I can’t believe I am still reporting on this empty house six years later. Word on the street is that Sheree may finally pay off some of her creditors because she is getting ready to list the house. After six years of fanfare she is finally going to try to unload the monstrosity she built having never spent a single night living there.
The moldy basement has been disinfected and she seems to have plans to finish that part of the house. Word on Mama Joyce’s streets is she wants to put in a movie theater. Are there any contractors in the metro area that she does not owe money to? Who on earth would take on that project?
She is allegedly funneling her RHOA checks through a loan-out corporation, so that her wages can’t be garnished. The latest news is that she is hiding a new white Tesla in the garage of the never-ending construction site. And she is apparently buying cars for her kids. As long as I have been writing this blog Sheree has been hiding cars from the repo man. The courts found her Astin Martin and seized it for her attorneys to sell after she failed to pay her divorce attorneys. At that time Sheree rented multiple storage units where she hid all the furniture and cabinets and appliances she took from the house she lived in with Bob. All of that crap is still sitting there as far as I know.
But by far the weirdest thing I have heard is that Sheree has applied to the city for a permit for an electric fence. WHY? Back in the day when this fiasco started, plenty of people were stopping by to take photos of the house. Sheree in dragged me and two other bloggers to court for reporting on the lack of progress in the construction.
Why on earth does she need an electrified fence? There is no way the city will allow her to put one up. The house is right by a bus stop. There are children in the neighborhood. What the heck is she thinking?
I don’t think anyone will by that house. It’s a tear down. I can’t see it ever passing an inspection of getting a certificate of occupancy. The whole thing is just a very large money pit. I honestly do see a solution for this financial nightmare.
