No he’s not saying raped her in that sense – he was meaning she was miserable i.e. grumpy/jealous whatever and he ravished her. She even just said he didn’t mean it like that.
News flash for the jury – ANY “battered woman” or woman who loved this person who died would be BAWLING and SOBBING on the stand hearing his voice and think about these acts. Arias has no emotion whatsoever. Uggh his poor sisters listening to this. Martinez is objecting a lot – good for him.
Okay this is very bad for the prosecution. Just every sexual thing Travis ever said. He said she has been miserable and he has raped her on numerous occaisions.
Wow–he said that? I missed it. However, unless she murdered him in that moment on that day while she was actually allegedly being raped, his death would not be in an act of self-defense. She has all those digital cameras of herself smiling seductively at him, willingly posing naked, and actually in the act of consensual sex on the day of the murder. Revenge killings aren’t self-defense… the defense is throwing down their last desperate cards.
I know this has been said over and over again but NONE OF THIS SIDE STUFF MATTERS. this is all a ridiculous song and dance to sensationalize the case and it’s doing nothing but play into her desperate need for attention while doing nothing but grievously vilifying a dead man who was horribly brutalized to death, and doesn’t deserve to have his character and sex life dissected endlessly. there are only THREE questions that matter and that the jury should be focused on answering:
1. Did Jodi Arias kill Travis Alexander? (Yes)
2. Was it in self-defense? (NO… don’t even want to get started on this one–you don’t mutilate someone you were defending yourself against, or shoot them when they’re sitting down, or stab them in the back repeatedly and slit their throat from behind. You also don’t drive to the house of someone you’re afraid of to have sex with them. Nice try, Jodi.)
3. Aaaaand, now for the death penalty: Was this act premeditated? (Yes)
Everything else–sex lives, exes, masturbation, religion, lubrication, rectums, blow pops and pigtails, simply do not matter. this garbage needs to end… it seems like her incompetent attorney just wants to buy time before the inevitable. Sorry for the rant…

They have sent the jury out for 10-15 minutes and the trial is supposed to continue without them but some sort of technical difficulty arose. I think they are preparing to play the sex tape again…it looks like only parts that make Travis look bad and the words are on the screen in big black and white letters.
More sex talk and her explaining her dirty text messages – now that we and that jury know she wasn’t the Virgin Mary she made herself out to be during her original testimony. Why are they talking about sex let alone anal sex?
Now they are talking about whether she enjoyed the anal sex. Now, she is saying it wasn’t phy. pleasurable at times but she did get something out of it when it wasn’t b/c it made her feel good for him to feel good.
