There are a couple of things I find very strange about production this season. First of all, why is the house acting so excited to see Scottie back in the house? It’s like their long-lost friend has returned home from war. Why are they so damn happy?
Also, we have been talking about whether or not JC should be removed from the house for inappropriate behavior for months now. Yet he is at the center of every episode and gets the most air time. Also, why does Brett continue to let JC sleep with him when there are plenty of beds?
We also find out that Scottie is coming for JC not Tyler. So why would Tyler target Scottie? Oh yeah, because JC is calling all the shots and JC wants Scottie out. It seems like so long ago that we saw the HOH comp. Hayleigh’s effort to win was truly admirable. It’s crazy how Scottie just happened to start spinning out of control. Sam constantly cheering for Tyler really pissed Hayleigh off. JC is working to amp up the tension between Hayleigh and Sam.
For some reason this week, production was pushing Kaycee and Angela to talk about traumatic events in their lives. Tonight we heard about Kaycee coming out to her mother. Her father was fine with it but her mother was not as accepting. I don’t understand the point of production prodding these two to share their personal pain on the show. Apparently, Angela had some sort of trauma surrounding her gymnastics trainer. She said he parents kept sending her to gymnastics and it was very traumatizing. Again, we don’t need to know this. It’s not important for the show. Why did they single these two out for such a probing DR session?
JC tells Brett that Tyler and Angela have a showmance. Brett tells Tyler. JC tells Tyler that Brett doesn’t trust him. He says that Brett is concerned about his showmance with Angela. Tyler is on to JC the shit stirrer.
As we know, Tyler puts up Angela and Scottie. However, not all viewers agree about who Tyler wants to send home. I can see it going either way. However, I think Angela wants Hayleigh out and that will hold a lot of sway with Tyler.
I wonder if Julie Chen will confront JC when she eventually has to interview him. Do you think his gross touching will be brought up when he is evicted or if he makes it to the end? Remember when she interviewed Aaron about all the racist things she said?
I don’t recall any of JC’s inappropriate behavior being aired, but I admit it’s hard to separate what I’ve seen on the show and on the feeds.
During the Big Bigot summer, they did show a lot of their bad behavior on the show. Plus Aaron mocked Asians and there was no way Julie was going to just let that go.
So to answer your question, I doubt she confronts JC but I hope she does.
Wow that’s such a fucken good point TT..I never thought about Aaron mocking Asians and that’s why Julie felt compelled to bring it up because she avoids anything controversial normally.
And also maybe this is a rumor but it said that the remove somebody from the show for making slanted eyes and mark and Julie.. He was in the pool and then a few hours later he disappeared from the show. Neal maybe?
I don’t know if Julie wants to touch that topic given the situation her husband is in currently and her stand that she is sticking with him and will say no more.
Hayleigh is not going home. Scottie is.
I am baffled with the edit on JC. Do they really want him to be fan favorite?
Sam is so annoying. They wonder if she will vote for Haleigh to go again this week. She is already using her baby voice with Scottie which is probably her jury bid for votes, as she does with each person on the block.
She does repeat and repeat and talk over others.
Interesting tidbit: while JC has insisted on sharing a bed with Tyler or Angela or Brett… he cannot sleep alone (even at home he says) but he can sleep after wake up alone.
Anyway, today Sam asked if he would share her bed and he said NO.
Then we have Haleigh who also is refusing to sleep alone.
Yikes! I hope JC doesn’t get “boos” when he’s evicted. Will he understand why? I haven’t been watching this season at all but stay connected with friends who do and read the highlights. Poor guy! I’m not sure if production is encouraging his behavior or . . . . chastising him for it! I guess we’ll eventually find out. :/
Production is NOT encouraging JC to use the n word or fondle people/kiss them in their sleep.
They are having meetings with him about it to warn him to stop.
This behavior goes way against how they would like to edit JC (lovable prankster who is secretly a mastermind) so that’s why they dont air ir
I don’t think they allow BOOS anymore. But I wish they would make an exception for JC. He’s a POS.
They didn’t allow boos back in season 6. I was at the finale. They had many CBS employees or guests, many of whom were clueless.. Oh, that nurse, Maggie, seems so nice!
But still plenty of feedsters. And we were told no booing or you will be removed.
Janelle and sovereign six definitely got more applause.
I’m pretty sure Amanda and Aaron came out to some boos… no?
I just watch Aaron’s exit interview and she did come out to boos and a splattering of applause even Julie commented on the mix reception she just got.
I can only comment on the two shows I attended, but in recent years, the audience has become more loaded with people they can control in terms of applause.
Aaryn certainly raised the ire of Julie Chen (and much of the audience),’so it probably was allowed.
You see signs supporting each houseguest in the audience. Homemade? No.. Made to look homemade by production and handed to audience members..We got a sign for Janelle Pierzina and were seated a few rows behind her mom and best friend, so at the end we have the sign to her mom.
I remember that they had a harder time getting anyone to hold the sign for nurse Maggie, who won. Maggie’s comments about her ER patients while on live feeds cost her her job.
Anyway, production tried to exercise great control. It will be interesting to see audience reaction to JC, but they sure are giving him a good edit so far.
I don’t know what is up with me, but I am under the impression everyone just loves JC and find him hilarious and great entertainment.
I haven’t seen anyone get mad at him, Sam is constantly treating him like her favorite doll, and the best person she has ever met.
Brett like I’ve mentioned, says he loves him. And Hayleigh adores him.
I have not heard one negative thing said about JC. It’s all praise.
He is offering nothing, so I have to be missing something.
Baffled as well. JC is the worst
Tyler should be a scam artist. Everyone trusts him 100%! I mean, he could scam Trump out of the presidency!
That’s a good point TT, and I didn’t even think about it, until I watched it again.
They went bonkers over Scottie, ESPECIALLY Angela and her reaction? Lol, she was jumping up and down in her stilettos!!!!
Wonder if her and Tyler banged in the bathroom before it went live. That’s the most excited I’ve seen her BY FAR!!!
Wasn’t it Christine who was married and flirting madly with Cody that the BOO’s were so loud the inside of the house couldn’t believe it, but knew exactly why they were booing and Christine looked in shock when talking to Julie.
Cody looked like “oh shit” also.
Lol, a husband is waiting for him outside of those doors, lol!!!
Can someone tell me what exactly Brett said last night that set Haleigh off & made her run up to the HOH room to cry? I missed whatever it was.
Hayleigh squirted Brett with water from the sink sprayer. Brett joked about her being mighty confident while on the block and he’s starting to feel the Scottie love.
She had a ridiculously stupid meltdown.
Thanks. From her reaction I thought it was so much worse. Crying for sympathy votes would annoy me enough to vote her out.
Angela trashed her behind her back for just that very thing, She wants Hayleigh out next. I expect a Hayleigh, Sam nomination from Kaycee. But you never know, JC could touch the block this week as well.
