I must CONFESS MY SINS!

Where the hell do you summon the audacity to accuse me of dirty politics while you’re the one slathered in mud fornicating with whatever slithers by while dining on your own filth until you’re too fat to stand? Well guess what? Time for the slaughter piggy piggy! Time for the slaughter you filthy cloven beast!  I see the signs of the devil branded into your flesh!  We all see them!  Time to serve your master! Time to make the bacon! Judgment is upon you and on that day you will no long ruin the temple soiling this nation’s hallowed ground,  for you will be frying in the frying pan (inaudible) for your Satanic master to snack upon. Yum, Yum crispy piggy! Yum! Yum!  ~Sally Langston

I must confess my sins to the world so he will take me back into his flock. So that he will speak to me once again. So that he will show me a sign of his love. Thou shalt not kill, Leo. I must confess to the world the breaking of his commandment. It is the only way I will hear his voice again. ~ Sally Langston

If this debate happens, you are going to jail. ~Leo Bergen

What would Olivia Pope do? Somebody needs to put that on a bracelet. ~ David Rosen

Cyrus ScandalYou’re a mouse Cyrus. A mouse on a wheel, thinking…truly believing that, “If I just run a little bit faster I will get to the cheese.”  You are small, and while I would love to explain to you how the world really works, I don’t have the time and you wouldn’t understand it. ~ Jake Ballard

I screwed up! Royally repeatedly, one after the other I made a series of giant, idiotic, horse-assed sized mistakes! Do you not think I would take it all back if I could? If I could rewind all this go back to the beginning and make some other choices I would do it without hesitation. But it’s not possible. I SCREWED UP! And now… Just please come see what we’re dealing with… ~ Cyrus Beene

Olivia Pope. The devil at my doorstep. My last temptation. ~ Sally Langston

Sally Langston killed Daniel Douglas. Cyrus and Mellie covered it up. I need you to do something for me. I need you to throw the debate. ~ Olivia Pope.

Stand in the sun with me. It’s too late, isn’t it? You’re standing with him. ~Jake Ballard

Consider your dues paid in full. I’ve got a real job for you. ~Jake Ballard

I’m proud of my personal failings. ~ President Fitzgerald Thomas Grant III (Sign from GOD)

What buzzing sound? ~ Cyrus Beene

There is no clean. Just like there is no Vermont. This isn’t how I want it be. How I want it to be. This is how it is. Let’s stop pretending. Let’s just BE.HERE.  ~Olivia Pope

Hello, Publius! I did this.  I used you. You, who I love more than anything in the world. You were right to lie to me. ~ Cyrus Beene

You shouldn’t have to pay for my mistakes James. Do whatever you want with me, with us. I’m in your hands.  Just know I am so very sorry and that I love you. I love you James. More than anything. I love you. ~Cyrus Beene

There’s been so much blood. This becomes your home. This becomes your family. And you can’t imagine any other life. ~Jake Ballard.

Amazing!! I think the DA is dead, not Cyrus’s husband. Can’t wait for next week!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! not David! Abby finally finds love and he’s snatched away? i won’t be able to take it.
Jake (dear Lord I love that man) was giving a pretty convincing speech to whomever he was inducting to B613. James is too afraid to be an agent…I’m thinking it’s David.

Well, there’s something I didn’t think of! All this time I assumed Jake was talking to himself.

I can’t see James being B613 material. He cries a lot and has a small child. David Rosen? Maybe…..

I agree that James is entirely too fragile to be b613 material BUT David would be impossible to manipulate.

I’m thinking it was James – seems like the best candidate to protect the White House. If Jake takes out James, the story completely dies as even David told James he didn’t have enough info to go on – yet.

Without James, Publius is literally dead and Cyrus is protected from the evidence of his phone call with VP (even though it wasn’t admissible, it would be damning in the media’s hands). Also protected is Mellie who aided Cyrus in the cover-up, and the President, who now knows about said cover-up. The gore will freak out David enough to join B613, and imagine the double-dealings through his relationship with Abby!

I will miss you James! (if this line of thought is right:) At least he “got some” with VPs hubby beforehand.

Although it’d be way better if neither guy died, but that doesn’t seem to jive with the storyline….

I am hoping neither guy died. However, in the previews Olivia is fast talking someone about finding out who did this and sending them to prison forever. It doesn’t show who she is talking to but for some reason I feel like she is talking to Cyrus. The Cyrus James relationship is one of my favorite parts of the show. Maybe he gets shot but doesn’t die????

Fingers crossed that if it was James, he was just injured (although you’d think Jake would be a better shot as he nailed the other two right between the eyes!).

I too love the James/Cyrus story line – it gives the latter some humanity!

Although this will be a new wrinkle for Olivia when she finds out the assailant was Jake, one of the few guys she trusts. She may give POTUS more of her attention.

They aren’t really going to kill David or James, are they? I spent the whole episode thinking Sally would not last the whole episode. NOW I am worried about Cyrus killing himself before Jake fixes everything for him….

Omg! This is all I’ve been thinking about since that episode ended!
James can’t die! What will happen to his daughter Cyrus can’t (and won’t) take care of that little girl.
Rosen is too close to Olivia’s team! You can’t kill a gladiator!
…ughhhh.. Hoping and doubting they’ll both be alive in the next episode.

Everybody I work with watches this crap, I tried, I just can’t do it. I tried so hard but Kerry is by for me, a horrible actress. I have yet to see one smile on her face, one time where she’s not stressing over some stuff…..I can’t watch it. Too stupid and intense for me. But kudos to her fans!!

I thought the whole comment was weird. It was like, “You are all a bunch of stupids watching this stupid show for stupids!” And then she gave us “Kudos”

Then I moved over to the Flipping Out thread where a totally different commenter posted that she loved that show, then insulted pretty much everyone on it.

I have resigned myself to the fact that lots of people just hate everything.

Love this show! Although I think I liked it more when Olivia had clients (previous seasons) and we got to watch her team in action instead of all the white house staff all the time.

No Huck last night, no Harrison and Adnan – plus with all the personal drama, Olivia has to go into her ugly cry too many times an episode.

Did anyone see SNL last week?? They did a Scandal spoof and it was really spot on.
