How much money would it take for you to support your mother’s sexual assailant and publicly discredit another of his alleged sexual assault victims in public?
As if the day could not be more emotionally draining, Ashley Perkins has taken today to a whole new low. In case like me you had to be reminded who this person is, she is the bottle blond who sent all sorts of accusations about Thomas Ravenel assaulting her mother to various websites and included amateur photos of herself claiming that she is a “model”. Each person that agreed to post her story included giant photos of Ashley in various poses. As one does when discussing the sexual assault of one’s mother.
It was my private opinion that when she came on the scene she seemed way more interested in having her picture in the media than she did alerting the public to Thomas Ravenel’s predatory ways. The fact that she mentioned her mother was paid $200K in hush money a few years back was also a red flag to me regarding her truth-telling abilities.
However, I mentioned these feelings primarily in private discussions. It is not anyone’s place to publicly criticize sexual abuse victims or their families when telling their truths. Something people in the Kavanaugh Hearing Post today had to learn that the hard way.
But today I can finally speak out because she has done a total reversal and is now supporting her mother’s attacker. Whatever would cause someone to suddenly attack another victim of the man who she admits paid her family off once for their silence after he forced himself on her mother? Well, another pay out of course.
I wonder how much she got this time? How much would you need to be paid to be the spokesperson for the man you claim sexually assaulted your mother?
Today has been a day where we saw the ugly faces behind the masks of a lot of people. But this one just may take the cake.
