More Court By Bravo Sylvester Stallone V. Mohamed Hadid

April 2, 2013 by tamaratattles 12 Comments

mohamedHere is a court case I so want to see televised…Lisa’s Vanderpump’s buddy Mohamed Hadid is being sued by Sylvester Stallone. Sly’s case is basically that Mohamed is a crappy contractor and he messed up his house. He’s suing for $1.4 million in damages.

Mohamed has filed for a temporary restraining order against Sly saying that he has threatened his life and pushed him.

According to TMZ:
“Hadid claims in his new legal docs (that) while he was working on Sly’s house, he witnessed the actor fly into fits of  rage, at times grabbing his dog by the neck and throwing it into its  crib. Hadid also claims Sly threatened to smash his head in with a  baseball bat. Hadid says Sly once  said, ‘Get these dirty Mexicans out of here or I will blow your head  off.'”

TMZ also quotes Sly’s lawyer, Marty Singer, who said “the actor was never notified of a hearing for a restraining order, adding Sly’s trial is about  to begin and this is just a desperate attempt to smear him.  Singer says he  took Hadid’s deposition last week and asked about all the conversations he had  with Sly — and no threats were ever mentioned. Singer says, “This is a  desperate attempt by a man who wants to be a media star, which is why he’s a  guest star on ‘Shahs of Sunset.'”

Some of you LA people need to go to court and report back to me on this!

There should be a show comprised solely of ex wives of Mohamed.

Someone is always trying to create conflict. And its easy to see who is the one doing it. Which brings me to think of a quote I have heard from time to time “the natives are getting restless”. Need I say more.

We’ve all learned here at tamaratattles that anybody can lie and get a TRO against anybody else because you get them on an emergency basis WITHOUT having to notify the other party. It can be a preemptive strike. You only go to court later to sort out the facts…but by then the media has already reported that you “successfully” got a TRO. Cheap shot IMO.

Filing a TPO against a chick that rarely goes anywhere 3 or 4 times in two counties under two different names is a pathetic display of attention seeking.

Then there are grown men asking the courts to protect them from each other? What the hell is wrong with people? Can you really not function in the world without government assistance?

I wishes Judges would do a better job of sanctioning people who go to court with frivolous claims. If we were to finally switch to a “loser pays the other parties’ attorney’s fees” standard, then some of this would stop. Plus, how the hell is it that Mohamed, who has state of the art security at his own home, is really in fear for his life. Or, how is it that Sheree, who has never even seen you in person in fear? Abuse of the courts!

Mohamed Hadid is an easy target given his achievements. I’ve had pleasure of associating with him for 30 years. I know of no one more honorable, a better father, and an unwavering friend of those in need.

Without criticizing Stallone, Hollywood types are prone to drama in their personal lives when not in front of the camera. Enough said, Humble One.
