I’ve been getting a lot of questions about upcoming shows lately. Everyone is very curious about why Don’t Be Tardy has not aired yet. Others are asking about premiere dates for Real Housewives and Million Dollar Listing LA. I’ve checked with my sources and this is what I’ve been told.
Don’t Be Tardy finished taping months ago and still has no air date. There has been speculation that the show has been cancelled. TamaraTattles Exclusive sources told us weeks ago that there are 12 episodes of DBT sitting on the shelves. The show is NOT cancelled. There have been changes in the filming schedule for a lot of Bravo shows lately that has resulted in a headache for scheduling. I don’t really understand how this issue effects DBT since it generally airs on the Friday night death slot, but that’s the story I’ve been given.
Million Dollar Listing LA is another show that is finished with filming and waiting for an airtime. This one makes a bit more since as it often has a housewives franchise that leads into it. It too is coming and not cancelled. It’s just currently in limbo.
Real Housewives of Atlanta has a premiere date set for November 4th. That is the only show that seems to have a solid date.
Real Housewives on New Jersey’s premiere date is yet to be decided. It is in the group of shows that seems to be a puzzle for the network to put together. I am also told that there is concerned that all the storylines are leaking since filming started so long ago. While the show is in limbo, I’ve heard that the number of episodes may be cut. At this time, I expect to see 14 episodes for RHONJ and a premiere around the end of November if not early December.
Vanderpump Rules is tentatively planned to begin in November.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to start some time in December. But again, Bravo is trying to position all of these shows to maximize the lead-ins with other shows in the pipeline. Think new shows like Dirty John that I am very excited about.
Getting the shows all on the air to compliment the other shows on the same night is always a bit of a puzzle, but with all of the shows with new filming times, it has been particularly problematic lately. So this is how things stand now.
Which shows are you most looking forward to? Which ones do you not care about anymore?
