Kenya posted today that she began having concerns when she gained 17 pounds in a week and is retaining water and suffering from swollen legs and feet. We are not sure of her exact due date but it was supposed to be near Thanksgiving.
Tamara Tattles is sending lots of positive vibes for Kenya and her baby during this complication.
Sending prayers to the daly family – what annoyed me was the douche bags that started to share their experiences with this on her comment section. Why do this – she is already scared already, why add and clarify the affect this medical condition has on a body and baby!
these idiots would do well on a suicide hotline!
The same women will be harassing her about breastfeeding the minute Baby Daly joins us. There is no scarier place than the internet for a new mother. I am glad Che and Aunt Lori are on hand for proper advice and support, and Marc seems to do a wonderful job blocking out the nonsense from their lives.
Yeah, I thought the same. I guess, in some way, they were encouraging her they made it through it and she could too.
I think those who reached out on insta were trying to be supportive (including Cynthia) however I guess it could have the opposite effect and add to her worry. I also think she’d have turned the comments off on her post if she didn’t want those kind of comments. It seems like her post was to raise awareness and with that comes others experiences. Either way I hope her and baby are safe and being well looked after! ❤
Those “idiots” you refer to are mothers who could have lost their lives. Pre-eclampsia is no laughing matter, and these women collectively deserve to be addressed in a respectful manner. Preeclampsia.org
Women who start sharing their dramatic near death experiences with a woman who is a high risk pregnancy who now has a very serious complications are beyond idiots. They are stupid fucking cunts shutthefuckup.org.
Oh dear. Run Lynn, Run! Lol!
I feel you might be the Oprah of labelling people cunts TT. “You’re a cunt, you’re a cunt, YOUUUU’RE A CUNT!” Just glad these people don’t have virtual seats to look under, god knows what their prize would be 😂😂 Never change 😉
Yes, prayers for Kenya and baby (and daddy). IDK why, but women seem compelled to share their pregnancy horror stories with pregnant women. It’s almost as if they have to “one up” on another. smdh
Well the quickest treatment is have the baby, it sounds like the Dr’s are on top of it. If her baby has been healthy so far, a few weeks early mostly comes out fine. Good job Kenya, not an easy feat.
May God be with her and hubby for a safe and healthy delivery!!
I’m sending lots of well wishes, but wish this was after the baby came safely before its a story.
(It’s a may be, dangerous, let’s take care of you and baby prior to social media)
Not you TT, the privacy I guess I assume is priority in this situation between the Daly parents. Too scared to share? Nope. Guess that’s good news, hmm.
.
One thing I have loved about Kenya through this pregnancy is that despite her hyper vigilance toward her public image – she has joyfully and honestly shared things like her weight and this pic.
I cannot wait to see this little genetically blessed person arrive!
Yikes! An early delivery is less dangerous than continuing in her condition! Prayers all around!
I’m quite concerned about this situation and hope it is all resolved quickly. It’s quite serious.
It’s definitely serious, but with a Thanksgiving due date, there’s a lot of hope that this is not too early. All good vibes to Kenya and family!
It’s very dangerous. I went a week overdue with both of my babies. Lucky to do so. I’m sure Kenya has great medical care but this is very scary. Both Mom and baby are at risk. I hope they induce or c-section her. Baby Daly isn’t too early to not thrive after a trip to the NICU.
Yes. Prayers & wishes for all that is best for Mom to be, baby & Dad to be. May her doctors help do what is best & quickly. Sounds like she may be just 4 weeks early if so. Big PRAYERS.
Yeah, I had a neighbor who almost died due to preclampsia. And she was home alone. Frightened her so badly that she refuses to get pregnant again.
I wish Kenya and her Angel only the best. I hope everything is OK with her and her baby.
I’ve had a few friends (older first-time pregnancies) who had this condition, two were having twins, and alll mothers and babies are thriving. It’s nothing to poopoo, but Kenyans the docs are on top of it and will be cautious. At this stage, every day in the womb is best, but baby Fabulous will get the best care, and Kenya seems to be keeping it positive.
This sounds scary, praying for Kenya & baby Daly.l
Wishing her baby a very healthy and safe delivery.
When giving a baby gift, I like to also give a beautifully wrapped box that contains ear plugs along with a card that reads, To be use for all the times you hear….”Well, when I was pregnant…!”
Meant to write…Wishing her and her baby a very healthy and safe delivery.
I’m praying and sending my very best wishes to the Daly family. Feet up now Kenya it’s time, you’ll be on them after your baby arrives for many years to come. Pillows, books and snuggle time are in order…
I’m sure she’s getting the very best care but it is worrisome none the less.
Sending very best wishes to Kenya and her hubby. Her feet definitely look very swollen, so I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if the little one is induced any time. Preeclampsia is nothing to mess around with, and she’s already in a fairly safe place in terms of the baby’s gestation. They won’t mess around with this situation.
OK, talking about babies – I became a great-grandmother at 4:17 a.m. early Saturday morning. My grand-daughter-in-law was also having a tiny bit of swelling in her feet and saw her doctor Friday morning – he was watching the situation closely, because of a chance of preeclampsia. That night, about 10:30, she started having stronger contractions than the ones she’d been having forever, went to the hospital but was only half-way dilated just before 4:00 a.m. and then ended up with such a speedy final stage of labor that the doctor didn’t even make it in time. It literally took only 10 minutes to go from 5 cm to 10 cm. They were running around like chickens with their heads chopped off, but were really on top of the situation. Then with virtually no pushes, her body popped him out. It was like watching someone on a ride at a water park. He’s gorgeous and most definitely the best looking baby ever delivered at that hospital.
Anyway, love to Kenya and Marc – they’ll be very happy when it’s over and they’re holding their little bundle in their arms. There’s nothing like it…
Being pregnant is the most wonderful thing that can happen to a woman! I can remember feeling like the most beautiful woman in the world! Holding my big belly in both hands, walking on my swollen heels, having doors opened for me . . . . just because! I’m sure Kenya is enjoying every moment of this. Even the bad ones! She’s going to be just fine . . . good prenatal care is everything! Can’t wait to welcome their little Daly!
I had preeclampsia with my first child. They induced at 37 weeks and he was born a tiny little guy. After he was born my blood pressure sky rocketed to over 200. Long story short, the Dr’s took great care of me, my baby was healthy and is now a totally normal kid. It is a serious condition but it seems like Kenya is well aware of what is going on and her Dr’s are on top of it. Plus, if her due date is around thanksgiving, she is almost full term. Best wishes to her and her little munchkin.
Wishing all good things for Kenya, Marc, and Baby Daly! <3
Praying for Kenya and Baby Daly.
I feel like Kenya will be such a great mom!! Praying for her and the baby-RHOA be damned!! Who cares?! That baby and Marc is all she needs.
Lawd Hammercy! The surrogate must be due soon?
Lawd Hammercy! You’re a cunt. You couldn’t even keep your cuntiness intact during this post because Kenya is going through something. Let’s all pray that your lawd forgives your cruel comment all in a lame attempt to be funny. Do better bitch!
Oh my Laws! No need for that Boo
You must be joking and it’s not even a good one.
Clearly this woman is pregnant. Have a seat Nene Leakes.
Oh, my Kenya, do I remember those feet! I had pre-eclampsia with my twins and delivered by emergency c-section at 34 weeks. My babies were tiny but perfect, and after 2 weeks of mostly observation in the NICU, they came home with no further problems. I too recovered as soon as I delivered. I will be praying that Kenya and her baby have the same good results. I’m sure she is being followed VERY closely by her medical team, and all will go well.
