If you thought Stiletto Gate 2013 was bad, things just keep getting worse for Jacqueline Laurita. If you did not read the Stiletto Gate post, you missed a good one if I do say so myself. You should if nothing else go look at the shoes, which I understand do not actually exist but are part of some project, but still. Anyway, we have been hearing about the financial problems of Jac and Chris for quite some time now. Possible bankruptcy, lawsuits galore from a variety of sources including I believe their prior business improprieties and also misappropriations of some funds to a cancer charity if I recall correctly. But when your problems hit TMZ, more than just obsessed Bravo fans know the truth. I wonder how much of this will be on the show?
TMZ is now reporting, “Jaqueline Laurita is being sued by Hudson City Savings Bank. The bank claims Jacqueline took out a $1.6 million mortgage back in 2007 on a 5,600-square-foot pad, but in Feb. 2012 failed to cough up the $10,175 monthly mortgage payment. Big mistake … according to the deal … if Jacqueline misses ONE payment the bank can demand the entire balance — which it did. The bank is now asking a judge for permission to foreclose on the home. It’s not Jacqueline’s only financial woe — the State of NJ says she still owes over $340,000 in unpaid taxes.”
If I am counting correctly, that is at least five legal actions in progress. She has two criminal charges from Stiletto Gate that will be hard to defend because the victim in that case has a big ole stiletto heel hole in his noggin. I hope that the cops file a search warrant to recover the stiletto and the Louboutin is whipped out in the courtroom and matched to the Greek dude’s head right on camera. I know that won’t happen, but I think it would be awesome.
But Jacqueline fans can heart in the fact that Jacqueline has a secret job that pays her millions that she doesn’t tell anyone about. You can read about that here. So never fear, Jac has this all handled.
