In case you missed it, Joanna Krupa has filed a defamation lawsuit against Brandi Glanville for comments Brandi made on Watch What Happens Live on November 11, 2013. Click here to see the hysterical letter Brandi received from Joanna’s lawyers. I just can’t imagine suing someone for saying that you slept with someone who was married and that someone said that your lady garden didn’t smell like flowers and sunshine.
It’s almost two years later and the only time I hear about Joanna Krupa is when someone is covering this lawsuit. Or when Brandi brings it up. This would all be long forgotten if these two didn’t keep it in the news.
According to documents obtained by Scene in the Tropics, a Miami Herald Blog, on June 2, 2015, Brandi’s attorneys filed a motion to dismiss and on June 9th, the Miami-Dade 11th Circuit Court denied the motion and was ordered to answer the compliant on or before June 22, 2015.
Despite all of this playing out in the Miami court system, the day after the motion to dismiss was filed, Brandi decided to poke Joanna once again when they both oddly ended up dining at the same L.A. restaurant on June 3rd. Brandi sent a fish dish to Joanna during her dinner as yet another public attempt to suggest that Joanna’s vajayjay reeks of fish. I thought it was hysterical. Was it smart? No. Not in light of the ongoing court battle. That forty dollar salmon entrée will end up costing Brandi a few more dollars in putative damages if this case really goes to trial.
Brandi should have really listened to Ross Matthews when he told her she needs to sit down with Joanna and apologize and try to work things out on his podcast earlier this week.
