We will never even know if ISIS is coming. But we will know every inch of topography of all the Kartrashian’s asses even if we try to actively avoid it.

The dress thing is a giant hoax. There are two images, one in natural light and one with light dialed all the way up so that the background of the image is completely washed out, as is the dress color.
Slate can bloviate about rods and cones all it wants, but there is no way variations in perception can turn black into gold without light manipulation.
I realize because…Arizona but where was anyone with a brain and a lasso when this fiasco began? If they had called the cowboy with the rope to begin with, this would have just been maybe a local story at best. With 49 idiots chasing 2 terrified and fast thinking llamas, it turned into the Keystone Cops and one of the big stories for the day. This definitely falls under the category of stupid shit.
Also, two different pictures were circulating: one of a blatantly black and blue dress, then a similar/identical one that’s blatantly gold and white with/without Photoshop. Either way, the whole thing is stupid. So are the llama stories.
RIP is right! We have lying liars on FOX and NBC, Disneyfication by David Muir on ABC, MSNBC and CNN have long been a lost causes and CBS is far behind with all their human interest stories. It’s small wonder so many Americans are misinformed and ignorant about what goes on in the world.
All of you (above commenters ) have me dying and crying here with laughter! Those llamas covered a lot of ground, and the humans running after them looked ridiculous. Don Lemon used to be my favorite, but that was a long time ago.
Look, I lost respect for Don Lemon as soon as he called himself trying to check me live on CNN four years ago. Then Blizzardmobile (a recent-model Explorer in a half-inch of snow) was the icing on the cake.
This was in 2010 during his old weekend evening show.
I can’t remember what the story was about, but at the end, he would turn to social media responses. Out of sarcasm, I tweeted something like “…sounds like a classic case of ‘reverse racism,'” with quotation marks, thinking it would be common sense the way I meant it. From there, he diva’d out a bit, “Uh…for the record…there’s no such thing as reverse racism…sooo…”
‘Sooo…’ I left him and his shock-journalism alone.
That was my neighborhood. A little excitement for a change!! What did the senior citizen say to the llama named Fernando? “You look mahvelous!”.
Black and blue. Final answer
Lol!!
Hahaaa. I just said that to a friend. Between the llamas and the stupid dress color, maybe we aren’t as afraid of ISIS as they want us to be?

What is this llama thing about?
I saw the dress thing as more of a social experiment. People sure did argue about it.

That is a common perception ‘down under’ of Americans. Clearly the commenters here are the exception to the rule.
Here at Tamaratattles we strive to achieve the level of accuracy set by our benefactress, aka: She who must be obeyed.
We are global idiots with no idea how to behave in public or on the Internet. Seriously. We’re actually worse than the stereotypes.

TOA, Thanks for noticing tags! They take forever to put in long posts and I figured no one actually noticed them. 🙂
Oh, TT, those tags! “idiots, morons, news, stupid shit” Perfection.
CNN = Washington Post. HLN = National Inquirer. But can’t stop watching Nancy Grace blow a gasket every night.

Check you?
