I am currently working on Chapter Four of the Parks v. Stanton Saga. Before you read the next chapter, which will get to the meat of the case about Angela’s accusations toward Phaedra, there are some other depositions. In order to be caught up for Chapter Four, there are a few things you should read. So while I am working, I am going to give you a suggested reading list.
This post contains an interview with Angela Stanton. It outlines the salient points of her allegations against Phaedra. Among other things that led to me finally buying Angela’s story.
Angela explains how Apollo’s arrest proves her statement in her book are true.
Phaedra’s Fancypants Attorneys jump ship on the heels of Apollo Nida’s Arrest.
Interviews with Angela about her sitting for her deposition, Phaedra refusing to make eye contact with her, and more.
One of Angela’s ex-boyfriends is deposed and claims that they pretty much broke up because of what he felt was a sexual relationship between Angela and Phaedra. He was convinced they were more than friends.
This is the most hilarious deposition of the entire saga. Another of Angela Stanton’s exes says that Phaedra has a reputation for giving excellent head. Seriously. She was a fool for not dropping her case and trying to mend her reputation right here.
Contrary to what others would have you believe. Depositions are not always available or updated on the public site. As they are public record they can be obtained but are not listed on the website in general. Once my source provided me with info on how to obtain the depositions of Cody and Holland Radford opted to post them on his site along with his Motion for Summary judgment. The only way I obtained the Parks deposition was I went to pick up a Motion to Compel because I felt it odd that was happening again. I assumed Phaedra had not complied with the first one. Her half-assed deposition was part of the second motion to compel. Therefore, until I posted about the deposition this week, no one, including myself, was aware that a depo had been taken. Any stories you read anywhere else about a source inside the depo are fictitious and can easily be proven to be libelous. No site had a source who was party to the deposition. Claims otherwise could be prosecuted as libelous and defamatory. Ironic no?
In this interview Nida says he gave a lot of “dispositions” in the Parks v. Stanton case because “he holds the key.” Apollo has never been deposed in the case. At least not at that point because I checked into it desperate for a depo. There was none.
This was the last thing to happen before my SAGA began. 🙂
You really don’t want to miss this.
And then, the saga of Phaedra’s Deposition…
Yet another motion to compel. Phaedra was extremely uncooperative at her deposition.
Phaedra refuses to answer pretty much every question about Apollo.
Phaedra has amnesia. She can’t remember she has a workout DVD business with Apollo. She can’t remember her accountants name, she can’t remember her bank branch, in fact she denies every going into a bank. She can’t remember any of Apollo’s shady shell LLCs, in fact she flatly denies knowing of their existence. She refuses to answer questions about Apollo. She has no idea if she submitted any financials for Apollo’s financial deposition nine days earlier and seemingly doesn’t know it is going on and flatly denies providing Apollo with the necessary records..
That should get you all up to date until Chapter four is finished. And if you are an insomniac, you will be highly entertained tonight.
This is for my night owls and my international readers. xoxo ~tt
