Welp! Here we go again. Time for another Hell’s Kitchen recap. At least we got rid of Simone last week. That’s a start. I still think the casting for this season sucks. The men want Mike gone bad. Gordon is pissed about the shitty service and money these cooks waste burning the Beef Wellingtons. He made it rain pennies. Like 200,000 pennies.
The challenge is to make ten plates of perfect lobster ravioli before the other team does. I’m already HONGRY. The women win in a close race. Mike was in the group whose ravioli lost it for the men. Poor Mike. The guys have to roll all the pennies and prep both kitchens. The women go to a Beverly Hills mansion to celebrate. OMG If anyone watched Latoya Jackson looking for house on her show, this is exactly what she was looking for and did not find! I thought of her immediately!
In an attempt to get these goons through a dinner service, Gordon makes it a steak menu for the night. So far they all suck. AGAIN. Joy is trying to single-handedly run the women’s kitchen. She is the only one with a brain. The men suck. All of them. Ralph and Richard get sent into the dining room to eat their raw appetizers. The women are working together and it seems they will have their first completed service. The men still have people waiting for apps. When the women complete their service are sent to help the men. This just pisses the men off worse.
It’s super obvious the men want Mike to go home. They also nominate Demarco. Again. Mike asks to go to the red team where he will be appreciated. Gordon sends Mike home. I should point out he has a Hell’s Kitchen logo tattooed on his neck.
Did you watch? Do you think Chef Ramsay sent home the right guy home? Gordon said,”There once was a cook named Mike, who couldn’t cook fish or any other dish, so I told him to take a hike.” Burnnnn.
Next week: The women meltdown and a female chef appears to be sent home mid service. A wedding takes place in Hell’s Kitchen and someone from the men’s team (?) sends something out that makes a member of the wedding party ill. I think.
