So Taylor Armstrong, who is clearly under-weight to start with, has started an excessive exercise program in order to “get my body back in shape and enjoy everything life has to offer.” At the end she will ride in a 100 mile bike race to raise awareness for domestic abuse. She is biking for several hours a day and taking yoga.
Can anyone think of another reason one would be on a 90 day plan? 90 meetings in 90 days? 90 day treatment for stress and dehydration? Anyone? Because every time I read her tweets that is all I am seeing. Is it just me?
