There is some new stuff happening with the cases surrounding the death of Bobbi Kristina. However, the case I have information on is one where she is the defendant. Four days before Bobbi Kristina died, she was in a serious accident. She was driving her new friend and roommate Danyela Bradley’s Jeep and veered into oncoming traffic sideswiping a Ford Taurus driven by Russell Eckerman. His attorney made this statement one month after the accident, “Russell was on his way to work when this incident occurred. He has been hospitalized since the date of the occurrence and has been unable to speak. His medical condition, as I understand it, is serious, but everyone is hopeful that he will recover and get back to being Russell.” There have been no public updates since that time. It is unclear what his current condition is.

This case is important for many reasons. Mostly, it is very helpful to Nick Gordon’s defense. Because the accident was so close to the date of her drowning, it will be difficult to prove if her missing teeth were a result of the accident or an assault by Nick Gordon as the civil suit against him suggests.
Local Atlanta news station 11Alive recently obtained a copy of the deposition that Danyela Bradley made last month for the case where Bobbi Kriss is one of the defendants.
In the deposition, Danyela says that she was dating Max Lomas in November of 2014 when she first met Nick and Krissi. Two months later in January, Max and Danyela moved into the condo with Nick and Krissi. She says she and Krissi became very close. She describes the relationship between Nick and Krissi as very happy and loving. She says that Krissi was very attached to Nick and didn’t like to go anywhere without him “no matter what.”
She also testified that Krissi used drugs regularly including marijuana, crack and heroin. She said that Krissi used crack and heroin a few time during the month she lived there and smoked pot more often. Bradley testified that she had never personally seen Brown smoke crack or use heroin, but believed she had smoked crack “three or four days” before the wreck and used heroin “maybe like two days beforehand…”
Danyela goes on to give the details of what happened the day of the accident. Apparently, Max and Nick had broken down at the Shell station up the street. Both Nick and Krissi had wrecked several cars before and at this time they were without a vehicle. So Bobbi Kriss took Danyela’s keys and said they needed to go get the boys. Danelya testified that Krissi should not have been driving, but she eventually just went with her to get the guys. She talks about Krissi driving erratically.
This is all very beneficial to Eckerman but also to Gordon as well. Her testimony basically clears Eckerman of any fault in the accident and places Krissi’s estate in a position of legal responsibility for all of his very extensive medical bills.
As for Nick, this testimony paints a picture of a loving relationship between Krissi and Nick. It shows that Krissi didn’t like to be away from Nick for any reason. It provides no support for any abuse by Nick during the entire month of January. Both Max and Danyela were in the house on the day Krissi drowned. But most importantly Krissi’s estate is claiming that Nick injected a deadly cocktail of some sort into Krissi and then placed her unconscious in the bathtub.
This testimony could explain why the police have not charged Nick with anything after all of this time. They have a witness claiming that Krissi smoked crack four days before the accident and heroin two days before. Both drugs would then still be in her system when she dies later. Also, if she is a regular drug user there is no way to prove that she was not simply using on the day she drowned. If you have eye witness testimony saying that Krissi was using both heroin in crack herself on a regular basis, how would you prove whether she injected herself with something or whether Nick did.
For those reasons, we may never see any charges against Nick Gordon. They are going to need some major evidence, like video tape of Nick harming Krissi in some way.
One more thing that sticks out in my mind is that the conservator for Krissi said in her motion something about Nick having a violent altercation and then getting in bed and saying something about like “now I can be with a pretty white girl like you.” If Krissi’s estate can prove there was some sort of relationship between Danyela and Nick, then perhaps her testimony could be called into question.
We will be doing a lot of wait and see on this case in the future.

Sorry if this comment offends but I going to say it anyway. If what Danyela says is true about Bobbi Kristina’s erratic driving causing the accident, then I hope Eckerman wins the lawsuit. I hope he gets every penny of BK’s estate. That way the Brown’s and the Houston’s would not benefit after leaving that poor child hooked up for so long. I know. I am going to Hell for wishing that among other reasons LOL!
Slide over Angel(?). I’ll be sitting right beside you. Of course the devil will take one look and say “Oh no lock up the pitchforks, she’s here!” Lol.
If she was impaired don’t you think the cops would have tested her?
More Tea … I would be tested, maybe you also but Bobbi Brown wasn’t.
It’s the celebrity pass or a officer did not do his job.
I’m surprised in a injury accident she wasn’t automatically tested. Out here all drivers are tested in a injury accident and a refusal means you will lose your license for a year.
I had a recent run in with CHP’s and the testing proved my innocence. All pending charges were dropped and onto the other person. I love testing.
Was BK taken to the hospital for medical reasons after the accident? If so, then the medical records would show information about any injuries she may have sustained, including any teeth that may have been knocked out. Or EMS at the scene of the accident. Surely, no one would have let her walk away without a check-up. Or have I missed that info?
The accident report said that her passenger and the other driver were taken to the hospital. You would think if she had broken teeth from the accident the police would have noted it and her friend would have mentioned it?
I’m also wondering if BK had any medical care following the accident. You can refuse treatment from EMS so that would be on file if she signed the release. Or if they examined her they would note injuries.
As far as testing, seems likely without going to the hospital no testing was done. Unlike alcohol which cops would smell, drugs wouldn’t be immediately obvious since behavior changes could be overlooked because of shock from just having been in a car accident.
In the deposition I read, the girl said that Bobbi refused treatment. OTOH she also said she was fine and didn’t need to go. No mention of missing teeth. HOWEVER the copy of the depo on the news site was incomplete and the pages were out of order and missing.
