So Yolanda Foster and Gigi Hadid both tweeted about the death of someone called CJ Saraceno (except the spelled the last name differently.) Yolanda’s tweet said something like he taught her everything she knows about reality TV. So I decided to check into it.
The deceased is a 24-year-old kid who moved to LA two years ago hoping to become a producer. Perhaps he was friends with Gigi? He died when he fell out of a party bus on the 101. Full story here. Even the housewives and the Shahs of Sunset cast manage to stay inside the bus when it is moving. I’m just saying.
That sucks…to no body in particular.
Odd tweet since I read an interview she did previously about being on a Dutch reality show. The timing of that show I believe would have been before the 2yrs ago that the kid supposedly moved to LA to be a producer.
I hope his family finds peace. Losing a family member is almost never easy.
I suspect that Yolanda was just being characteristically gracious…perhaps he taught her little, but why not say something nice about the deceased, particularly if he was a friend of her daughter?
Why was the bus door open when it was being driven? Poor kid. He was adorable and obviously inspired so many people.
The article says the kid fell through the doors as it was turning. What a freak accident. So sad. Sounds like he was a good guy.
I live in California, and party bus accidents/deaths are actually horribly frequent, as there’s not much regulation. I can’t decide if this is a good way to go or a horrible way.
I guess it makes sense – a big vehicle, alcohol, large numbers, more than likely inexperienced driver – it’s actually pretty scary
so sad to see the first comment supposedly from one of the parents of the young man who died, then the nastiness and speculation from further commenters. i just hate comments sections like that. the SF Chronicle’s comments section is like that all the time. planted comments, and horribly insensitive/mean comments when someone has died. i can’t imagine being happy at anyone’s death, even someone i hate. life is so precious. [the parent states that the bus door opened as it was turning, and the young man was putting some music on and flew through the open door]
