Kenya Moore Displays the Art of Looking Pretty While Saying Nothing At All

Kenya Moore Charity Ball Season Six Episode 15

Kenya Moore will still not admit she is coming back to the Real Housewives of Atlanta. She does say that Bravo has not announced that everyone will be back. She does make it clear that she will continue to be housewife chosen for the ridiculous  “woman of a certain age who wants a baby” storyline, muck like, Tamra, Ramona, Luann, and others before her. She continues to neither confirm or deny her current relationship status.

She should just adopt. I think she would make a wonderful Mother. Look if Phaedra the con n Con Artist Huzzzzband can have a Family, Kenya can too. Kenya isn’t a Con Artist and is quite intelligent. I will continue to pray for her. I hope she has Twins! Xoxoxox Who are we to judge. My Mother got Pregnant at 46 SO….It can happen.

Wasn’t their a HW who adopted twins and was single? New York HW I think. Kenya appears to be enjoying the ride, I doubt she wants to slow down and have a kid just yet; it’s just a storyline. Why not enjoy her life as it is? Kids can wait.

Yeah was like Carole with black hair (looks wise). She did high end spray tanning/spa treatments or something lol. The fact we can’t remember details or her name confirms that Bravo was right in firing her. I wish you recapped HWNY, I understand why you don’t though, I’m a fan of Aviva so this season has been weird.

If you listened to Kenya’s interview with Andy, She didn’t like her first season either. I don’t know if I will be watching next season. These reality shows can make you feel like you’ve fallen down the “rabbits’s hole” and can’t get out. However, I do wish Kenya, and Cynthia the best.

Of course they didn’t like her because they were hating. How many black women can say they won a Miss USA title and is actually smart and gorgeous? As a black woman I have no problem giving her respect. Kenya reacted to how the ladies treated her from the beginning but for some reason people keep missing this.

And you missed it entirely. We didn’t like her because of the fake boyfriend storyline. It had nothing to do with not respecting her because of a title she won 20yrs ago, though again, it was 20 years ago so we don’t care.

Really Erin. How many black women can say they won Ms. USA? That’s what you’re going with??? I think I’m going to respect the black women who are: astronauts, engineers, physicians, nuclear physicists, biochemists, mayors, CEOs, and the list goes on. IMO, beauty pageant winner with no other claim to fame but a string of “D” movies, not on my list of people to envy or hate. She didn’t react, she just acted (and I use that term much too generously).

Vonnie, you’re missing something here and I can’t quite put my fingers on it. I am a Baby Boomer, the generation that paved the way Group. And trust me It All Counts! Every Win, every Advancement, and Everybody that stepped up to the the plate of Life and put themselves out there to represent and open another door for African-American people Counts. Kenya Moore Counts. Period!
So anything Kenya does now is not for you honey, its because she wants to and most importantly, its because she can. How many movies have you starred in lately? And how many advancements have you made with your life on stage front and center that makes anyone feel better about themselves? Ya’ll need to stop with the petty nitpickin………

              Teeri,
I agree with you. Some people don’t like what they see in the mirror so that want to degrade and hate on others who look better than they do & have achieved something in life. Clearly, you can’t please everyone and we all have an opinion but some folks are just Debbie downers & haters.

Am also a boomer and am very proud of what I have accomplished in my life so thanks for asking. I guess parading across a stage and making “D” rated movies means more to you than me. I have been very careful about parading people around as role models. Some are just models. But if it makes you feel more empowered to make such proclamations…ya’ll go ahead and polish the pedestal for Kenya. Obviously, we have different ideas around role models and trailblazers. The good news is we can agree to disagree on a blog and I can toast the fact that you and I will never meet so it doesn’t matter. Always curious why strangers get so personal on a blog of opinions when you know nothing about the person. Curious….

I respect those women as well but we are talking about Kenya. Being Miss USA is not all fun and games and it beats being a stripper or a woman running around with a married man (Kim). I didn’t like her storyline is her first season but always thought she was intelligent, witty, gorgeous and entertaining and the only reason why I dvr’d the show. All women are a little off, look at all the ish we have to put up with in life. Who could stay 100% sane. She is the sole reason for making me see andy for what he truly is, a crosseyed azzhole. I don’t really care about Kenya, one way or the other. Like TT, I hated her the first season, then warmed up to her in the 2nd. I’m like that with all of the housewives, I suppose. I guess I am judging their comments and behavior more than the person. After all, I don’t know any of them. And since a lot of the show is scripted, it boils down to judging characters on a show, rather than the people playing them, you know?

The criminals, on the other hand, are a different story. But that’s a topic for the other blogs.

She’s just darling in this interview. Classy and charming. I will watch Kenya even thoughI think the housewife shows have become unwatchable. I don’t like to watch crass and vulgar people. I certainly don’t like to watch women behave as they do now in all of the shows. These women now have no redeeming qualities. Most of them don’t display even an ounce of intelligence. Just not what I want to watch. Andy is very demeaning to women. I’m over him too. This past week WWHL was awful every single night. I believe some of the guests will not return.

Kenya is entertaining. The rest are pretentious. To me, Kenya treats the show like a job. There is a morsel of reality there but nothing too real. The others are putting on a facade of what their reality is. They don’t like Kenya because her way of playing the reality game puts them in a position where the rug can be pulled from under their feet. However she chooses to play next season I’ll be a fan.

Hmm, for your information Kenya has always been gorgeous. Go back and look at her pictures 10+ years back. She’s always had a pretty face, long have, and colored eyes. Whatever she has fake now which is her butt, maybe implants she didn’t need at all. There are some women who look better because of fake parts and some women who get fake parts but was beautiful anyway. I personally think the fake butt takes away from her body. Look at her old pictures, pre fake butt and you will see she was gorgeous. Albeit you don’t want to see it or admit. Just hating!

Now Lil Kim is an example of someone who was average looking and look a mess now with her fake parts. For starters she had work done on her face, Kenya has not. Lil Kim also has either a wig or a lot of weave that looks ridiculous on her because it does not fit her features. This can be said for many black women that are walking around with very long hair and totally different textures from their own. Lol

Gabrielle Union is a very cute girl who actually looks good with her weave but she’s in the minority.

I don’t think Kenya’s ass is fake. If you see the clips of her working out anyone with that discipline and a core such as hers can build a huge ass with squats! You can fake an ass but you can’t fake an 8 pack, or arms like hers and those toned thighs! Your glutes are the easiest muscles to build and define. I used to have just a normal sized Bum not HUGE but not flat… Then I started doing squats and in 30 days I had a BOOTY lol. A stallion! Kenya’s body had always been on point– that ass is all hers!

Sorry to bust your bubble, but you can buy implants for every part of your body including abdominals and quadriceps and pectorals and gluteus Maximus and triceps and biceps. Phaedra put out that out that Kenya had a fake booty because of the workout tape debacle. Phaedra put out a lot of lies about Kenya and people ran with it – I don’t know why since Phaedra would lie about what day it is. I guess since they had competing workout tapes (I mean whose body would you rather aspire to) Phaedra had to do something to try to diminish Kenya sales – it didn’t work but she tried.

I met Cynthia at an Essence event at the local Walmart In Maryland where I live. She seemed pretty cool. I hope Kenya has the child that she desperately wants. How could anyone say that she should wait when she is already 43? The RHOA is scripted so I feel that Kenya saw it as a business opportunity. Phaedra, NeNe and Porsha are intimidated by Kenya’s beauty, accomplishments, confidence and intelligence. They try to imply that Kenya can’t get a man. WTH? That just goes to show you the depth of their jealousy and envy. #teamtwirl

Maybe compared to the rest of the cast she seems so intelligent and so classy. Her interviews always make my skin crawl with all the plastered on Ms. USA grinning, contrived laugh and eye batting. How do you devalue someone’s accomplishment even if it was 20 years ago. That says a lot about our present state as individuals and as a country. We only can appreciate the here and now? I don’t think it’s necessary to quote all of the amazing and inspiring things that we as a people have accomplished in past, but we would be wise and intelligent not to forget them. It seems our society is leaning ever so greatly toward what is new, young and beautiful and not saluting and valuing those that came before us and the legacy that they have brought us and taught us. Yes old is not new but it is not worthless either. Thank you Kenya and others who HELPED paved the way in your individual areas of excellence making that road easier and more accessible for those who are coming after you.

No it wasn’t as serious as she said but they had a relationship. As far as her African Prince, who gives a fucc about that! She barely talked about that man. Other people mentioned him more than anything. What do you think Nene did when she divorced her husband? That was all BS just to have some televised wedding to a man she had been married to and had already had a wedding.

Are you mad at Kim for dating a married man?

There’s a huge amount of working out that can get you an ass like hers! It’s not hard at all.. She’s also put on a lot of weight since she won. Weight gain than muscle definition and toning will get you curves, it’s not hard– or rocket science.

@every1.. I’m a few years younger than Kenya.. I had a flat ass back in the day.. My ass is huge now! No surgeries.. just squats, stair climbing and good sex.. Just because booties are the bling of the millennium doesn’t mean everyone has one.. I’m not a Kenya stan, but I do find her entertaining.. IMHO, ALL THESE WOMEN are HYPOCRITES because they only point out Kenya’s flaws when all have been dishonest and messy.. We don’t discriminate here at TT’s… We could like you one day and drag you the next.. #FACT

To parade Kenya or other “celebrities” as role models would be ill advised. We’ve all seen that train wreck. My parents were my role models. I’m a 51 year old successful woman. Life is short. Can we all just get along? LOL. I root for the underdog. I’m pulling for Kenya and Cynthia. I used to root for NeNe until her ego and arrogance became disgusting to watch. Some people put others down for sport. Yet, this behavior says more about them than it does about the person they are trying to belittle, insult or dismiss. Love, peace and nappiness. Cheers

This interview is really just confirmation that Kenya is doing her job well. She keeps everything vague, especially concerning her private life. The other girls try to do it but their shit is all over the blogs. With Kenya it is 90% not true and made up rumors that originate solely from this show and the cast members.

I think Kenya winning Miss USA in the 90’s is just a shout out to the beauty of dark skin women. The same way in the 2000’s Lauryn Hill was a shout out and this past year it was Lupita. (In the international world of entertainment).

I think Kenya lies about everything; walter, dog, baby, African prince….I still like her. lol She’s very entertaining and to me that’s what it’s about. I loved her fan, scepter and bullhorn in the reunion shows. lol they were meant to be funny. she was funny. everyone on that couch laughed when asked porshia to spell scepter..or is it sceptre? oh well, it was funny. Porshia, nene and Phaedra were not funny. they were a dirty bunch imho.
