The Real Housewives of Melbourne’s season two premiere on February 22nd but the ladies are already making the rounds with the press down under. Jackie Gilles had a lot to say to News.com.au click here for their full interview excerpted in part below.
Gilles says of the new ladies, “The group definitely has changed, it’s been a very interesting ride, they’ve (Gamble and Pettifleur) shaken things up a lot, and I don’t think they knew what they were getting into! You know, things come out in people’s past that they don’t necessarily want to come out and fame is a funny thing, you start to see people change.”
Gilles also promises more resolution on the new season, “At the end of day you might be all hanging out and sometimes you get dragged into situations and conversations you wouldn’t normally find yourself in and you have to give your opinion and it looks like you’re bitching when you’re not. But I said to the girls, I’ve never bitched, gossiped and talked so much BS in my life before I went on this show.”
When asked why she signed up for another season, Gillies says, “At the end of the day I think I’ve been well received. I’ve had a lot of support and a great following online and that following comes from who I am as a person, rather than portraying someone else. If people love who I am as a person then I want to keep on inspiring people. I knew being a psychic that I’d be put up for ridicule, it’s not the normal thing, but if I can inspire people to be themselves and love themselves, then I’m doing my job.”
Gillies says that there will be a bit confrontation this season, “There’s going to be something that comes up where there is a massive, massive blow up that I think people will be really surprised by,” she said. “I was in shock, I was just sitting on chair laughing at the whole situation, going ‘what the f was that?’”
Gina is trying to claim she is not involved in the major drama this season. Do you believe her?
