TMZ is claiming to have law enforcement sources in Fulton County, some 2,000 miles out of the thirty mile zone. Their source claims that authorities plan to charge Nick Gordon with involuntary man slaughter for procuring drugs for Bobbi Kriss on January 31, the morning she drowned in her bathtub. If they were charging a drug dealer the would more likely start with second degree murder, in my opinion.
The initial autopsy was inconclusive due to the six month period of Krissi being in a coma/vegetative state for six months before passing. Yet, TMZ is claiming that, “toxicology reports will only determine if she was under the influence and not who supplied the drugs.” It seems unlikely that they could have a test that would give an accurate account of the level of drugs in her system when she was left alone to drown.
However, back in early February, Max Lomas was reported to have been in the home with his girlfriend at the time that Krissi died. He supposedly came over with his girlfriend and was there at 10 am when the cable guy showed up. He let the cable guy into the bedroom to fix the cable reception and it was then that Max discovered Krissi face down in the bathtub. He supposedly pulled her out and Nick cleaned up some blood before they called the police. This coupled with the information in the civil suit that Krissi had two teeth knocked out could be more evidence of guilt. Continue reading
After almost six long months after being found unresponsive in a bathtub in the Roswell condo she shared with Nick Gordon., the family of Bobbi Kriss has announced her death.
An attorney for the family said “Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away July, 26 2015, surrounded by her family, She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.”
Over the past six weeks we have followed this story and been disturbed at all of the circus surrounding this event. On July 16th, it was clear that preparations were being made to let her go. Now, ten days later it has been confirmed that she was finally allowed to RIP. Continue reading
In more disturbing Bobbi Kristina Brown news, today the court-appointed conservator for Brown, Bedelia Hargrove, has filed a complaint against Nick Gordon alleging that he has stolen multiple large sums of money from her trust fund over a period of time that began in 2012. In addition, Gordon threatened the trustee of the account (Isn’t that Pat Houston?) with a gun. The trustee was awarded a restraining order against Nick. Also according to the court document, Nick had punched Krissi in the face knocking out one of her teeth and dragged her by her hair in a physical altercation. Days before Krissi drowned in the bathtub on January 31, 2015 she confided in someone saying that Nick was not the man she thought he was and she had planned to meet with that person on January 31, 2015 to talk about her problems with Nick. Unfortunately, she never made it to the meeting. The filing claims that Brown and Gordon had a loud and violent argument that morning and she was later found face down in a bathtub with another tooth knocked out and a swollen mouth. Well that didn’t take too long. It appears that the Browns and the Houstons have reach a financial agreement regarding the assets of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate. If you have not been following the discussions here, the best information comes in the comments. Essentially, what is going on is that The Brown side of the family wants to keep Krissi breathing until all of her inheritance comes into play when she reaches 30. The Houstons want to pull the plug because Whitney’s brother and mother and that side of the family will get Whitney’s money if Krissi dies before the trust is fully paid.
So the two families have decided to work out a financial deal (ALLEGEDLY, ACCORDING TO WHAT WE ARE OBSERVING) so that everyone gets a piece of the pie and they can finally let Krissi finish dying. Continue reading
Cissy Houston is wasting no time in getting out in front of the drama surrounding the impending pulling of the plug for Bobbi Kristina Brown. And, you know, promoting her concert tonight in New Jersey. Cissy gave an exclusive interview to ET about the court decision. I’ve purple penned the most important parts. She’s totally distancing herself from the whole plug pulling thing. I get the feeling she said her goodbyes when she was down here last week and went home.
“She’s the same, she’s not progressing at all,” Houston told Entertainment Tonight‘s Kevin Frazier on Saturday. “She’s not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I’m ready for her… I have nothing to do with that. That’s His job. It’s His territory, you know? And I understand it.” Continue reading
A few hours ago, I was perplexed and trying to figure out a few things about today’s court ruling regarding Bobbi Kristina’s situation. Why are both attorneys so happy that they are making a joint statement? Bobby wanted to keep Krissi on ice for years and the Houstons wanted to let her go. And yet Bobby now shares the decision with Pat on when to pull the plug. Everybody was concerned about money, and yet they seemed thrilled a random attorney now controls Bobbi Kristina’s finances, whatever they maybe.
Everyone claimed to be thrilled with the outcome and I thought that was just a bunch of crap. But the resident expert on this situation at TT has explained it all. It all makes sense now. What really happened today is that they agreed on a division of monies, including the undispersed funds from Whitney’s estate. They have agreed to divide the booty and finally let Bobbi Kristina go. While this is not something that can be proven now, it is the only thing that makes sense. So, you can expect for Bobbi Kristina to finally be freed to go on to the next life or whatever you believe in, soon.

Bobby Brown leaving Whitney’s funeral.
Bobby Brown hit a setback in his master plan today in an Atlanta courtroom. Bobby Brown applied for what NBC affiliate WXIA was reporting as “guardianship” according to the post I made here. At that time, I was thinking of it as a conservatorship ala Britney Spears dad who had control over Britney’s medical care and her finances when she spent awhile in Crazy Land.
Today the court ruled,“Both Mr. Brown and Ms. Houston are jointly responsible for decisions related to Krissi’s care and medical needs. The Court has also appointed Bedelia Hargrove as the Conservator for Krissi. Ms. Hargrove is responsible for Krissi’s assets, including her likeness, rights and legal claims.” Source AJC Jennifer Brett Continue reading
Well, I was just saying in the Kim Richard’s rehab post that with all the huge media focus on Bruce Jenner and the disastrous earthquake in India, it’s a really good time to try and get some things done under the radar if you are in the public eye.
So Bobby Brown finally made his move. Bobby Brown has filed for guardianship of Bobbi Kristina’s estate, according to reports by local Atlanta NBC affiliate 11Alive. Currently, Pat Houston holds the position and is in charge of the financial matters regarding the money that was left to Krissi by her mother Whitney Houston.
Bobby Brown moving Krissi to a sort of warehousing facility for those with global, non-reversible brain damage was an indication he intended to keep Bobbi Kristina’s body alive for as long as possible. We suspect he would like to keep her in this state for eight years until the entirety of Whitney’s inheritance is paid out at age 30. At that point Bobby Brown would be the beneficiary of all the money at the time of Krissi’s death. If Krissi were allow to die with a shred of dignity, the inheritance would go to Whitney’s brothers and her mother. Continue reading
I know we talked about this somewhere already, probably in a Daily Tea comment section, but I am still being asked in emails and tweets and off-topic comments about the current status of Bobbi Kristina after her father made a weird statement while performing a concert over the weekend.
On the stage, mid-concert, Bobby Brown said, “I can say today, Bobbi is awake. She’s watching me.” Um, no, no she is not watching you. She is not even in the same state as you. She’s brain-dead in a hospital bed in Atlanta. You are going to have to come to grips with that.
While most people were ignoring that for the gibberish it was, Tina Brown saw an opportunity to be in the news again and posted on her Facebook page that Krissi was awake and off life support. Oh Tina, have you no shame at all? Continue reading

Now can someone translate exactly what Cissy calls the “rehab” place? It is promising that she says “we’ve” moved her as if there is some agreement between Bobby Brown and the Houstons.
“In a national television exclusive, Dr. Phil conducts an emotionally charged intervention with Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend Nick Gordon, offering Gordon the treatment he appears to so desperately need as he battles drug and alcohol addiction.
“With his mother Michelle at his side, Gordon expresses the severe pain, mental anguish and panic attacks he says he has been suffering since Brown was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her home in January and over the tragic loss of Whitney Houston three years ago.
Will he accept Dr. Phil’s offer for help?” Continue reading
Edited: Nick Gordon says he did CPR for 15 minutes and regrets he did not get to Krissi earlier.
” Nick Gordon CPR for 10-15min responding officer didn’t take over until EMS came it’s like re living my worst nightmare!!!!
Go take a peek at Nick’s twitter. He does have a point about BB.
Despite there being nothing substantial to report on Bobbi Kristina’s condition, local news continues to run story after story. I get it. People are interested. But do we really need to know every little detail and rumor no matter how inconsequential or accurate? Here are the broad strokes.
On Wednesday two things happened. First, as the three-week point neared, Krissi was prepared to be moved to a long-term care facility. Doctors at Emory performed a tracheostomy on Krissi. This is a common procedure when someone is expected to be on life support a long time. The breathing tube down the throat has a tendency to become a source of infection over time. A hole is cut in the trachea to attach the artificial breathing machine to the patient. It’s easier to keep the area clean. This information became know to the public on Thursday. While I was out running errands I heard the story on the radio. It seems that they also swapped out the feeding tube as well. All of this indicates that Krissi will soon be moved to a long-term care facility.
Also on Wednesday, Nick Gordon’s attorney made the following statement on his behalf, “Nick has been trying, privately; to do everything he can to see Bobbi Kristina cooperatively. He has respected the family’s wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation. But he desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted.” Continue reading
