It’s time to check in with Teen Mom OG again. It’s sort of sad what this show has become but I can’t stop watching. I have to know what disaster comes next. It’s become a morbid fascination.
Since she threw Matt out last week, he has been staying at a hotel until they go to film Marriage Boot Camp. I feel like I have already seen that show, but I don’t think it has actually aired yet. There has just so much drama on the Internet about it since she left without Matt, but with one of the producers who has already knocked her up. And of course Matt decided to marry the next person he met. Glad to see they are all making good life decisions.
So Amber is off getting some eyelashes sewn in. I don’t know how these girls have time to do any parenting will all of their eyelashes, and massages, and vaginal rejuvenation procedures. Maybe it is just the fact that I am very low maintenance, but it seem like they waste a lot of their lives trying to look pretty.
Amber’s daughter, Leah is so pretty. She looks just like Amber. Apparently, we fast forwarded past the Marriage Boot Camp thing, because Amber is already texting Gary about her new boyfriend that she met there. Amber interviews with producers about the fact that she came back from Marriage Boot Camp without Matt. She says he lied about a lot of things during filming. She said she talked to Leah about it, and Matt talked to Leah about it.
Maci is having her attorney draw up some paperwork to address new visitation requirements that will cause Ryan to have to be drug tested to see Bentley. I’m all for this move.
Ryan has a scene with a friend who he tells that he sees his counselor “sometimes” and that other than some cravings his recovery has not been too bad. This seems highly unlikely to me. Ryan and this new idiot is with talk to the random friend about how Maci has never done anything for Ryan. You know, other than raise his son alone. In the meantime, Maci is asking him to have a drug test before each visit at her expense. It’s $400 a test.
Ryan’s parents had a teary interview with production where they finally admit they knew he had a problem. His dad is thrilled that now when they talk on the phone Ryan is coherent. Ryan’s mom cries the whole time. Ryan’s dad says Ryan is all they have. They both seem really, really sad rather than happy that it is over. Because, it’s not over.
Ryan calls a lawyer about his custody issues and the lawyer says that he will need to be able to pass drug screens. That is exactly what Maci is asking for. And if he goes to court, the judge will rule that Ryan has to pay for them.
Farrah is going to London for Celebrity Big Brother (I think) and is leaving Sophia with Michael and his girlfriend. Farrah goes to check on her businesses before leaving. I think it is pretty smart of her to have a franchise and some other things on the back burner. I can’t believe she was allowed to film another show for a month while Teen Mom was filming. Then again, Amber went to Marriage Boot Camp during filming too. How is it possible that Farrah doesn’t know how to pack a suitcase?
I’m really not sure why Farrah is crying. I think it is about her mom not being around. It seemed to come out of nowhere and didn’t seem genuine.
It’s time for the launch of their children’s clothing site. It’s ten minutes to launch and there is some sort of technical issue. Welcome to my world. Not a day goes by when I am not spinning twelve plates in the background to keep things running. Catelynn tells Tyler that he underestimated the traffic the whole time when she told him not to. Apparently, they are on a shared server. That was their first mistake. There was not much else going on with them other than a day out on a boat with with Catelynn’s mom. It makes it look so easy to run a business.
There wasn’t much to this episode.
