STILETTO GATE! ©

April 13, 2013 by tamaratattles 49 Comments

stilettoI blame Jodi Arias for being woefully behind on Stiletto Gate 2013©. I am sure most of you are up to date and I am sort of writing this for myself, but I can’t skip over a good courtroom drama! Since John Karagiorgis (aka Johnny the Greek) pressed charges against Joe Gorga, Chris Laurita and Jacqueline Gorga last week this week that trio was in court demanding the same charges for JtG! Let’s look at what they told the judge.

According to a recent article on NorthJersey.com , “Jacqueline Laurita testified that Karagiorgis was “asked not to attend” the March 30 event in Ridgewood, ‘but showed up anyway with a bodyguard,’ who she said appeared to be armed.” Wait what? You are testifying under oath that you and a couple of other guys jumped a guy with an armed bodyguard and clobbered him with a stiletto? Oh lord. These housewives tell such ridiculous lies in court. It’s astounding really. My guess is that this person who was “asked not to attend” was fully wired for sound by production, right Jac?

Gif Credit: RealityTVgifs
Gif Credit: RealityTVgifs

The article also says that Jac testified that JtG “came dressed in clothes like he was ready for a fight.” Well there is some damning evidence. HE WAS DRESSED IN CLOTHES! Give these people their warrant judge. He.was.dressed.in.clothes. But wait, Jac has more to say. The article continues… “Moments before the altercation, Laurita said she was part of a “tsunami of people” packed into the boutique for the grand opening. That’s when she claims Karagiorgis “lunged towards me, and I heard him yelling, ‘I’ll [expletive] kill you.” She said Karagiorgis “had a crazy look in his eyes, like he was on drugs or something,” and, in lunging at her, may have “bumped” her, causing her to fall to the ground. But she acknowledged before Pfund that, amid all of the confusion, security guards who stepped in to usher Karagiorgis from the event
could very well have knocked her over. “I can’t be 100 percent sure he caused me to fall.”

OBJECTION! FAIRYTALE! Are we sure that this is an actual account of what was said in the courtroom? I’m not talking about the logistical problems, I’ll get to that in a minute. I do not believe for a minute Jac knows the word ‘tsunami’. Salami? Yes. But not tsunami. So to me now this whole article is suspect. So, logistically, it is very crowded but in the midst of a packed room of people JtG lunges at her and yells, “I’ll fucking kill you!” with a crazy look in his eyes like he was on drugs or something. So a very large crazy man, who has someone with him with a gun, threatens your life in a very crowded room while CAMERAS ARE ROLLING and Bravo security comes to escort him out. And you fall down and then jump up and hit him in the head with a stiletto?

Jac goes on saying JtG returned, “looking for more.” Looking for more WHAT? You just said he was thrown out with no mention of him doing anything but lunging at you with crazy eyes and maybe, possibly, you are not sure bumping into you. What was he back for, the grind part? There ain’t nothing wrong with a little bump and grind, Jac. “He went right at me, and had this look on his face that was dazed and crazed,” Laurita alleged, adding she believes Karagiorgis was intent on harming her. So this guy who is way bigger than you has now “gone at you” twice in the presence of your husband and a room full of your Guido friends and no one is doing anything, right? And so far JtG the drug addled goon has not managed to lay a finger on you? So you were assaulted how? The “maybe bump?” and let me guess, now you are in fear for your life. AMIRITE?  Oh! Of course You are! She also whined TO THE JUDGE IN A COURT OF LAW that she does not like what JtG tweets about her. Cry me a Passaic.

Random Thoughts from RHONJHere is what the manly men said according to the NorthJersey.com article, “Laurita’s husband, Chris, and Gorga, also testified, both claiming that Karagiorgis had lunged at them and threatened their lives. They told Pfund they were forced to defend themselves and their wives during the fracas, and both claim Karagiorgis has been using Twitter to harass and slander them.  “He’s obsessed with us, and he’s stalked us for years,” Gorga said. “I get phone calls at night. It’s to the point where my wife has gotten depressed over it. This guy needs to be prosecuted. This is cyber bullying.”

Again, a lunge and a threat. At least they admit that the lunge is their justification for giving JtG the beatdown. You know the beatdown that occurred where JAC TOOK A STILETTO TO THE GUY’S FACE. Did I mention that part?

Then, the author of the article, Chris Harris ends the story with one of the best, funniest sentences ever constructed. Are you ready? Here it is.

“Christopher Laurita, dressed in a pinstripe jacket and jeans, told the judge he feels Karagiorgis is hungry for publicity.” ~Chris Harris

Last week, Karagiorgis’ claimed he was held back by security which allowed those rascally New Jersey house husbands to give him a broken nose and other injuries. Johnny the Greek further claims Jacqueline smacked him in the head with a stiletto heel, (In case I left that part out somehow) and that her husband threatened his life. So now, Karagiorgis, Manzo, Laurita, and Joe Gorga, all have charges of assault and terroristic threats. So, um, it’s win-win right? I think the next court date is April 18th or maybe that is just my next batch. I don’t remember. 🙂

WOWOW Exactly!!! I just think that those 3 have being lying for their Bravo paycheck for so long they don’t really know any reality truth! AND, the Judge clearly is not a Bravo TV watcher nor did he spend a second researching those 3.

That’s not exactly what our legal system is about. It would be appalling for a judge to base a decision on a person’s background and not the facts of a case.

It’s ironic because you intended to make a statement rebuking a person who ran his mouth but didn’t back it up but you did it by supporting a person who is running their mouth with nothing to back it up.

          IRONY.

Again for this to be ironic your statement would have to have merit. Since he was charged they clearly backed it up. Not ironic. He on the other hand ran his mouth on twitter telling a mountain of lies & harrassment but couldnt prove anything he said. Also not ironic.

Listen I really am not defending Jac. I don’t care if she claims the man on the moon swung down & kicked him in the face. What’s true or not is for the courts to decide. My point has always been Greek started it. Willingly & knowingly & happy to do it. When I said he got what he deserved it was in regards to courts decisions against him. Just because he got his ass kicked doesn’t mean his hands aren’t dirty too. He’s no victim

Potato/Potatoe. He asked/they asked to be charged. Whatever. My point is he showed up to a hair salon party uninvited with security with the sole purpose of starting drama. He ran his mouth & got what he wanted. Drama & attention. Then got what he deserved. So I’m not really sure how my original statement is ironic because I never defended Jac’s court appearance. However, here’s the irony… He pressed charges in order to screw with them only to find hisself equally as screwed. Clear enough now?

You don’t understand that he was wired with a mic? You don’t get that the 3 idiots about EVEN IN COURT could not include in the lies any physical injuries or even allege that he did anything but lunge and scream at them? Did you miss the picture of his head where Jac clobbered him with the stiletto? Let me see if I have that for you… Or his broken nose? Which they all admitted in court to hitting him? That’s not irony. That would only be ironic if he found himself literally screwed (I don’t know how?) or somehow otherwise metaphorically screwed (like he got massively laid…? I dunno). Irony is a play on meanings, like puns are a play on words. Like when you rebuked The Greek because he couldn’t physically back up his words but did so by supporting Jaq who can’t back up her words with legal corroboration – in other words, she lied. I said that was ironic because of the play on the 2 meanings. Unless you think that he ended up getting charged after trying to get them to be charged. I guess that would be situational irony, but that’s not what happened. He testified and an arrest was issued, exactly what he wanted. They testified separately and at a later date. I don’t know why it’s important for me to make sure you understand irony, but it is, so you’re welcome.

Interesting “discussion” going on here. But, lets remember, gang, that we are talking about 2 very different incidents. So, we can potato, tomato or ironic the topic of the “fight” with the GREEK until the ends of RHONJ. It was staged for publicity and guess what, it worked. But, what happened to Tamara with Ms. Whitfield was a desperate attempt by a obviously unwell women to gain attention. That people were at Tamara’s house at Ms. Whitfield’s direction had everything to do with her feeble attempt to gain importance. It was a attempt to make Tamera “fear” this very “important” person. The restraining order and the theater that took place backfired on Ms. Whitfield. But, Tamara was injured emotionally and financially. ~~~~ So, I have been having a discussion with myself about why I watch these silly people. What started as mindless fun on my part is now become giving a stage to people like Ms. Whitfield.. and “The Greek?” Further conversations with myself are needed. Any thoughts?

There are some bold faced lies under oath. Maybe I’m naive but that just SHOCKS me! It’s one thing to lie to a tabloid… But how do you justify marching into a court room and swearing out a warrant on someone based on lies?!? That’s sociopathic. FULL STOP. This is not Bravo. This is real life and these people are messing around like its a game. The police department is not their tool for revenge or a counter legal strategy. Why would he want Jacqueline dead? If this were not such a serious thing, such a serious allegation… It would be funny. But it is not funny. I’m going “Basketball wives” and boycotting this show! Too much Bravo!

Thank you! I felt the same way in court with She by Sheree. http://s17948.p858.sites.pressdns.com/2013/03/22/guest-blog-about-the-great-meltdown-of-sheree-whitfield/ I was very confident going in that everyone would tell the truth and the whole thing would be dropped. My jaw hit the floor when she not only perjured herself to no end AND brought in some goon to sit up there and tell the same lies. WHO DOES THAT? I think we are both naïve, VP. Thankfully, the judge was used to it I guess and realized she was full of crap. Now I have to pay a few hundred bucks to take the transcripts of those lies to a courtroom in another county where (perhaps hiring an acting coach) she will try her performance again! It blows my mind. I get Jodi lying. She killed someone and is trying to save her life. Sheree just apparently has too much time on her hands. The other two bloggers she went after could never be served. Fortunately for them, they didn’t trust their personal info with a blog that rhymes with “pet taint.”

It actually makes me feel kind of paranoid that anyone can just walk into a courtroom or magistrate armed with a few bad lies and turn your life sideways. It’s like some Bleak House- Dickens crap where the system is designed to eat up money and time and give you nothing but trouble.

I don’t really even know what to think about the RHONJ series anymore. These people are all crazy if you ask me. Caroline is friends with everyone famous which is boring to me, Teresa is sad to watch (thank God for the kids’ hilarity), Jac seems so off to me. I have no idea if wine is part of the problem or is it something more? Melissa is the most fun to watch, she is loving, spunky, a good wife/Mom and has dreams of her own.
