I’m sure most of you saw the article at TMZ saying that Taylor Armstrong’s rental house went on the market at the end of September and thought to yourself, “Who Cares?” Am I right? The rest of you probably didn’t read it at all because there are not a lot of Taylor Armstrong fans out there. So why am I blogging on this story? Because I think this story is great news for us. Let’s think about why this house went on the market when it did. Although the real estate market is rebounding slightly, the owners are still unlikely to get what they paid for the house back in 2006 when they purchased it. They hit the rental jackpot when Taylor Armstrong became a tenant. Why? Because the rent was guaranteed. In fact, I am guessing that Bravo has been paying her rent since Russell died. Bravo has paid the rent for broke housewives before, particularly in Atlanta. Coincidentally, filming for RHOBH ended just a few weeks before the house went on the market. If they owners have a solid renter for another season year it would seem they would hold on to the property and hope the market continues to improve. However, if Bravo was no longer guaranteeing the rent, because say…Taylor is not expected to return next season, then selling makes more sense. So, I’m thinking that this story about putting the house on the market might just be a sign of good news to come. I’m hoping it’s a sign that the upcoming season of RHOBH may be the last we see of Taylor Armstrong.
Thoughts?
I guess you could look at it this way. If shes on the show at least we will know what she is up to. If she is let go, then she is free to go out and grift again.
I had really hoped she would be gone by now…
Don’t know why Bravo keeps that train wreck around…
One more season of muting her…
I won’t even be watching because of her!
Agreed!
Sounds like a viable theory to me. So, I shall concur!
good riddance!
I can only hope…
Maybe I like a hefty dose of crazy cause I hope she stays around. Now Kim, Kyle’s sister…yeah, she can go!
hmmm interesting theory except they are actually selling it for double what they paid.
LOL. Really now. Do tell.
Actually the original house purchased was a torn down and the current house was built in 2008 on the property. So you need to add what they paid for the orignal property to the costs of the construction of the current house to make that sort of a statement, “Sam.”
Last season should have been her last season. She’s a grifter, con artist, and a horrible person, who will exploit her daughter for book sales. She sickens me to the point where I can’t stand the sight of her!
You always need one pretentious, messy, wannabe, “underdog” or tremendously irritating housewife in each franchise. Taylor Armstrong has a role to play. Everyone needs a job, right!?
