Joanna Krupa, alleged private escort turned “real housewife”, is an abject moron. While this is something she has displayed on a regular basis, she reminded us all of this recently by tweeting that she wants to fly to Africa and shoot a young female big game hunter.
Kendall Jones is a 19-year-old Texan who has made quite a ruckus on the Internet lately for her summer trip to African to go big game hunting. While plenty of wealthy Americans are big game hunters, Kendall published her entire trip on her Facebook page grinning like an idiot next to the carcasses of each of “the big five”. Her page caused such an out cry that Facebook has agreed to shut it down.
Kendall has been receiving death threats both online and by phone since the story went viral. Among them, the following message was posted on Instagram by Joanna Krupa, which she eventually took down, “This bitch Kendall Jones killed this beautiful creature so she post a selfie! That (emoticon paws)lion is an endangered species .. breaks my f%[email protected]? (emoticon hear) not to mention he had a family .. I wish I can fly to Africa and shoot her ugly ass. (emoticon handgun)”
No Joanna, she killed a lion because she is a hunter on a big game expo at a LION FARM. Lions are endangered, particularly in west Africa. Environmentalist is South Africa are breeding lions in large fenced enclosures to assist in repopulating western regions of Africa. Currently, the lions are rapidly repopulating in South African enclosures and the west African effort to reintroduce them has slowed dramatically. (See Source)
One reason for that, Joanna, is that there is this thing is west Africa at the moment called ebola. It’s a disease that kills people. I know, you only care about “animals”, but as I taught my first graders, people actually are animals. As much as you seem to have more in common with vegetables, Joanna, you too are an animal. I, for one, am more concerned about the mammals of my own species in west Africa facing ebola and the Boko Haram making their way to that region than the fact the some farm raised lions in South Africa can’t get to west Africa right now. That said, I can’t imagine participating in the killing of a lion. I also can’t imagine participating in the killing of a cow, pig or chicken either.
Here is what Kendall said on her Facebook, ” “Controlling the male lion population is important within large fenced areas like these in order to make sure the cubs have a high survival rate. Funds from a hunt like this goes partially to the government for permits but also to the farm owner as an incentive to keep and raise lions on their property.”
However, Joanna, you didn’t seem very concerned about the rhino she “took a selfie” with, perhaps you were not aware of his family, or perhaps he had an “ugly ass” as well. Here is what Kendall has to say, ” “The vet drew blood, took DNA samples, took body and head measurements, treated a leg injury and administered antibiotics. I felt very lucky to be part of such a great program and procedure that helps the White Rhino population through conservation.” That sounded very kind of Kendall until I read another Facebook post attributed to her that said, “Although I had many other opportunities to shoot animals I wanted to save it for the Big 5, so the first animal I ever shot was a White Rhino with a .416 Remington!!” This was accompanied by Kendall standing by a dead rhino with a shotgun, so I tend to believe the whole vet story was a pile of rhino shit. Or perhaps she did both things.
That said, big game hunting is big business in Africa. It is not illegal. My stomach turned when I investigated a bit too far and saw the glorious animals with the peppy blonde haired blue-eyed 19-year-old grinning ear to ear. Frankly, I wish I could unsee them. I can’t imagine celebrating killing a regal animal and sharing it on Facebook.
I guess my point is, Joanna, is that you need to prioritize your list of things to be outraged about. Even if you want to skip over all the many problems in your state, or even your country, and focus all your attention on Africa, I’d suggest you put starvation, jihadists beheadings of women and children, little girls kidnapped from schools and being sold in to slavery, Somali pirates, ebola, political unrest, lack of clean water, malaria and a myriad of other issues higher on the list than some self-entitled rich bitch going hunting.
Basically, if you want to post death threats on the Internet, there are at least a million better targets for your emoticon= filled, air-headed outbursts.
Brilliant! (Emoticon standing ovation).
I’m with Johanna on this one. I admittedly like/love animals more than humans. Humans are the cause of so much pain and suffering of all species, our own included. Money money money. I think the species whose numbers need to be “controlled” the most is ours. We ruin everything on this beautiful planet.
If you think making death threats toward 19 year old idiots who hunt is okay, then you have some sort of mental illness that makes you a danger to others and you should close the laptop and go to a mental institution, repeat to the admitting person what you just said here and get on some medications.

I was trying to follow TT statement with Amen.
Terry, were you ever on a list-serve about 15 years ago with … I guess it was a writers group? Lots of college profs and word games where we would write sort mock humorous dictionary definitions?
I know that seems like a weird question but I was in a group a long time ago with someone with either your name or one similar…

I somewhat agree with you. Africans have a long and current history of killing each other. They assisted in sending many of their own off on ships to slave countries, including America. Many seemed to have a disregard for life other than their own. Foreigners have taught them about saving both themselves and animals in many ways. Kendall should have used the thousands this trip cost to help the animals or the people, not to kill them. She could have then had brag pictures of how she was actually doing good, assuming she would use a legit fund, not one of the many where the assistance ends up in some overlord or con’s hands, like our government often has. I applaud Joannna’s unwavering conviction to her POV. At least she stands up for something other than expensive shoes and jewelry. Some of the delivery is bad and some of PETA’s actions are counter productive. I have read many worse tweets from others. I could only hope they were under the influence of a substance or temporary insanity. Joanna may not be the brightest bulb but she is pretty. (Kristen’s HW speak.)
When you have the kind of money to go on a “Big Five” hunting trip, you certainly have the means to help philanthropically as well.
But that’s their business.
Joanna Krupa is a twat. A grade-A “kids, this is what happens when you rely on pretty to get through life” twat.
Agreed 100% Lori. Humans tend to destroy everything they encounter. Good for her for giving animals a voice, albeit a poorly-worded one.
No humans do not destroy everything they touch. Next time you need to drive across a bridge, try swimming or you need medical care, heal they self. The list goes on.
I completely agree with you Lori and no I don’t think it’s okay to threaten anybody.
I agree. Sorry, TT, I’m with the hooker on this one too.
I’m with Jo as well. Animals are no less than people in Gods eyes.
I just saw the picture of her killing a lion….. End a life for your own gain to display is DISGUSTING…
High profile celebrities* like Krupa shouldn’t make death threats on social media.
If you don’t understand why they shouldn’t, you probably don’t understand a whole bunch of other really important stuff.
*And, yes. As much as I hate to admit it, she IS high profile AND a celebrity. This was a significantly bad move on Krupa’s part… And highly hypocritical.
”If you don’t understand why they shouldn’t, you probably don’t understand a whole bunch of other really important stuff. ”
Exactly Sari, and I already regret posting on this topic in this particular arena.

Don’t regret anything you post! It’s YOUR blog. We’re all just guests at your dinner table.
But, I get what people are trying to say. However, having a philosophical issue with the 19 year old’s actions doesn’t mean Krupa was right to post that ridiculous statement. It was uninformed, and frankly, dangerous.
This is exactly why RHOM shouldn’t have been cancelled. This chick Joanna is VERY entertaining. I love when she gets worked up about stuff, and it is even funnier when she does it drunk. She makes Teresa and Kenya look sane when she gets pissed. LOL!
She can always show up drunk in Beverly Hills and crash that show. I wouldn’t mind seeing her try take on Brandi and Yolanda.
I just don’t understand it when someone threatens to kill a person for killing something. How in this world does that make sense? If you’re anti killing, you’re anti killing right? Joanna could have said she thought this was inexcusably horrific (which is my own opinion) but she threatens to shoot said teen. Hypocrite thy name is Joanna.
That said, how is this 19 year old surprised that there’s a huge backlash. Those pictures of her joyful grin are sickening to me. I wanted to weep.
Can I just say, on the lighter side, the picture of Joanna’s vagina fur makes me immediately think of what Brandi told the world about her tasting fishy to Yolanda’s ex husband.
I kinda like her even though I shouldn’t. But really the animal lover thing is just like the fake lesbian thing. They don’t really LOVE the animals. They love what they look like to men who think they love animals. I used to so it with sports. Bug I actually found that I liked the sports. Till I didn’t anymore and by then I didn’t give a shit what boys thought about me. It was only what I thought about them that mattered.
I never really disliked her, she isn’t any worse than the others. She just made a stupid comment, just like all the others do all the time, with few exceptions. I’ve been trying to figure out Twitter so I can follow you and TT, but I’m failing horribly so I really shouldn’t be calling other people stupid.
It’s like she’s only militant about animal rights to prove she has some depth.
It can’t be so!
*cue The Lion King soundtrack*
I’d love for her to do her little fur protests in her home country of Poland. LOL. At least she is smart enough to know that would not fly there. She much prefers to boycott DASH stores that don’t even sell much if any fur.

I do not get the desire to go out and kill exotic animals, but if she followed the rules of the countries that she hunted in, then my opinion really does not matter.
I also have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that in some parts of the world it is acceptable to kill domestic animals (dogs and cats) as a food source, but that is part of their culture and always has been.
Joanna wishing death upon a teenager is beyond disturbed.
Well said.
Joanna’s text was stupid as it was funny.
I understand the farm system of animals that exists in the states also.
These farms are helping preserve and repopulate animals that otherwise would be endangered.
What I’ve never understood is the pride these large game hunters have in their kills. These people are shooters not hunters. There is a huge difference. The over population of boars that are tearing up this nations wild lands is a dirty skilled hunt I doubt few large game hunters could be successfully at. There are no fences.
Preach it girl!! Obviously not condoning it, but maybe if we respected EACH OTHER a bit more the world would be a nice place?? It’s like someone wearing a fur coat, then all these people come from nowhere with names like FUR HAG! STUPID, EVIL SLUT!!! FUR WEARING WHORE!!!
They don’t even know that person.
Joanna also needs to understand that she communicated a written threat to someone and that someone’s daddy, who funded her hunts probably has deep pockets to launch a lot of legal problems for Ms. Kruppa. I imagine that attorneys will not accept fake fur vag hair as payment.
This post has become an easy IQ/reading comprehension tests for those newbies waiting behind the golden ropes. They are showing up in droves with buckets of fake blood, and sacks of flour.
As for the ones already here, I’m just making mental notes not to consider their opinions on pretty much anything anymore.

Everybody knows you want to be behind the golden ropes. 🙂
I feel like Joanna must be a hypocrite, because surely she has worn shoes or carried a bag made with leather. While I would not personally chose to participate in a big game hunt, it’s much different from poaching.
BTW, Krupa’s hairy photo is ugly, yuck.
Our nations wild boar problem is overwhelming ranchers and environmentalist’s. All the pigs/boars are imported animals to our country, they did not exist here before man brought them. They have few natural predictors except a occasional wolf which seldom happens.
So please people if given the opportunity, do not help curtail these hunts.
Oops *preditors (auto spell)
and slash the word help
I was shocked to see Joanna and Romain having shrimp on RHOM, I guess sea animals don’t count
No, pretty animals are all that matter. Of the five animals in the hunt, Joanna was only concerned about the Lion. I don’t suggest any of ya’ll google this. The Facebook pictures are all really, really sad. The beautiful dead animals and the stupid kid grinning ear to ear.
Memories of when I was a kid watching goats get slaughtered at weddings, and the bullfights in Madrid. My mother came close to beating my ass right there at the bullfights once I figured out I was witnessing a slow and painful murdering of the bull.
Cultural differences can be shocking. Especially to our delicate little American sensibilities.

Amen. Bullfights are a brutal display. They wound the bull first and it is NOT a sport IMO. My delicate little American sensibilities can’t even go to a rodeo any more because of the way they cinch the bulls and horses nuts up and spur the hell out of them.
I agree with every word Tamara and the other poster that said that Joanna carries leather handbags and wears leather shoes. I bet her make up is animal tested also. Whilst I hate to think of the cruelty animals go through and I love my dog so much I can’t be a hypocrite because I eat meat.
I’m ready to cook Banjo if he doesn’t stop barking at fireworks. He’s organically fed, and his skin would make cute shorts.

Explains a lot.
Can I vote for option ‘C’, both women are foolish inconsiderate arseholes who should move to an unpopulated island and leave our collective concesnious.
Which is pretty much what I said. Except one in 19 and raised in a family that hunts.
And the other is pushing forty and still running around throwing fake blood on other people’s belongings.
My problem is with the grown woman who brain is as developed as it is going to get, and the idiot PETA supporters who blindly defend her.

Totally agree.
peta kills. theyre well known for convincing people/groups to surrender their adoptable animals to peta, which then euthanizes them so they dont have to spend time in shelters. evidently, waiting in shelters for new homes is so traumatic they are better off dead right now. any celebrity endorsing peta hasnt done her homework.
Doesn’t she wear fur? Eat meat? Kill lettuce?
She doesn’t wear fur, at least in this country. and pigs and cows and lettuce aren’t pretty.

Cotton in the ears helps! Just remember to take it…took me a couple of hours the next day a few years back to figure out why my Golden wasn’t responding to me asking him if he wanted to go outside. I forgot to take the cotton balls out!
Thanks fit the cotton idea.
Shrimp is an animal? I thought is was part of the cocktail sauce or grew in Thai noodles.

The problem I have with this whole shebang is because it was a cute blond cheerleader. Why doesn’t anyone care about the rich, average looking, middle-aged hunter killing the same animals and displaying them just as proudly? Is Johanna going to kill them too? That’s what irks me
Well, that one is easy, Joanna only looks at pretty things. What irks me is that she had to go all the way to South Africa, to find someone who is not breaking any laws to direct her death threats toward. If she just wants to make death threats, again. Start with her home state and work up to kind that involve Interpol.
There are probably people right down her street that have pet tigers for their music videos. She could open a cat shelter in her community. There are all sorts of things she could do to help the poor suffering animals in her local area, and she could focus on the prettiest ones. She could send the ASPCA enough money so that we never have to hear Sarah Mclachlin on our TVs again. But she is worried about some idiot entitled chick on her gap year.
Or she could just shut the fuck up.

I vote for the last option that you offered….Joanna shutting up. Has Banjo recovered from the fireworks yet? I will probably have to put the t-shirt back on George for the next few days. Up here, they like to extend the 4th for some reason. Sophie slept through it all.
Banjo is not afraid of fireworks really, he just wants to protect me from them. I try not to yell at him for barking at them because part of his duties as the man of the house is to bark at gunfire, which is pretty common here. I can turn up the TV to drown it out, but last night I was watching live feeds on the laptop.
I am trying to get caught up so we can go for a walk. He needs to get out more even worse than his mama.

I didn’t read all the comments but all I can say is this, to bad the animals can’t get guns and shoot back for their own trophies. Have you seen planet of the apes. Man kind in general is cruel, I pray that they will change. Killing for food is one thing. Killing for sport sucks. !!!!! That’s why so many of our fabulous animals and other creatures are on the endangered list. We need to appreciate what God has given us before it’s too late and we become endangered.
Yes, mankind is so cruel. /HeavySigh Have you ever seen a lion tear apart a zebra? A dog attack a cat? A cat eat a mouse? For fucksake.

Wow what a nasty mouth. That all happens within the animal world. They don’t kill for a trophy to hang on the wall. I am talking about sport killing. One day is could be humans being hunted if this out of control world gets its way. There is waste with sport killing, it’s not for food. We are supposed to be above the animals in intellect, but I sometimes wonder!
Yes, “puppylove” I wonder too.
Do they still teach about the food chain in school? Circle of life? Cavemen skinning things and killing things for trophies and jewelry?
Was Planet of the apes and actual documentary and I didn’t know?

Tamara You are missing my point. I am not trying to argue with you. I just am trying to make a point about sport killing, especially endangered species. I hope and pray we are above the caveman era, but I’m sure there are probably some still out there somewhere. It takes all kinds to make a world and we will all NEVER agree with everyone. I guess that’s human nature.
The idiot hunter girl did not kill an endangered species in the wild. She was for that one kill (the lion) permitted on a large, large, fenced property to shoot a male as part of reducing the number of older males in the group. That one kill was part of a group in S Africa trying to repopulate the lions.
She broke no laws. Hunting of local wild animals in Africa is regulated and legal just like deer and ducks and such here.

Update: Joanna Krupa says, she didn’t MAKE the death threat, she just retweeted it. It does look like a RT but Joanna is know for having a million emoticons in her tweets. Either way…the whole RT is not endorsing thing kind of loses its effect when you RT a death wish on someone.
Shooting Kendall in the ass wouldn’t kill her, but it would wipe her horrific simper off her face. What troglodyte family is she from? “The pursuit of the uneatable by the unspeakable”. GBShaw. A kind of Sawney Bean type family, though they were hunters and cannibals. At least their hunting had a purpose.
I’m torn on this issue.
I understand the concept, but to save a lion by killing a lion doesn’t make much sense to me. I know it’s to control the population, but why is it humans have to do the job that Nature has done since the beginning of time? If humans did not kill for sport, wouldn’t Nature balance the animal population?
Yes, I agree, humans are animals, too. But we unfortunately are afflicted with ego, and seem to think we need to control everything. It throws everything out of whack. If a human kills a lion to supply others with food and to control the animal population, it’s ok. But if you have a lion munching on a few humans, the lion is killed. Doesn’t seem fair.
Anyway, death threats are NEVER acceptable. I joined PETA when they were originally founded, but quit when they started doing their weird attacks on people. Seems to me that to educate the people would be more valuable than attacking them, but what do I know? Maybe I’m just naive, but that’s the way I see things.
I also found the grin on the young girl’s face to be weird. Grandstanding. It rubbed me the wrong way, for some reason.
Thinking about her smiling in those pics and I came up with this conclusion. When someone takes a picture, it is often reflex to smile. Ever been to the DMV and not know whether to smile or not for your drivers liscense? I’ve never had a mug shot, but I might just “smile” on pure reflex. I’m sure she was proud of her accomplishments, but no teenage girl wants to take an ugly picture. I’m surprised she wasn’t “duck facing” and throwing up the peace sign.
Why take a picture at all?
