Before I get into the new episode I have so many questions about the Axeman after his spirit was released. Is he a flesh & blood human? Did the spell accidently bring him back to life? Did Zoe resurrect him unknowingly? Was his corpse trapped in the walls too? All this revival stuff is confusing me. Each case is DIFFERENT…. I don’t think the student witches saw him when he was released, and I don’t think Cordelia would recognize him; but maybe she would recognize his voice. And during the scene when he was terrorizing Cordelia, could she partially see him in the blurred form as we saw it, or was that his spirit form, or is she completely blind? I am obsessing over these details.
The Axeman knows who Fiona is and her secrets because he has watched her for a long time from behind the walls. Will Fiona realize who he is? Will she be able to read his thoughts too? Is he attracted to her because she’s a jazz loving dangerous murderer, or because he has an axe to grind (pun alert) with the Coven for killing him? And will he try to kill Fiona who is vulnerable, desperate, and horny for love? Will this be a sappy twisted love story with them riding off into the sunset together? I’m happy that a strong male character is on the show with all these powerhouse female characters, but the Axeman better BRING IT soon.
Episode 7 is titled “The Dead”, and it will focus on the freaky love triangle between the undead Kyle & Madison and Zoe. We will see a flashback of a very alive Kyle before he became Franken-Kyle, and he talks in complete sentences about his future dreams & goals…. Despite Kyle being drawn to Zoe, he and Madison have something RARE in common that bonds them; BOTH have been dead & resurrected. Madison has a lived a life numbed with fame, money, sex, drugs, & alcohol. Post-revival she is still numb, and after experiencing the blackness of the ‘otherside’ she is feeling emptier than ever. Madison is desperate to feel something again by satisfying ALL her urges, no matter how deadly they are. While Kyle is horrified by what he’s become and wants to die and feel nothing anymore. Will Zoe, the supreme of bad decisions, mercy kill him?
Queenie who is probably sick of Zoe bringing back all the dead people spends a night out with Madame LaLaurie singing karaoke of “Ebony & Ivory” (just joking), and the two continue with their unlikely friendship….and something LaLaurie says leads Queenie to question her place in the Coven. Did she pull out the race card? This leads Queenie to meet with Marie. Is Queenie going to go voodoo? Does she have some unrevealed connection to Marie? Since the 2nd episode I have thought that Queenie is going to be caught in the middle of the war between the Salem & Voodoo tribe. She is a descendant of Tituba, the 17th century voodoo slave girl to the Salem tribe. Remember Fiona mocked Tituba’s relevance to Marie. I wonder if Fiona knows of Queenie’s lineage…. Will Marie manipulate Queenie to shift to the voodoo tribe? Is she going to use her to destroy the Salem tribe? When Marie ordered Hank to kill all the Salem witches, did that include Queenie too? See I know nothing. All I have is QUESTIONS….
Thanks to her new power of blind sight Cordelia learns what Fiona did to Madison, and she makes a fateful decision about her mother and enlists Zoe’s help. And Zoe goes on a fact-finding mission that leaves her thirsting for vengeance. Oh GAWD I hope she doesn’t try to kill-fuck the truth out of Spalding. She is too alive to be his type. #Ewww
