With all the protests over police who give the appearance of being overly aggressive when enforcing the law, and the subsequent discussions everywhere about how to behave when approached by a law enforcement officer, particularly when one is black, that have inundated the news the past several months, one would think that Porsha Williams would know how to behave when being detained by a Georgia State Patrol Officer.
One would be wrong. Rodney Ho, an entertainment reporter for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has obtained a copy of the Police report for the December 29th arrest of Porsha. Click through to read the officer’s report on her behavior.
Spoiler alert: She’s an idiot.

From Rodney Ho AJC Reporter This is the officer’s report:
On the afternoon of December 29, 2014, I was patrolling I-20 in Fulton County. I observed a gold Rolls Royce traveling in the second lane from the barrier wall on I-20 at a high rate of speed. I activated my Stalker Laser which was checked for accuracy earlier this date. A speed of 78 mph was displayed. [The speed limit was 55.] I initiated a traffic stop in which the driver was identified as Ms. Porsha Dyanne Williams by her Georgia’s Drivers License. As I ran the name of Ms. Williams through GCIC, a suspension for Failure to Appear was brought to my attention. I asked Ms. Williams to exit her vehicle and she complied. I advised Ms. Williams that her license was suspended for Failure to Appear. She stated she paid the citation. I told Ms. Williams four times to turn around and place her hands behind her back and she refused. On the fifth request. I stated I will be going hands on if you refuse to put your hands behind your back. At this time Ms. Williams complied and I placed handcuffs on Ms. Williams. Ms. Williams repeatedly used the term a**hole referring to me. TFC Mitnaul arrived to the scene and transported Ms. Williams to Atlanta Pre-trial without any further incident and released to their personnel. Several items were moved from the seating area of the vehicle to the trunk. The vehicle was towed to Buckhead Wrecker Service.
Seriously? Who behaves this way?
What — no mention of her dying grandfather to whom’s sick bed she was rushing?
This is my shocked face.
I *am* surprised she didn’t pull the “Do you know who I am?” card. Although maybe the cop left that part out.
Hahahaha!!!! Yes^^^we call that a “mouth breather.”
I cannot stand that insufferable bitch! She even has what we call the “duh face”- it is when a persons mouth is open and you can tell they are actually perplexed by even the most simple of questions. Too bad he did not charge her with resisting arrest, and ask the judge to make her serve a couple of days on the capias that was issued for her failure to appear.
Brilliant. I want to see the the “Duh Face” only in Caps and Quotes from now on.
The “Duh Face” says sooo much. Just soo much.
Moh—-you win. You got it.
Today, tomorrow——Duh.
Too bad he didn’t “taze” her ass. Too dumb for words. TDFW.
TT, I am a teacher (retired)as well. Correct me if I am wrong…she is not teachable…maybe trainable…but not teachable. She probably wasn’t aware of the Michael Brown incident or Garner as watching the news would bebeyond her grasp. She is a poster child for a late-term abortion…and I don’t believe in abortions!
Forgive me Jesus.
“Failure to appear”? Failure to read the ticket is more likely. I’m so happy Kenya is rid of her and prays for her (enlightenment).
Did she get charged for resisting?Hope so. Boy…am I ever in trouble!
I don’t think she was charged with resisting. She should have been.
And she is teachable. It just seems education is not a core value in her family as a whole, so it makes the task a lot harder, but not unsurmountable.
Right now she is selling her cookie like a Girl Scout in high season. Eventually, the cookie’s expiry date comes. Then she will wish she had learned to count past potato.

*dead*
Past potato??? BWAHAHAHA!
Count past potato, so my Fune will be in an hour. Don’t send flowers, I’ll be cremated my ashes to be used as fertilizer, for them marijuana trees in my back yard. Btw, TT you give me life.
It would have been great if Walter had been the tow-truck operator….That would have made her apoplectic.
Hahaha – that last paragraph is classic
Damn…you went in on that read…hilarious
Wow. This feels like makeup sex. Awesome!
LMAO…TT…girl you are something else!
BTW I watched both of the Apprentice Episodes from Monday and Geraldo had me in stitches. Who knew he was such an ego maniac. I’m looking forward to him going toe to toe with each and every one of his team mates. I love a good villain! I’m going to read your recaps now.
Omg, you having me dying from laughter. Thank you. Jesus forgives you as you bring so much joy to others 🙂
I WISH Porsha had gotten more out of line w/ that cop, she would have claimed she was “provoked” and demanded an apology being the dumb b she is.
Often, if you are polite when getting a speeding ticket, the officer will knock a few MPH off of your speed to keep your insurance from jumping. You are going to have an insurance bump when you speed; the bump is bigger if you are going more than 10 MPH over the limit. Too bad for Porsha. She’ll be paying extra insurance fees for years so she could show her butt to the state patrolman. Stupid is as stupid does.
I think Porsha’s on drugs, well,at least i hope so,I just can’t believe one adult person could be sooooo stupid!!! :-\
Nope. That is pure stupidity.

She is just an incredibly stupid and low class woman. Yes, she is ignorant because she is uneducated, that can be changed. Stupid cannot.
And by the way, When you come from Boston, you do not mess with the police. They don’t play, they don’t smile and they don’t want to hear about your excuses. I decided many years ago, that I would not do well in jail. Therefore, I would not do anything that might cause me to have to go there, if only temporarily. You can’t call a policeman an asshole! Is she crazy?
Does anyone in Boston smile? The driver are crazy, that turnpike is the worst.
Amen Gessie!
And Missy, yes they smile, but only in the carpool lane.
Harriet Tubman would have pushed Porsha off the tracks!!!
Oh, that’s good!
She would probably have pushed her ONTO the tracks in front of the oncoming train.
Wow, she really lost her way. From pulpits to this bullsh*t. From protective housewife to a hoe. Fame is a hell of a drug *in my rick james voice*
I think I am missing something cultural. I dislike Porscha but this doesn’t appear to be a big deal to me. Compliance appeared to be forthcoming; although after repeated requests. Again I think it is a cultural thing so no hate please.
Aussies don’t have respect for authority when pulled over? We’ve had race riots all over the place here for cops shooting black folks. We’ve all been very recently reminded to be compliant when approached by a law enforcement officer. Refusing to follow an officer’s directive immediately, or calling the officer and asshole, can have some very bad consequences.
Do Aussie cops just let you mouth off to them?

Yes. Yes it does. Simply getting on the sidewalk with your stole items as directed would have saved Michael Brown’s life.

Your ignorance, astounds me Jarlath. Your ignorance about real housewives is one thing, but your ignorance about how to function in the world, is breathtaking.
If you have just robbed a joint, and a cop tells you to stop WALKING DOWN THE MIDDLE OF A STREET, you say, yes, Sir. And move to the goddamn sidewalk. You do NOT dive into the car and try to get his weapon.
You waddle your fat black ass on to the sidewalk and try not to draw attention to the fact you just jacked up an elderly man in a liquor store. You follow direction. You play it cool. And maybe if you are lucky someone taught you NOT TO WALK DOWN THE CENTER OF THE ROAD BUT TO UTILIZE THE FUCKING SIDEWALK.
That is what people with sense do.
Other people have brain damage and are Portia fans and Nene fans.
Let’s imagine Cynthia Bailey in this situation. She would have put her hand on the wheel. She would have presented a valid driver’s license. She would have met her prior infractions with a proper response. She would have been polite. And if all of that had failed she would have put her hands behind her back on the first request and never disrespected the officer.
HAVE A MOTHER FUCKING SEAT, Jarlath.

Ok firstly it is Micheal. Please.
Secondly. My partner is from Orange County and he always tells me stories of ‘back in America if I was pulled over I would do…’ etc.
Even he can differentiate how in Australia if police order you to do something the response of a lot of people is to question it, especially if they believe they did nothing wrong. However, in America that is a bad move as apparently police there must be hyper sensitive to their detainees firearms.
Again. I’m from a different country ao feel free to ignore my observations. It’s all about context.
The Micheal thing is auto correct. In this country we know how to spell our children’s names.
And to respect authority.

Unfortunately, Aussies are extremely disrespectful to the police. I suspect it is due to our convict roots – kind of a ‘fuck the man’ mentality. Please do not include me in this characterization – my family paid for their tickets to Australia – we were not guests of Her Majesty and I was raised to respect people who work to keep me safe.
Jarlath, you are a TOOL. Did you REALLY just write…
“Because compliance stops Blacks from being murdered by racist US security forces …”
YES. Yes, in fact, COMPLIANCE STOPS Blacks from being killed by “US security forces” but we’ll get into what exactly “US Security Forces” even MEANS.
I take offense to MURDERED. Murder is premeditated. Murder is NOT killed, not manslaughter, murder is MURDER. Mike Brown was NOT MURDERED, he was killed because he had ZERO respect for authority and was about to actually kill a police officer. Let’s all be buffoons & listen to the “eyewitness account” of his theiving ass parter…who wasn’t EVEN THERE when it happened.
“RACIST US SECURITY FORCES”????
First of all do you even KNOW what the “US Security Forces” is???? It’s the AIR FORCE.
You feel threatened by the Air Force??? BUFOON.
Secondly, you are stating that the US Security Forces (US Air Force) are RACIST? Pray tell, how would YOU know that? If ANYONE refuses to comply with POLICE OFFICERS, or any military personnel, threaten them, use force on them, actually become physically engaged with them, YOU DESERVE TO BE KILLED? Have you checked the statistics on your racist claim???
I’ll bet my savings you had no effin clue that BLACK people occupy more management positions in the military than in ANY other sector of American society.
Go have several seats tool. Pick up a book, get an education.
@blondesense yeah that is a bit true concerning the lack of respect for law enforcement in Australia. I’m sure our convict history has some impact. I have a huge issue with the glorification of outlaws like Ned Kelley and Chopper Reed.
Hey Michael! And no, I don’t think you’re spilling any hate whatsoever sweetie. You have a valid question as an Aussie. Tho TT has chewed me a couple of times, I agree with her conviction 2000 percent where the topic of this blog is concerned. And to add, there’s a difference between people who understand social and community civility vs so many Americans who behave with their fellow man like Neanderthals! Hence, Brandi Glanville haha!!! Oh…and definitely Porsha too!
I’m not sure if you are American or a neanderthal like me in Australia. However, I show my TT support by commenting and viewing the article. Even if if I don’t quite understand the issue.
I’m trying guys!
I’ve read your posts. You’re definitely no Neanderthal and express yourself quite eloquently! Nothing wrong with valid questions just like I also have myself sometimes. Kisses!
There is a growing divide between our ordinary citizens, especially those of color, and our increasingly violent militarized police Michael. It’s really becoming an issue nationwide. Most cops are the good guys, but they tend to stand behind those who aren’t and cover for bad behavior under the guise of “protecting their own”.
A mind is a terrible thing to waste.
I’ve had a few bad run in’s with law enforcement over the years. I was compliant to the point of scared tears.
As I turned around to be cuffed I would have stated that the ticket was paid. That would had been the extent of my arguing. In California officers can tell if I have been notified of my suspension.
Officers include everything you say in their report and you are lucky if they don’t add a few other words.
I’m an white woman with a decent address with a license and insurance.
I can only imagine how badly black males are treated.
Porsche is a dumb ass.
I can’t understand this comment. The cultural divide is too large. I have had one run in with the police, and I wasn’t even present.
I’m struggling to contribute. I would share my story but I doubt it is asked for.
Michael , you really oughta share your story. Mine is this: I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve been pulled over. Until I hit my forties, I was a wild ass. In my youth when I got pulled over, I was respectful, polite, took accountability, and did not challenge any officer who approached me. My history : Chased by 2 cop cars for speeding at 93 mph. Another time a beer between my legs and a 12 pack in the back seat for speeding. Another time at the Palms in Vegas doing things I shouldn’t have been doing…I should be in lockdown like Teresa Giudice!! But the difference is I was respectful and I honestly got out of all those scenarios without even having been issued a citation! Am I saying do bad things and try to con your way out? No. Just reiterating what TT says about having respect for authority…at least that’s how e’one needs to roll in the States.
Fishing much?
I’d like to hear it!
As a LEO, I can confirm that yes, I do put quotes in my reports. I take offense to your claim that “you are lucky if they don’t add a few words.” I have found in my long career that the people that I come into contact with do not need any help talking their way to jail. I cannot count the times I have been called nasty names or I have had to order someone to turn around and put their hands behind their backs numerous times before they comply. The arrest decision has already been made. If there is a warrant, we must arrest the person. We may be allowed to issue a court date but that is not as often as it is required to take the person to jail for a court appearance. I also have the luxury of in-car audio and video. I love to see the shocked looks when it is played in court. It cuts my testimony at least in half. To Jarlath…. Name calling and arguing doesn’t mean I resort to murder. In fact, I haven’t had to murder anyone. If I murdered everyone who called me an asshole or worse, the bodies would be in the thousands. I can also say that acting pleasant and cooperative during a traffic stop goes a long way. For me, I am not there to purposely ruin your day. Have you items ready (license, registration and insurance), keep your hands where I can see them and listen to why I have stopped you. I rarely, if ever, write tickets to someone who is pleasant and has their documents in order. If you don’t pay fines, have a license or insurance, it’s not my fault. It’s your fault. Don’t speed or drive like an idiot without those items either. It’s stupidity, arrogance, or both that gets people caught. Porsha is an idiot plain and simple. I’m surprised she didn’t threaten to sue. That’s another one I love to hear.
Thank you for your input; it’s good to hear from law enforcement’s perspective. (When I first saw ‘LEO’, I thought you were referring to your astrological sign. 🙂 )
Thank you for your service, @ yrakme.
Are you saying Black males don’t have decent address’, insurance, license? We don’t need your pity, you should think before you type. I live in CA., as well it never ceases to amaze me the idiots I fought for in the Marines. I sacrificed my life for your civil liberties.
Thank you for your honesty and service. I could never imagine being able to do your very difficult job. Thank you for keeping us safe! I don’t always agree with the militarization of our police force, but I do get why it is becoming increasingly necessary. Stay safe!
Love you
No mention of her sick grand-father, driving on a suspended license, disrespecting the officer, and refusing to comply with a lawful order. I hope the judge throws the book at her and makes her do some time that will make her have to clean up the trash along the highway in a prison jumpsuit. No excuse for her crazy behavior. SMH
I’d pay good money to see that.
Kenya said it best, she is a dumb ho!
The report doesn’t quite capture her bitchyness and how combative she was. To the point, another trooper showed up because she was mouthing off so much. And porsha can claim she has her license but that is a lie. Gcic showed it was suspended and she would have to appear before that judge to have the failure to appear removed and her license returned. She may have it now , I will see if I can find out but she didn’t when she was released. This will only add to the pattern for disregard of the law in her case from kenya’s assault. She’s a dumb hoe whose disgraces her grandfather .
While I bow to the LEO wife, a state trooper (based on my understanding) calls the officer in the county of the infraction for arrest.
When you are pulled over by a cop, ESPECIALLY if you have outstanding warrants, you bat your eyes and are extremely submissive (so I have read in books) and he may even forget you were speeding.
Or you could be IN THE SYSTEM and a cunt to the cop. It’s amazing the difference in outcomes.
When did common sense go out the window? A smile, and an explanation goes a long way.
On Thu, Jan 8, 2015 at 12:42 AM, Tamara Tattles wrote:

They do as a verification that the information is accurate. The trooper radios to dispatch, dispatch then calls the county where the warrant or failure to appear (bench warrant ) is and it is verified through their operators. And yes, attitude sets the traffic stop. If you are polite and smiling , it goes a long way but excessive flirting or blatant disrespect will get you a hefty ticket and possible a free ride in a police car.
I can personally attest that IF you are polite, look cute, speak respectfully, and do exactly what the officer requests of you, he will almost always forget you were even speeding. I’ve gotten away numerous times…WITH a suspended license. And I was driving much faster than this ahole.
Porsha just thinks her shit doesn’t stink. She’s a self entitled, narcissistic, idiotic, buffoon. She really needs to disappear. Girl you are cute but your stupidity, stank attitude & lack of personality makes you VERY UGLY. They’re wayyyy more attractive women in Atlabta who’ve got ALOT more to offer than you. I predict this woman will be 50 in the blink of an eye with a serious need to reconstruct her vagina.
Personal accountability, responsibility and decent behavior have gone to the same watery grave as common sense.
More bees with honey than vinegar
She had to be extremely rude to get arrested because I’ve got caught with a suspended license before and didn’t get arrested. I was pulled over for a broken tail light. When the officer checked my license it came up suspended for failure to appear in court for a ticket. I didn’t even know my license was suspended or I had a court date. I got a repair order and he told me to expect a new court date for the ticket and suspension and let me drive off. Before court I paid the ticket and got my license reinstated and judge dismissed the case.
Unless she had an outstanding warrant, the officer could have given her a ticket and let her go or have her call someone to come get her to prevent her from further driving without a valid license
I truly believe her Grandfather disgraced himself…she just makes it clearly apparent the family is trash.
When I lived on Maui which is a very small island I was smart enough to have sex with a Sargent and flirted heavily with a Lieutenant one night on a dark side street and after that if I was ever pulled over by (any) other officer, when they looked at my license and saw my name I was immediately let go on my way (without) a ticket and a “have a good night sweetheart!” Maybe that’s not how it’s suppose to be but it worked for me.
STILL when I think of Porsha and when she asked, “Where is the opening for the train to come out?”, I howl with laughter! Tears running down my cheeks, doubled over, stomach hurting from laughing sooooooooo hard!
In GA if you are speeding and you have a FTA then like most states, they are not going to write you another citation if you did not show up to court from the first citation. Porsha had a bench warrant, you are going to jail in most states regardless of how nice you act. Cops are just doing their job, she should have sucked it up and why the hell did she not show up for court but on TV and driving a Rolls. That’s why I couldn’t be a cop, I would have tazex the hell out of Porsha, got a warrant and calling me an asshole, gaze that a$$. Shock some sense into the dumb ho.
@Simone~”I would have tazed the hell out of Porsha, got a warrant and calling me an asshole, taze that a$$. Shock some sense into the dumb ho.” BAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHAAAAAAAAHHAAAA!!!! 😀
That is so funny! When I lived on Maui I was driving one night with a broken tail light. I had an appointment to get it fixed at the dealership but they were booked up. I was coming home from watching my Brazillian friend singing Bosa Nova at a hotel in Kihei wearing a long black evening-esque dress.I wasn’t drinking. I told the police I had an appointment to get it fixed. They asked me my phone number and when I told them I had just moved that day and had not memorized it yet(before cell phones) they hancuffed me, put me in the back of the car and drove me to the Kahului police department. The put me in a cell, ripped apart my purse, questioned me, and detained me for an hour. When they were done they would not drive me back to Kihei where my car was left on the dark highway. It was 1:00 A.M. and they would not even let me use the phone! I felt my mistreatment was probably at least partially racially motivated. I am white.
The above video clip , “you a dumb ho.” Says it all. Geesshh ..
I thought that her sugar daddy took back the Rolls. Is this one from some other dumb ass man?
The police report said the Rolls Royce was gold, but I thought on the episode 2 weeks ago she was driving a white Rolls as she pulled into the parking lot. I am confused.
The Rolls is creamy colored with a light goldish tint it appears.
I gosh I love you Tamara..lol..preach!
TT I would do almost anything to see the gif/vine of Porsha laying on the floor kicking her feet like a toddler after assaulting Kenya. That image would make my day – every day!
A Barbie car would be more appropriate for Porsha, she’s a spoiled brat. At least she could drive it without a valid DL.
This won’t be the last time Porsha’s cookie dusts the back seat of a patrol car!
I get it … First, the comment referencing the “president of the coons” and the deafening silence from TT. Now, the white police bias. Suddenly, the tone of this blog makes perfect sense.
I don’t care who you are, you don’t want your son treated like fucking Osama Bin Laden for petty thievery. Michael Brown was unarmed and a kid. And no, I don’t believe that story that he went for the officer’s gun. That’s utter bullshit and not to mention late. Michael Brown may not have been murdered, he most assuredly was lynched.
My first comment … I finally get this blog.
Bugsraplin: as long as folks hold the attitude you hold, things will never change for minorities in the USA. Perhaps what happened to Michael Brown was not justice; perhaps it was karma.
Please explain your rationale with this.
What the hell are you talking about???
The notion that Michael Brown was lynched…
I agree with you.
@bugsraplin. Save your outrage for the black men who are killed by the police for doing nothing . For instance last month there was a young man in east ny brooklyn simply going home . He was walking up the stairs and a policeman shot him for no reason . ( Google it). He died , that was an outrage . Not Michael brown . What is even more outrageous is the the police commissioner said oh it was a mistake . And that was the end of it . No apology to his family nothing ,just it was a mistake . As if this young mans life was worth nothing . There are so many other cases where black men have died ( like Sean Bell) or been detained or harrased by the police without cause …why mike brown ? Last year several black men were arrested and detained by the police st Macy’s in NYC for using their own charges cards one was a popular actor who has plenty of money but because he was black he was racial profiled and detained in a jail cell . There was a young boy who saved his money to buy a designer belt at Barneys in NYC he was promptly arrested after his purchase for using his own bank card .store security nor police in all of these cases didn’t first check to make sure these men werent committing fraud they arrested first and then checked .That is an outrage !not a thug who just robbed a store . If mike brown had robbed you or one if your loved ones would you feel the same way? I’m sure mike brown didn’t Discriminate based on color who he would rob .Wrong is wrong .black people don’t get a pass to do the wrong thing becsuse Of the history of discrimination.
This is a blog which means there are people from all walks of life , you can’t take the comments so personally . You can’t expect people who have never experienced racial profiling or death of innocent loved ones to comment the same as people whom it has personally touched.
However I stand by my statement . Nene is not just a coon she’s the coon president . Nene even has the hair and makeup along with the nude lipstick that makes her lips look white to complete the look . You need to tweet nene and beg her to stop cooning it up and to stop embarrassing herself ,tell her to take an etiquette course and to hire a speech pathologist to help her pronounce words properly also a dictionary wouldn’t hurt , it would help her to stop using words out of context . Why would Tamara call me out for stating the truth . Maybe you should Google the word coon . I could call her ghetto trash but it’s too many words and I like coon better .
I don’t need Google to define coon. Where was Google when the term was casually used 40-50 years ago? I guess there are elections today.
No … I stand by my comments and you don’t get to tell me to calm down or stay in my place, today. Don’t bother to worry about my outrage storage either.
Love your comment!
@o.o love your comment. Thank you for clarifying what you meant the other day about Nene being the coon president. I did not know what coon really meant and assumed it was a racist statement because of the way I have heard the word used in the past. Thanx for teaching me something new.
@ O.o
I am @bugsraplin. To keep confusion down (mainly for me) I will stick with my WordPress name from here going forward.
I gleaned from this muddled mess that you assume I am a Nene stan. Also, you wish to inform me where I should place my previously misplaced outrage, as you referred to it.
Reality TV stars get on my nerves. Mostly a group of has-beens willing to do and say anything to reclaim the spotlight they once enjoyed. Kandi, Cynthia and Kenya all have this commonality. It’s funny but Nene, Phaedra and Porsha don’t have any prior claim to fame. Funnier still, they are the pariahs of this blog. I get it .. love for Kenya seems to spring from the hot hatred for the unholy trio. Reality TV is all a scripted putrid mess. Watching the war between the various fan bases has been amusing. I used to watch all of the HW shows. I am now down to Atlanta and this will be my final season, I don’t care what happens.
I like this board because of the scoops and the witty, sharp banter between a small group of regulars, many I no longer see here. I think it’s due to that tone thing. TT used to push for a move from reality to scripted tv, but that has never really caught on. I am a long time lurker brought out of the shadows by that coon comment. I will admit it hit me in the heart.
By your current definition of coon, (btw I noticed a subtle shift from your original use of the term)Teresa Guidice could certainly be the President of the Coon’s assistant. Hair and makeup, improper pronunciation of words and using words out of context, embarrassing behavior, hell criminal behavior .. all of that fits her to a tee. What if I referred to her as Queen Guinea Pig? How would that play? There are many words we can speak. Those we choose to speak have weight and consequence.
Since you love Google so much, I have a couple of suggestions for you. Sentence structure. Conflate. Might as well learn something worthwhile at some point.
@bevporerely I thoughtfully read your comment, what exactly brought you out of the shadows of lurlerville. What exactly about the coon comment got to you?
Well, of course she did. Freakin’ numbskull.
@bugspin . I didn’t define coon .., . I said I could call nene ghetto trash but I like coon better . I stand behind my statement nene is a coon ,If you google coon you will see shr is exactly that in every way shape and form .
Also this is a blog not an English class essay . If you can’t understand my sentence structure feel free to skip my comments when you see my name .
@ calipatti. An important detail about your situation with the officer is he/she sees or hears a report of your “noncompliance’ on his/her computer, or from dispatch reports it, and then the cop is *obliged to enforce the law*, (which he/she evidently did in your case).
Then, (depending on your specific situation it is up to you) you may post bail, lawyer up and appear in court to prove your claim. *However, if the judge finds there was an error, it still isn’t the cop’s fault, who likely didn’t care if you were purple and pink with green stripes*. You told us about a cop, who was so awful, he just did his or her job.
I understand that it seems hip to defame people who dedicate their lives to protecting us, because frankly, many Americans have become ungrateful, entitled pussies, and they subsequently have come to believe that their feelings override facts, reality and laws, or that a cop is to blame for their unlawful conduct.
Who risks life and limb responding to calls which involve problems at home or stopping cars/criminals? Cops. Expect him or her to mind the fact that he/she is a cop who swore to protects us even if it means risking his/her life.
Who behaves that way? Someone who couldn’t get her anger in check…Porsha!
wow! I didn’t know there were so many passionate responses because of Porsha and her driving. Seriously folks there are two different conversations going on here, one is about Porsha and one is about the police. In my opinion, many people are not anti-police or anti white police, they are anti police brutality. If you are a police officer, regardless of race and you are doing your job, I respect you since it’s a hard job to put your life on the line every single day. However, as we saw last year some police officers abuse that power and we see the consequences of that being unchecked and unpunished. Just a thought.
one time when Bobby Brown was arrested and carried off to county, his hand-cuffed self literally pissed all over the back of the police squad car– doing his damnedest to aim thru the grate.
when i heard that, it solidified his standing as one of my few living heroes.
hashtag true story.
don’t judge, my aim is true 😉
@oh Sheila . Surely you’re joking
naw O.O.– not joking. but i will say that it wouldn’t have impressed me nearly as much, if it were Porsha that had done it. 😉
I die! Hahah a true patriot that man
haha! yup! it was the size of his balls, not his bladder, that compelled him.
I knew this would get a lot of comments!! I didn’t read through them but just a heads up tt…Porsha being an idiot is NOT a spoiler. lol Sorry if this is a repeat.
Get her popo!!
Wrong is wrong. Speed you get a ticket….end of story. Black, white, purple…..it is what it is.
Spirit, I thank you for you well thought out comment. I agree there are two different conversations going on here. 1. It’s my personal and professional opinion that Porsha is an idiot. 2. I agree with you regarding the police issue and police brutality. As a police officer, I am in total agreement with regards to any police brutality. It’s a black eye to an honorable position. No one wants more justice and punishment to rogue/racists cops than me and my peers. It hurts to see the damage one bad cop can do to an honorable position. I would never say corruption doesn’t occur. I will say that the environment to allow corruption to continue is pretty much gone on a large scale. Any cop who uses their position to either hurt or lie for some sort of gain or sick pleasure should be punished to the highest extent of the law. In addition to the legal punishment, I am not above thinking they could use a good ass kicking on the down low.
I love you yrakme. That is all.
Thanks for making me smile. My first real smile all day/night.
I agree !! They are two different …Entirely different conversations. And ONE doesn’t belong. Just saying.
Samantha, thanks for schooling me on what is appropriate to post on this thread. I will be sure to follow your guidelines to the letter….. Just saying. Oh, and as I am sure you have read all of the comments, including TT’s, there were numerous comments regarding both issues. Have a great day.
Wasn’t schooling per se, just thought this was supossed to be about Porsha’s recent arrest. Then started to go more towards racial. With that said, you have yourself an even better day :-).
I think the point you are missing, Samantha, is that you are not the comments monitor. You can take off your florescent vest and monitor cap and have a seat.

Understood. Don’t want the job of monitor and definitely wasn’t trying to be one. Was simply stating an opinion about what I was reading. *sigh*
You forgot badge too. 😉 …lol. (Now going to sit)
I had a lead foot when I was younger, late teens / early 20s, and had the same exact thing happen to me except I didn’t go to jail or have my car towed because I had manners. I did get a ticket and court date, but got lucky with a no same or similar and wised my butt up, sadly I don’t think Porsha will ever learn. I really can’t stand her and if it wasn’t for Phedra and her ridiculous antics I wouldn’t care that much about RHOA.
If NeNe is the president of coons, then Kim is the president of white trash, peckerwoods & honkeys……
Dont forget Kim is also, more than likely, Queen of Solo Cups ! (But white trash better describes her.)
Uhhh, I can’t stand her. She is so full of entitlement and self importance, and for no good reason . She is just a pricey hooker… Selling her wares for handbags and shoes was a visual that will never leave. She will fall and get the humbling she has coming to her… Her ick factor is hard to watch.
