Sorry I didn’t tape the final episode with Jenelle’s wedding. It didn’t tape and I had to watch it On Demand. There really wasn’t much to say about it, in my opinion. The one thing I will mention is I do not like Barb’s “friend.” She is not very supportive.
We start with all of the moms on stage together. That rarely happens. Generally, someone will refuse to sit with Jenelle or Jenelle will refuse to come out altogether. There is not a lot of discussion during this configuration.
We start with Kailyn. She has no contact with baby daddy three. Shocking. She also hasn’t spoken to her mother to let her know she had a third baby. She tried to call her, and she had changed her number. Really? That is all with Kailyn?
Next we get a montage of Leah’s season, followed by two seconds of interview. Dr. Drew asks Leah if she is taking online classes now and she sort of half nods and says “mm hmm” in a way that tells me she is not taking classes. Dr. Drew asks what she is studying and she says she just wants “to do motivational speaking and make people feel beautiful inside and out.” Why doesn’t Dr. Drew tell her she is not motivational speaking material? She might as well be saying, ” I just want to be a Russian cosmonaut and fly the first manned voyage to Mars.” Why is everyone telling her she has potential when it comes to public speaking? Dr. Drew asks about the rumors that she and Jeremy are kind of back together. She denies it. I’m not sure I believe her.
Next up is Chelsea. Both Kailyn and Leah were in tears watching their montages. Chelsea was grinning from ear to ear. Chelsea looks beautiful. They talk about Aubree’s difficulty with visiting with her father. Chelsea says that it was hard for her accept parenting help from Cole because she was used to doing everything herself. She says Cole is so great that she doesn’t deserve him.
Jenelle is up next. She has the same damn issues every reunion. Oh I know what I wanted to talk about concerning Jenelle’s wedding. What sort of stupid veil was that on her head? Is that really a normal option? I thought it looked ridiculous with nothing on the back. Jenelle cries about not having any family at the wedding. She also claims that Barbara sold three stories about her, in the last three weeks. I must have missed those, but I am rarely sent anything from my research folks about Teen Mom. I can’t imagine what was said other than what we all see on the show. Maybe that was back when the sites were talking about Ensley being born with pot in her system? Dr. Drew asks about Kaiser’s grandmother having concerns. She tries to turn it around and say she had concerns that Kaiser came home with a bruise in the shape of a hand print on his but and blames Nathan. That grandma was going to sue for full custody but I think her husband was diagnosed with a fatal illness or something and she realized she could not be there for Kaiser. This seems odd to me because she at first claimed Kaiser was in danger being around drugs in the house. If that is the case, then the kid needs to be removed. Why isn’t Nathan standing up for his kid?
Jenelle is crying about David and how great he is and how he would never turn his back on her and how he is her best friend and things are great with them. She says it hurts her that people say all of these terrible things about him. Dr. Drew asks if maybe it is David’s anger issues that worry people. She says “Well maybe, but Nathan is going to court for strangling his girlfriend.” Jenelle says that Nathan is the real abuser here. Throughout this interview they keep cutting to David who is watching back stage. He is getting angrier and angrier and is cussing under his breath. Then he said to someone, “We are leaving after this.”
Dr. Drew has mentioned twice now that Jenelle seems to be attracted to aggressive men. David is becoming unhinged. He says Dr. Drew “is a drama queen and he’s probably a faggot.” Doesn’t Dr. Drew have a wife and forty-seven kids? How can he not know this? After the break, David walks out on the set to tell Jenelle he is leaving, she can come or she can stay. She goes running after him. She gets in the car with him and leaves because she thinks that is what a supportive wife does.
Next up is Nathan. He says that David has no business disciplining his son. He says he is abusive to Kaiser. So what is he going to do about it? Nathan’s mom comes out. She is randomly crying. She says she is terribly frightened for Kaiser. She used to work in social services. She says she has already filed for temporary custody. She says she feels there is drug abuse going on in the house. She says Kaiser told her that David punched him. I hope she has followed through on her request for custody. But I believe she dropped the case. I hope I am wrong about that.
Next out is Barb. She says that Jace’s therapist told the judge that living with David and Jenelle would be detrimental to his well-being. Barb says that Jenelle met David on Tinder. That might just be the story she was given because the rumor was that David met Courtland in jail and once David got out he hunted Jenelle down. Maybe that isn’t true but that is what I’ve always heard. Barb cries and says that Jenelle hates here. David has forbidden Barb from seeing Ensley at all. She cries about Jenelle sending her hateful texts. She says she always texts back that she is her mother and will always love her unconditionally.
It looks like Jenelle and David do not return on the next episode. So crazy.
