Big Brother 19: The Ring of Replacement

July 9, 2017 by tamaratattles 22 Comments

It’s time for another episode of Big Brother! Just a reminder, this is the one show that I always include spoilers from the live feeds. If you don’t want to know, stop reading now and come back after the live eviction!

Oh we are going to have HOH and Den of Temptation. This will be a good episode! This is the first I am seeing of all the fights that happened after the eviction. I saw some of Jessica trying to buck up on Christmas. What was the point of that? Christmas was on the block, not voting. Then. Cody wants to swing on Josh and has to be held back. Both of these fools are going after soft targets.

Meanwhile, they are lucky they are so hard-headed because the house guests are still complaining about the knots on their head from the plastic balls and stuff that production torpedoed them with during the HOH comp.  I love that the people on Paul’s team were smart enough to realize that the game takes practice so rather than everyone going for HOH everyone gave tickets to Paul and sometimes Matt. Also, everyone on his team and Alex let Paul cut in line repeatedly to give him more practice. It’s brilliant and all Cody can do is watch. When Paul wins, Jessica cries in the DR and says she can’t imagine things getting any worse. I’m happy to report things get much worse for Jessica!

Cody thinks that Ramses voted to keep Christmas, which is stupid because Jillian was his only friend in the house. Kevin lied to Cody’s face saying he voted to evict Christmas and Cody believes him. Things get really ugly with Ramses, especially after last night’s POV comp. I feel badly for Ramses, but his game play is the cause of most of his problems.

Speaking of people I feel badly for, my heart breaks for Josh. Cody and Jessica are pure evil towards Josh. It was hard enough to watch this breakdown live. I really don’t need to see it again. At least the big alliance is nice to his face. Some of the still trash talk him behind his back.

Oh I think we are going to see Jessica’s DR where she tries to DOR! YES!  Wait, so far all they have shown is her saying she is not going to go see Paul’s HOH room. There was so much more. She told Cody she was going to quit and she didn’t give a damn and he said he would support whatever she decided. Then at the end of the HOH she ends up coming upstairs.

The love and adoration for Paul is a bit much even for me. Do these people not realize he can’t be all of their best buddies? Or that is plan is to send them home one by one based on what is best for him? Not it is time for Paul’s letter. There was a conspiracy on message boards that this letter has coded information in it about the house. While people have tried before, I don’t recall anyone ever successfully getting a message in a letter. While Paul reads his letter, the cameras keep cutting to Cody. Each time they do they play music from horror movies.

They only used a tiny bit of the letter at the beginning there was a lot at the beginning off the letter about all these cats and their medical conditions. Paul does do a lot of animal rescue work, but even so, it seemed a bit much.  The editing was really strange. They show Cody leaving but Cody left with Jessica who they never showed coming up the stairs.

Paul has the stupidest plan in BB19 history. With the entire house with maybe two exceptions mad at Cody, and as head of household of the MAJORITY, Paul wants to put up two of his own team members. Mark tries to get Paul to understand that his plan is TERRIBLE. What they didn’t show is that Christmas kept trying to shut down Mark and support Paul. She kept saying there is no guarantee! She was just as wrong as Paul. Eventually, either the DR talked sense into Paul or he realized he was making bad decisions.

In the Den of Temptation, there are voodoo dolls that looks just like all of the house guests. Who the hell made those! They are really good, and super creepy. Christmas wins the Ring of Replacement temptation (I voted for Alex who I think was a close second) and is allowed to replace any player selected by random draw in any of  POV comps.  The power is good all summer, for one use only. She selects Cody, Jessica and Jason for the curse.

Because I am not the only one under Paul’s spell, Alex and Josh both agree to be pawns this week and go up on the block. It’s not in their best interest, but if Paul told me to jump of a bridge, I’d probably do it.

At the nomination ceremony, Ramses puts himself on the block as his curse requires. The important news is that if Ramses wins the temptation, there will NOT be a replacement nominee and Alex and Josh are stuck on the block. I think Paul knew the first part of the curse, but not that it would keep him from nominating Cody.  This will be VERY important when the POV comp is played. If you can’t wait to find out who wins POV, go to comments here.

As always this newest BB19 post is where I will be updating the Live feeds.

Ramses should have waited another week to put himself up. This 3rd nominee is killing me since Cody has got to go! I hate Jessica.

I agree with you about Jessica, but she is just a mean girl. Cody, on the other hand, is scary. I see a serial killer when I look at him. So, I guess I would take Jessica over him. But what a crappy day to gave to have to make that choice!

Cody is the epitome of a douchebag. Why not try and at least be civil? God, I hope this plan to back door him works.

I do not understand this elaborate back door plan. Why not put Cody and Jessica up together? They cannot both get the power of vote.

Cheryl, You don’t initially put Cody on the block because he could win POV and pull himself off the block.

Right, Cheryl. They both can’t win POV, but Cody is the main one they want gone. And Paul thought if he couldn’t get Cody, he would take out Ramses.

Hopefully Cody will come back in the Battle Back. Without him there is no villian and no one to fool Paul’s plan. Vote Alex for the next temptation.

Without Cody in the game, the game is over and Paul wins. Might as well quit watching now.

I know it looks that way now, but the love fest will only last until they make jury. Then the game changes. These big alliances never stay together no matter how tight they appear at first. All of paul’s little friends know that he has to go once he gets them to jury.

That said, Paul spent many weeks on the block last season and always managed to get himself off. He’s really good.

So, I’m now living on Monday morning, Sunday night’s show only showed who won HOH, who Paul put up and that Christmas got the Temptation. On the overnight, the Vetoeds are already in their suits, the Veto
plan has been made, but I don’t think the competition has been run. The whole bloomin’ thing is so confusing. Do the house mates get to watch the broadcasts? Do they know they are on? Real life is so
far ahead of the broadcast, it’s very frustrating.

I think I”m the only one on the planet who wants Cody and Jessica to stay. Don’t get me wrong, I hate them both, and Cody is scary crazy. But this is the most interesting first two weeks in BB history. For so many seasons now, we’ve been buried with “what the wants” and blah blah. I LOVE the evilness that is Jessica and Cody.

Last night BBAD started with the two evil toads on their lily pad in the have not room where Cody is telling Jessica that after he goes “they will all still be living in fear of him winning the the Battle Back” I really wish it could be Cameran who comes back. But it will likely be Cody. The problem these two have is that Cody wants them either both out before jury or both in jury together. If Cody wins battle back he will be on jury I think.

Jessica thinks him winning battle back will be good for “their story” because it will be a fairy tale.

One of the horrible things Jessica said to Josh was that he was going to walk out of the house to a world that hates him. She has no idea how hated she is and thinks she is a princess in a fairy tale. I would love for JOSH to win battle back and give him some redemption for his storyline. That kid needs a confidence boost. Plus it might actually kill Cody.

Cody and Jessica are literally dead to the cast lol, Paul walked in and gave everybody a taste of his food but them. Mark is in the shower and 2 of his 3 side pieces are in the room Elena and Dominique getting a peak at big daddy lol but I think they know his heart is with Ramses. Kevin is so old I think he mistakenly thought the BB house was the elderly home ?‍♀️

These house guests are dumb. They and viewers are mad at Cody for playing the game and trying to evict Paul but everyone is like Paul is too cute and too funny to evict. Exactly, that’s why he needed to go Cody saw that. By the way if you didn’t know Paul is “sexually fluid” when it comes to men and women so everyone has a chance with him. Hey Victor. LOL.

Yea we kinda knew that when him and Victor were in the HOH room for hours and the cameras wouldn’t pan to the room at all last summer one night, everybody asked about them and got no answer until they came out the room hours later looking sexed and refreshed lol, from friendship time of course ?
