I finally got the full report on Camille’s wedding. It seems a good time was had by all and the flight home was full of hungover guests. I am not sure if the cast is back yet, but the crew remains until Wednesday. If you missed my first post from the big island, click here.
The night before the wedding the four housewives and two husband filmed for quite a while at Brown’s Beach House restaurant at the Fairmont Orchid. I haven’t heard anything regarding the topics discussed but I am sure LVP probably came up.
The wedding took place at a private beach club — Kaupulehu Beach Club–it is right next to the Four Seasons Hualalai resort. The actual ceremony took place on the grounds overlooking the ocean and the guests were seated in a circle with the bride and groom in the middle. There was a beautiful rainbow in the sky during the ceremony. It was a traditional Hawaiian/Tahitian ceremony. Camille’s dress was gorgeous and she looked absolutely beautiful. Her two children with Kelsey were also in the wedding party. The sunset following the ceremony was also stunning.
We were seated near the housewives and Mauricio and Edwin. As I said before, Mauricio and Kyle are super nice and normal and so is Edwin — he and Mauricio couldnt be nicer. Teddi also seems very nice and normal. Dorit and Rinna seem to think they are major celebrities — they did not interact with anyone and seemed a bit annoyed at being there. They left the reception very, very early. Dorit was acting very cunty the entire time. She was super tanned and wore a brownish pattern completely sheer–i.e. see thru dress. She really is awful. Rinna wore a beautiful hot pink strapless dress and looked great but the dress was slit all the way up and kept flashing her cooter!! Although she looked great –Dorit too– they are really skin and bones. Camille while super thin as well looks healthy and not skeletor like they do. I was surprised as to how pretty Kyle is in person. She is really beautiful and does not have the plastic surgery look some of the others have. Camille is also very pretty and does not look overly done either.
The reception was adjacent to the ceremony on the lawn under a tent –it was also beautiful. They had several Tahitian dancers and fire dancers who were really good. They also had a great band.
The photographer taking the photos for People magazine was there shooting and then apparently Camille and Dave hired their own videographers. There were no Bravo cameras there as I think Camille and Dave negotiated that they would share footage of their choosing with Bravo that can be used. They were adamant that they did not want Bravo invading and taking over their wedding day.
