at my sister’s house unless she is expecting me. You don’t just walk into anyone’s home like that.
David claims to have an offer of $7.45 million. If that is true they should jump on it. That is almost a million in profit less whatever they spent on the renovations. This property is already dead on the vine at this point and now it’s dead and completely rotten. The potential buyer went to $7.7. PK demands to speak to the buyers agent. I am not sure why David is allowing this. PK says he will sell for $8.5 best and final. David and PK get into it and it looks like they will eventually part ways. This is all bullshit. You know how I know? Because PK says he needs to talk to Dorit about it. Dorit doesn’t have any interest in the house but a few other people do. It’s not up to PK to accept the price. He is not the person in control of the sale. This is all bullshit in hopes that someone will watch this show and buy the house. It’s all free marketing by Bravo and so far it has not worked.
The next thing we see is a chyron that says “Two weeks later PK and Dorit’s house was robbed, they pulled the house off the market until further notice. ” Bullshit. Dorit never once mentioned being robbed and she goes to the press with a hangnail. When a man who broke in to numerous celebrity houses was recently arrested, I reached out to Kyle to ask if any of the loot on the website was hers. She said no. Then suddenly Dorit started saying that she was robbed to. I do not believe her, your mileage may vary. In my opinion Dorit and PK are the Teresa and Joe of Beverly Hills and it is just a matter of time before one or both of them end up behind bars. Also the house was NEVER taken off the market. As I said it has been on continuously since July of 2017.
