Andy is taping WWHL in Hollywood this week at the Palace Theater, and I have some inside scoop. A Tamara Tattles Spy signed up for and was promised tickets to the first show. When the party arrived they had to wait in line for a couple of hours, only to be told that so many VIPs showed up that they didn’t have any more seats. On Sunday night, it seems several east coast housewives were in town. The spy was given tickets to tonight’s show instead. The thing is, they are doing two shows a day. I don’t really understand how it all works. The spy says only one show airs, but what does that mean? What happens to the people who go to the other show? Surely the guests aren’t doing two shows? I’ll know more after tonight’s filming with guest star Conan O’Brien.
In the meantime, Nene was in LA to tape the Billboard Award Edition of Fashion Police, and Bethenny Frankel is on a supermarket tour promoting her latest line of luncheon meats. On Sunday night, Bethenny and Nene went out to dinner and were laughing and giggling all over social media. What do you think those two talk about when they get together?
What do you think of Nene’s long blond Cher wig? Are you watching the west coast version of WWHL? It’s really not the same at all as the clubhouse version. The sound is all echoey it just feels weird. On the bright side, Andy Cohen got smacked in the face in a high-fiving attempt gone bad on his first night. It’s the little things.
Oh and be sure to glance around the cold cuts aisle next time you are in the grocery store. I think she is in Publix and Kroger.
